too expensive in restaurant. ran out of coffee at breakfast .
many problems with TV in room. only worked for a couple of hours for one day. Maintenance man came once and said her would return. We stayed for 4 days without the use of a TV set in Rm 2111. I should have gotten a credit on my room charges for no TV service. Two of the four small elevators were out of serve at different times. Had trouble getting into elevator to the first floor with luggage to leave hotel. Many folks had the same problem. Finally went up on the elevator to go
down.Hilton needs to terminate this hotel from their hotel system.

Our stay was truly wonderful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the exceptional attention and kindness of the staff make the entire experience feel grand.

A special shout-out to Fatima, who truly made our stay memorable. She is incredibly kind and embodies outstanding customer service. Every time we walked through the entrance, she greeted us with a warm smile and made a genuine effort to say hello.

All of the staff were great, but Fatima truly stood out.

My first room had the door handle to the hotel room hanging off, when I asked for a different room staff rolled their eyes, gave me a hard time and then told me they don’t know when they could get me an “appropriate room for my needs”. All I was asking for was a hotel room door that locked and had the handle attached…

Location is very convenient! Coffee shops, restaurants and 711 close by! 5 minutes walk to Times Square. The check in was fast! Expect a bit of crowd on the weekends. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. Free cookies and water upon check in which was fab! Overall 8/10

The property was clean and well kept. The amenities were great, and the front desk worker Grace was an amazing help. Some things in the hotel don’t work properly, like hot water and ac, but just talk to the staff and they’ll be able to help you easily

Overall great but the elevators are really an issue given you have 37 floors. It would be so much better for guests if each elevators shaft only services specific floors. By the time you get to floor 25 the elevator is full and then you stop at at least 7 more floors with no need to stop since it’s full. If the elevators services specific floors then you don’t have to worry about stopping at every single floor. Understanding there is a bar and club, I would say at some point 1 elevator should then be used for the top floor between certain hours. Overall the elevators were the absolute WORST part. Fix that.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but they gave us the wrong room when we first got there after it took forever to get the elevator to the 30th floor. We had to go back downstairs and correct it and move all of our stuff to the correct room. The elevators are very small and they blocked 2/4 of them off for the rooftop bar so it was inconvenient.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is friendly. The AC in my room didn’t work and the rooms were small and very dark.
The biggest issue, was the elevator wait time. Sometimes to get to my room I had to wait 30 min, and the concierge would suggest we use the stairs. Sometimes not all the elevators would be available since the staff uses the same elevators for service.

In no universe this is 4 stars hotel.

All the bad things you read about this place are true. Long elevator waits, tiny, dinky rooms with peeling wallpaper and no soundproofing of any kind, no room for more than one suitcase, clothes storage is lacking. Definitely too small for 4. Think cruise cabin, only smaller.

Soundproofing is terrible. You hear every elevator "ding" when it arrives. And of course every person who had a good time out on the town talking loudly when they get back at 1 am. And from what I see, all rooms will hear it, they managed to make all rooms to be close to the elevators.

Staff at the rooftop bar is plain rude.

j'ai du appeler 3 fois pour qu'il vienne faire fonctionné la télé j'ai manquer presque tout les oscar car la télé gelait il en venu trois ou quatre fois pour réglé le problème, autre problème ma lampe de bureau changeait tout seule d'intensité jusqu'à ce fermée et réouvrir j'ai lui ai demandé enfin de compte de la débranché pour finir ;le systhème centrale pour le chauffage et l'air était hyper broulliant beaucoup de bruit

The rooms were very basic and no clock however they want a big deal for us. It was a 11 min walk to Times Square, lots of food options close by (walking distance) staff were fantastic (bonus for free great cookies!)

The air doesn’t work properly so our room was hot. Load in of towels at 10/10:30pm every night was very inconvenient as that is when most Broadway shows get out so the elevators were a chaotic mess with complete disorder.

Room wasn't completely as we found random toys or pieces of a toy at the edge of the bed. Definitely should of noticed if they we cleaning. Elevator was horrible, normal a 5-10min if all 4 are running and not stuck. At one point it an elevator was suck on level two and the wait was so long the maintenance guy was annoyed and walked up the stairs to fix it. Roof top bar is decent, location is decent. The floors walking into the hotel are uneven. I don’t expect a perfect stay but you shouldn’t dread your elevator the moment you start to head back to your hotel or find random trash in your “clean” room. Also the magic computer issue just before check-in so nobody could have an early-in at 2pm but magically was ready at 3pm was weird. It wasn’t the best place but the bellhops were on top of it and helpful every time. Occasionally housekeeping would get a laundry delivery so one of the 4 elevators would be stopped and only used for employees (which sucks but it seems to be the only option) and the bellhops would help load and unload the elevators so it went quicker. Bellhops were the only consistent positive experience.

Weird note: the water isn’t clear. And our shower wasn’t draining properly. We called down and they did fix it and no other issues but they said the “white water” just need to settle but it was fine…personally I have never had “white water” that needed to settle but maybe it’s a northern thing. Weird.

It was challenging to get an elevator. It seemed that only one of the four would be working at any given time. I used the stairs most often because the wait was aggravating.
There was an automatic light in the bathroom that could not be overridden. It was annoying to have a very bright light automatically turned on when opening the bathroom door especially in the middle of the night

Depending on where your room is located in the building, try to connect to the wifi while you’re in the lobby. When I got up to my room it took forever and a lifetime to connect to the wifi because the cell connection was weak thanks to the brick building.

The room itself was clean, the view wasn't the best but thats on me since i didnt reserve the best ones in time. Personally i didn't feel too comfortable on the bed? Not sure if the mattress is old or something it just felt uncomfortable to sleep on. And im not sure why there was no toothbrushes available or if i was supposed to ask for it to be provided to me. Next time i would have to bring my own. The elevators take so long and its confusing when one goes to rooftop and other ones take long time to wait for. Its decent place to stay one night when nothing else is available or nearby where you need to be

It was ok for the price. They need to update the marketing photos they are using because is nothing like the photos on the Expedia website. The marketing photos for the rooftop bar/restaurant is from 3 years ago and they have remodeled the place since, according to some employees. Toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. The toilet paper was on top of the toilet tank, and apparently some lotion bottle was supposed to be hanging from the wall and it wasn’t since the bottle was in a corner of the bathroom countertop with the screws and plate that was supposed to hold it in place in the wall. Room felt smaller than in the photos. Cheaper to eat breakfast around the corner at Brooklyn Deli great place. Lots of places that are walking distance from the hotel. For the price I guess it was good.

I will be back to stay in this hotel, beside others for me the stay was very nice. The staff it is amazing, rooms very clean, super comfortable bed. Love the shampoo, conditioner for hair and also body lotion in the bathroom. At front desk allways fresh cookies and water. I WILLL SAID 10 of 10!!!😍

Really disappointed with this stay — especially considering this is meant to be a 4* Hilton hotel. The property felt quite run-down and far from the standard you’d expect. Cleanliness was poor, and overall it just felt a bit of a dump.

The elevator situation was horrific — we waited over 10 minutes every single time. After checking in, our room keys didn’t work, which meant going up and down 23 floors three separate times before they finally agreed to swap our room.

The issues didn’t stop there. The shower sounded like a bomb exploding, and the air conditioning was unbelievably loud. It would automatically kick in around 2am every night and wake us up without fail. The room was freezing without the heating, but the noise was so unbearable we couldn’t leave it on — we ended up sitting in coats and scarves just to stay warm.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not somewhere I would recommend.

My room felt like I was back in my old dorm room with little space but was decent just for a weekend stay. Great view of the city. Thank God I'm not a big woman or I wouldn't have had room to properly shower. I had a coffee machine but it couldn't be used. I'm glad the room was clean which is most important. The staff were great and professional, made us feel very welcomed. If I ever had to get another room in NYC again I would return back here.

This place is fine for a quick stay. The rooms are OK, with the standard beat up usage. The elevator situation though is absolutely atrocious. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes every single time you need to use the elevator. It was incredibly frustrating.

The room heater did not work. We did end up getting a portal heater for our room. The shower was not sealed and flooded the floor multiple times, so we had to use a lot of towels to try to seal the shower. First couple days only 3 out of 4 elevators were working and were very slow due to the amount of people trying to get on or off. The staff was all very friendly but the hotel itself needs some maintenance work.

The rooms was great for the price, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They have the best cookies that are warm (available at anytime). The only downfall for this hotel is the elevator takes forever (reason for one star down)! We would wait 5-10 minutes sometimes! The rooftop bar was amazing! The view is absolutely stunning!
