Super clean, happy with the excellent hospitality - all the staff from the bell hop, porter, security guard, front desk, housekeeping to the breakfast staff - very much care, and make you feel welcomed, appreciated and valued. One note to improve upon would be the water temperature - it was tepid to almost less than luke warm, and the dial on the aircon was working though the actual air temp did not seem to adjust. The aircon temp was so so cold and wanted to make it less so.
Lastly, the breakfast was good - plated though, but with unlimited juice and coffee. Thank you very much.

Everything is good, but since I travelled a lot and stayed in some hotels in some countries, I have some suggestions that I think can help your guests stay at your hotel more comfortably.
First, you need to put more towels in each room. Second, put a hot water kettle in each room so that those persons who want to drink hot water, like me, can simply put water in the kettle, then boil and drink it. Lastly, put a personal fridge in each room so that your guests can put some food in it.

I had booked a PINOY SUITE. I have started in such rooms in the same hotel in the past. I knew of a particular room number they i had used in the past. However that room not being available, they assigned me a different room. The size of the room was smaller than the same suite rooms in the same hotel. I booked for standard room here I am they gave me a very old room that looks very very old the faucet is not working well in the shower also leaking something in the toilet it is really bad, then I ask them to move me somewhere decent and comfortable room but they gave me the same room in the same floor still the room looks so old very dusty, toilet sink is not clean, the light in toilet very dim, and blinking when you turn off quite creepy, there’s not provided lamp shade, electric kettle, coffee, etc and the worst part of the room is the air conditioner that making noise overnight very old dirty air conditioning I booked from this hotel to rest before my flight the next day morning but I didn’t well resting it was really a bad experience I will never recommend this to anyone.. the picture looks good when you book it online but in reality it was really horrible..

Towels even fresh from laundry needs to be completely change. (Throw the old ones and change to a brand new towels). Please check your linens and towels before you let your clients reuse them.

I feel like this hotel ripped me off. Period I didn’t know I was booking a single room with a twin bed. A guy, my size 6 feet tall. Rather than simply give me a room with a double bed or full bed, I ended up having to pay 1500 pesos extra. This is not classy. This is not hospitable. And then, it wasn’t actually a fool or a queen size bed. It was two twin beds, put together most inconvenient, and uncomfortable. Hope to never stay here again.

Shower room has no proper water stopper/cover. Water splashed out the toilet floor when you take a bath. Molds on the corners of shower walls. Only 2 towels available, no face cloth and hand towels. No flat iron, no kettle,no fridge,no robes. just a empthy space with a bed. I'm expecting when I stay in a hotel for comfort and convenience. Anyway kudos to the polite,kind and helpful security guards,frontdesk,bellboy,and housekeeping staff.
