The bed is not that comfortable and the heater/AC is not working properly. It goes so cold then turns into heat that I keep on adjusting the temperature. Did not have a good rest at all. A guy tried to fix it but to no avail. The fridge is so small that a 12 oz sofa will not fit in. Worst of all the bathroom curtain was so short that when I showered it splashed to the floor outside. Worst of all the Expedia is not good to book a reservation. When I book 2 nights they only booked one night with a double price and when I called the hotel
I don’t have my name and uteri art as it was so called provided by Expedia. It’s a nightmare and never again to trust them with my booking.

The front desk staff was the best through our entire stay. They were kind, helpful, professional to the highest degree. DO NOT LET THEM GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Every staff member was very kind and helpful.

First, the good things: the staff was very helpful. The room was clean, but the upholstered chair looked worn, and I wasn’t sure it was clean. The lighting in the room was poor. There is a microwave in a low dark cabinet. I had to use my phone flashlight in order to read the dials. I will not come back here.

The room had a horrible odour, as we were there for 2 nights I didn’t bother changing hotel. But defo would not be staying here again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. Unfortunately no breakfast, only a coffee bar. Our room was quite small but adequate. A power outlet in the bathroom was coming off so I had to use my hairdryer plugged in out in the room but no biggie. The staff were SO friendly. Location alone was worth the stay but not sure I would pay the price again with no breakfast included.

Every time my son and I left and returned, we were greeted..and it seemed genuine. It was so NICE!I asked a favor and Leann was so kind and made it happen. I also asked (when I booked) if they could do a simple birthday decor for a teen. I think the message wasn't clear because there were rose petals and butterly towels on both beds (I was with my teenage son) It was HYSTERICAL. Im sharing this story NOT to cause problems but it was a HIGHLIGHT of our stay because it was so funny. Ive shared with so many friends and it will be a story forever...We've stayed at a lot of hotels..abd NYC hotels are hit or miss. This was the best hospitality we've ever experienced..also, it was so clean..and the fridge/microwave was a HUGE plus.. Thank you for a wonderful stay..we will be back!

When I arrived I received a very friendly greeting and I instantly felt welcomed. This was really great as I arrived late at night. My entire stay the staff was marvelous. The hotel has a really great atmosphere and vibe. I enjoyed my room, it was clean, cozy and warm! It had a microwave, Keurig and fridge. The hotel is also in a really great location. Not far from Penn Station. WiFi was fast and worked really well. I plan to stay here again. I definitely recommend!

Great location about 3 blocks from 34th St/PennStation/MSG subway stop in Midtown. Walking distance to Times Sq and Theatre District- I liked that it was close to TS but you could get away from the crowds. Lots of coffee shops close by. Our room was small but that's typical for NYC hotels. The most impressive thing was how quiet the room was! I never heard any street noise or hall noise the entire time. You would never know you were in Midtown Manhattan! My only criticism was the air conditioner was loud- I don't love window units- but other than that, I would stay here again! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean room but had an odd smell. Couldn’t figure it out. Since I was only staying for one night, didn’t investigate. Had two great interactions with staff, one at check-in and the other at check-out, one rude one, who assisted with my check-in, didn’t get her name unfortunately, but the other two interactions more than made up for her rudeness. Wifi was good, location is great. Very spacious room & brightly lit bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in New York City; while the location is great, the service was disappointing—our deposit was charged twice and the reception staff were not helpful despite multiple follow-ups, forcing us to go through our bank with no clear resolution yet. The advertising is misleading as photos show balconies, but the building has none, and basic items like toothpaste were unavailable, plus the elevators were very slow.

The room was clean, but very small. The pictures on Hotels.com don't seem to be of the actual hotel. The image shows a balcony, but there were no rooms with balconies in the hotel. The windows in all the rooms are perpendicular to the street, so the views are all of the buildings on the sides of the hotel so we had a view of drycleaners ironing and folding clothes. That said the hotel was very clean and easy access to our points of interest.

The staff members were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, although they only clean the room every other day. That was a little disappointing for the amount of money you pay to stay there. We have stayed in so many hotels in NYC and all would clean your room daily. The hotel is in a very good location. I only stayed there because I thought it was the same hotel we stayed in two years ago. By the time I realized I was off by one street over, it was too late to change. We are usually only in the room to sleep, as there is so much to do in NYC. It was fine for that. I would say they need to do some renovations, though. Breakfast was not included, so we didn’t eat there. If you just want a good location and don’t care about how modern the place is, you will be fine. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, especially at that price point.

The front desk are not friendly at all. They have an attitude specially when we checked out. She would let me use the bathroom at the lobby minutes after we checked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone she gave the whole not so good impression on the property a more worse experience so no. We will never come back.
