We were checked on every day and the desk staff were more than friendly! They made my grandson and I feel like royalty! That is not an exaggeration! Upon checkout they gave my grandson a toy and they gave us a care package of water and snacks for our trip! The remarkable part of our interaction was that they did it with so many people coming and going. This is the busiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Thank you for this stay. We’ll be back!!

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and nice - could use a few more towels but we found some. My family said the complimentary breakfast was just ok. But overall I read several reviews and have to say I would stay here again - great location to everywhere we needed to go.

The location can’t be beat, literally steps from the subway that can take you anywhere in the city. Mostly quiet in the hotel. Slow crowded elevators, and the breakfast was only okay. Lots of carbs! Loved the free coffee/tea/water in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality that was shown was top tier. Adunni at the front desk was very professional and assisted my daughter and I with instructions on riding the subway. Mrs. Caroline Bálson in house keeping is so precious and kind. She made sure our room was cleaned to perfection and always asked if we needed anything. She has such a sweet and loving spirit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay! Staff was great and very accommodating. The location is phenomenal, easy walk to most things — Central Park, broadway shows, MSG, Rockefeller plaza, and of course Times Square. Was also very impressed with the security presence and the exact security measures taken. Will definitely stay here again!

Air conditioner unit in the room was not in good working condition. It was very hot in the room the first night we were there. We also tried to call the receptionist/ guest services line approximately 20 different times through the trip and it was never working. The elevators here are always packed and it took us approximately 10 mins to get one to check out. We had our luggage with us and we were on the 16th floor so the stairs weren’t an option.

Location of the hotel is good, right near the main strip and Times Square. Staff members were friendly!

The customer service is top notch especially the breakfast area staff! They were all very kind and courteous from reception to housekeeping.
We got the accessible room and maybe it hasn’t been that used regularly hence the handheld shower head was somewhat moldy. There was no on site parking but that wasn’t so bad as there were nearby car park bldgs and we knew this prior to booking.

Additionally, the front desk staff behaved very rudely and did not communicate properly. The customer service experience was very poor.

Fast check in and check out. Even though the hotel is high rise there are three very fast elevators so there was no inconvenience. The interior feels recently renovated and very clean. Minor downsides are slightly low water pressure and a somewhat noisy heating system but at this price it is hard to find a better hotel. Excellent breakfast and outstanding value for the price.

I would totally recommend this hotel. The staff 20/10 super nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers omelets, waffles, meat, corn flake, oatmeal, coffee, juices, bread, etc. Amazing location near Bryant Park, Times Square, Lyrics Theatre, Port Authority Bus Terminal (if you traveling using Newark this is a must). Everyone is so nice. The lobby smells SO GOOD all the time. They offer luggage drop off. Just book it, you are not going to regret it.
