We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again!

My entire holiday in Paris is spoilt due this hotel issue, I would hold Adagio and Hotel.com responsible for all my sufferings on this holiday. I will ensure that entire social media should know about it. It’s a complete fraud that on the name of 4 star hotel, you are befooling the world.

The best hotel sofar i have been in Paris. The friendly welcome of the staff maked me feel at home at once. I wish this service was standard for all hotels. Sleeping was so good that we forgot the time to wake up. Also very close to everything from small Maroco market to big mall (4 temps).

It's located real close La defense metro station which was convenient. Area seemed a little limited on places to eat, but we generally took care of that before returning. There is a good Gyro place to eat close. A few small markets near by. Only reason comfort is rated lower is that our AC didn't work and it was fairly warm. The bathroom had a little odor, but everything else seemed clean and well kept. Nice little balcony off the room. Breakfast was a little limited in options.

Not the cleanest hotel I ever stayed but I would say it is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to stay in the area for a week or longer. There is small kitchen with mini refrigerator with small compartmental freezer. Pots/pans, mugs/glasses... anything you will need to stay comfortably.

Adequate - small but convenient
Well placed for business meetings in La Defense... about 15 mins walk from most of the offices. The apartments are compact. I am a big man and felt a bit squashed in the rooms/narrow doors. Generally everything you need. Bed was comfortable (choice of pillows would be good). Black out blinds were effective. Rooms smell faintly of curry. There is a Monoprix (supermarket) at the corner which is convenient. Check-in took way, way too long - especially as I arrived very late following a delayed flight.

Arrived after midnight but very quick check-in, i had travelled by car and parked under the hotel at a very reasonable rate, leaving the car all day for no additional charge. Apartment had everything i needed, was clean and in quiet location but very walkable to La Defense.

Not a great place to stay
Only good thing about the hotel is the relative closeness to La Defense Metro and RER station, and the rooms are big. One is not told when one books online that the rooms are only serviced once per week. If you want your room serviced daily, there is a significant extra per week service charge. The drains in the hotel need serious attention. The rooms and corridors smell of dirty drains, and is most unpleasant. Will definitely not stay there again.

The stay was ok but not great.
I think the hotel room was nice but small for four people. I was promised two twin beds but received a family room instead. There was a little noise in the night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel night receptionist was a little rude and unhelpful but the day receptionist was alright. It is Paris I guess where customer service is really poor. The station was a good 15 min walk. I hope next time I get a stay near the Louvre Museum. But the price was good hence it wasn't so great.

Ok hotelroom with relatively new kitchen. Everything else is worn down. Parking garage didn't work upon arrival, so had to find other alternatives. Really not ok that the receptionist can't speak enough English to guide us to the nearest metro...! It might be a standard hotel for Paris.

Appart’hotel de bonne facture, il est cependant à déplorer qu’il n’y ait aucun service de ménage (séjour de 4 nuitées) notamment pas de réassort des serviettes de toilettes, et qu’il y ait des problèmes de plomberie : eau marron qui sort du robinet puis plus d’eau chaude ce qui empêche de se doucher la dernière nuit et dernière matinée (2e problème de plomberie en deux mois)

Yuck, everything stank, even the hallway. The kitchen was terrible, you didn't want to touch anything. And we had written two weeks in advance when we would be arriving and you said okay. And when we got there, you didn't let us into the room from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. You said it wasn't ready. We were shocked when we got to the room. We don't even want to know what was in the room before.

Wir waren mit der Familie in Paris, wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Das Zimmer ist völlig runtergekommen, Heizung funktioniert nicht, es sind Heizstrahler im Zimmer aufgestellt, die aber zu einer sehr trockenen Luft geführt haben. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir alle angefangen zu husten.
Das Zimmer ist völlig veraltet, und nicht akzeptabel. Aus den Wasserleitungen kam braunes Wasser. Des weiteren finden in dem Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, die ständig gebohrt haben.
Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal nehmen.

Avons passé deux nuits dans un joli appartement, très propre.Nous avions quatre couchages, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas nous séparer de nos deux enfants. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très aimable. La situation dans le quartier de La Défense est top.

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel pendant 5 jours et j’ai vraiment aimé le service à la réception il y a avait toujours quelqu’un pour répondre à nos questions.
J’étais aussi avec mes enfants et ça m’a beaucoup aidé parce que il y a Mono Prix tout prêt et ils ferment à minuit et ça nous a beaucoup aidé avec à faire les courses. C’était vraiment facile de prendre le métro aussi puis ils ont des prix raisonnables.

Nous avons quand même été relogé dans un autre établissement sans problème et l’accueil et le standing étaient très bien.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à l'apparthotel adagio. Très satisfaits de l'appartement, spacieux, lumineux (7 ème étage) avec un balcon. La literie est parfaite et le coin cuisine fonctionnel et bien équipé. Quartier calme, en grande partie piétonnier. Des commerces à proximité immédiate ( superette, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie). Ambiance urbaine, avec des très hauts immeubles, proche de la Défense et de tous les transorts en commun. Un parc se trouve au pied de l'hôtel. Personnel agréable.

Bonjour. Je viens de terminer mon séjour à Apparthotel Adagio Le Parc du 02/08/19 au 09/08/2019. Durant tout le sejour de 8 jours, aucun service de ménage est fait. A l’accueil, on me confirme que le ménage ne sera pas fait dans les apparthotel, à la demande, le ménage sera payant. Alors que sur le site de hotels.com, c’est bien marqué que le service de ménage est quotidien. Je n’ai jamais vu qu’on facture le service de ménage.

Lo que si hay que mejorar en general en todos los hoteles de París / Europa en general es el aire acondicionado es terrible no se puede dormir cómodo como en estados unidos en el calor que hace en Europa porque el aire es fatal no enfría nada !!!!

Stayed a week for business, but brought the family. Nice hotel with good size rooms for Paris. First time in La Defense. But it has easy access to the rest of Paris. If you want a balcony and a small kitchen this hotel is a good choice.
The only thing that bothered me was that one receptionist wanted 8 euros pr. towel if we wanted them changed during the week.

200€ pour ça, ce n'est pas normal.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles j'ai trouvé que la chambre était décevante. Il y avait une trappe au-dessus des toilettes qui permet d'accéder aux conduites d'eau, celle-ci est tombée sans aucune raison en plein milieu de la nuit. Quand j'ai voulu la remettre en place, j'ai constaté qu'elle était maintenu en place par un morceau de papier toilette chiffonné... (très classe pour 4*). De plus, j'ai souhaité allumer une lampe pour me préparer le matin, je l'ai branchée, elle ne fonctionnait pas. Ensuite, le cache de inférieur de la barre de douche est tombé pendant que je me lavais. Ça va que je ne restais qu'une nuit !
Je trouve qu'à près de 200€ la nuit, on peut avoir des attentes supérieures. Je ne recommanderais donc pas du tout cet hôtel vu le rapport qualité/prix.

Nous y étions pour un concert et cet hôtel est super bien placé. A 5 minutes à pied par la Défense. Il se trouve au bout d'une impasse et notre chambre donnait sur le derrière et c'était hyper calme. De toute façon que les chambres soient sur le devant ou sur le derrière de l'hôtel, ça doit être calme. Seul petit bémol, étant donné qu'il y a une kitchenette, à notre arrivée, il y avait des odeurs de cuisine assez fortes (indienne). Il aurait été bien que la chambre soit mieux aérée. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est copieux : oeufs frais, fruits, yaourts, viennoiseries, pain, brioche, thé, café, lait, jus de fruit, pankakes, toasts...

Vi har nu erfaret at hotellet har reserveret depositium og hele beløbet uden at sende os en e-mail.
Vi fik at vide inden vi forlod hotellet at alt var i skønneste orden og at de ville refundere beløbet hurtigst muligt. Dernæst at de samme eftermiddag ville “ophæve reservationen”. Min kæreste Peter A. Hansen hvis Bank konto er blevet krediteret for hele depositum pr. dgs. Dato er meget forundret.
Vi forlod hotellet mandag eftermiddag, og uden yderligere varsel har hotellet trukket beløbet hvilket er fuldstændig uforståeligt - beløbet er på 1836 kr. i depositum for 4 dages ophold.
I forvejen var rengøring under opholdet ikke inkluderet, ( kun én gang ugentligt ) og man fik ikke udleveret klude til rengøring på værelset ( ej eller rengørings midler ) . Vi forlod værelset pænt, udluftet og støvsuget samt tømt for affald, også rengjort i køkken. Vi bad dem endda at checke værelset til vi kom retur senere på dagen, sådan at vi kunne være sikre på at alt var i orden.
Vi kom tilbage ved 17.30 tiden og fik at vide at alt var i orden, vi havde opmagasineret vores kufferter på hotellet.
Desværre er vores konto blevet krediteret med næsten 1900 kr. uden at nogen forklaring.
