So central in Milan and is quiet and tucked away but so peaceful! Wonderful breakfast options, honestly the best out of all of my travels so far, and complimentary cocktail/drink each evening. Staff are super lovely and helpful and just made us feel so welcome, will be returning without a doubt!

We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco (hence the name of the hotel), The Last Supper painting, also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, including a spectacular Starbucks Reserve. Staff was welcoming and spoke good English too. Price for the suite was a little high for February, but this was during the Olympics and the location and amenities were worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay in Milan in great part also due to this lovely hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite room which was nice, however, the room smelled like it used to be a smoker room at some point. The facilities are fairly older and room outdated. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Staff was super nice and the location excellent. Breakfast was decent with tasty pastries.

What at first seems like a no frills hotel will delight you. Located on a small street that feeds into an ideal location a stone’s throw from the duomo and selfie heaven of you’re into that. The staff is courteous and efficient. The room itself is spartan. But it was meticulously clean and the hot water in the shower is infinite. Breakfast is more than just bread and cheese. When I had to stay up for a call on US pacific time business hours, the staff supplied me with bottomless excellent coffee and refused to charge me.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy our beautiful terrace because the weather refused to cooperate! A tasty breakfast was offered in the morning, with made to order specialty coffees, and we enjoyed Aperol Spritzes during the complimentary happy hour. The hotel common areas were beautiful, including an open air atrium, and a patio behind the bar. The location was amazing for our first time visit to Milan, with most of the sights we wanted to see within 6-12 minutes. But the real standout here was the staff! The women at the reception desk were so friendly, personable, and helpful. Taxis, restaurant suggestions, storing our bags, and warm smiles. We felt so welcome, and I’m sure you will be too!

Hotel Milano Castello exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The hotel’s interior was immaculate, featuring elegant marble floors throughout. The minibar was well stocked with soft drinks, and the bar area provided a pleasant spot to relax.

Great location down a quaint and quiet cobblestone street but yet just steps away from the Duomo, great restaurants and high end shopping! The room was immaculate. Free breakfast and cocktail were included. The front staff Eugenio, Amanda and Sandra were absolutely delightful, helpful and joyful people. They seemed to be genuinely excited for us to discover their beautiful city. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique hotel! We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s birthday so special — they coordinated with me weeks in advance and made sure everything was perfect on the day. Every single person we met was unbelievably kind and genuine — I honestly don’t know how they found this many nice people in one place!
Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The only minor downside was that our room was near the cleaning closet, so it got a bit noisy at times when staff were getting supplies, but it definitely didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
They even arranged airport pickup for us (for a fee), which made everything super convenient. We loved it so much that we’re thinking about switching our last night before flying home to stay here again instead of the airport hotel. Truly one of the most welcoming experiences we’ve ever had — highly highly recommend!

This hotel very convenient to shops/restaurants and not far from the Cathedral and square. Beautifully maintained Hotel with lovely outside area for relaxing with your drinks (free from 7 - 9 p.m.!!). Breakfast included in price and was a terrific spread offering fresh fruit, pastries, cakes, hot food, cold meats, cheese, toast, coffee, tea, juice. The room we had was large - think it was for disabled but beautifully set up on ground floor with large bathroom/shower. Free water/cold drinks in fridge. Definitely would recommend as so many inclusions for the price.

Very good small hotel in the city center. Walkable to all Milan's main attractions. Nice outside space for breakfast and drinks. Free happy hour drink daily was wery welcomed after busy days at the city. Rooms are good size ans clean. Breakfast is simple , but enough options . The only reason why I took one star out was that the staff was not helpful at all to propose options during during the nationwide transportation strike. I understand, that it was not a hotel's problem, but having strikes quite often, it would be nice to give quests some directions instead of \"nothing we can do\" answer.

What a great little hotel situated in the heart of everything but down a side street so it was quiet at night for sleeping.
Walkable to the main attractions and main street to visit the Duomo and Castle which was always a hive of activity.
