Short stay but was clean and had good breakfast to start our trip.

Great place to stay.

Everything was perfect 👌

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. I read other comments before booking but I experience it for myself. From the lobby to the room was spotless and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean as well and not crowded.
The complementary breakfast was more than just the ordinary!!!
A place I would stay again on my next trip to st Augustine

geoffrey
This hotel is fantastic, staff so friendly, room's big and comfy, breakfast is first class, nice quiet location but not far from all the sites 10/10
KIMBERLY
Everything was great. Enough towels, amenities, and the breakfast was decent. We would come again.
Kimberly
Nice new facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Silly thing was having to insert your room key in a slot to keep the overhead lights on.
India
The beds were super firm, very uncomfortable. Apparently you have to ask for a mattress topper. Why this isn't standard I have no idea why. The staff member didn't mention a mattress topper was ever an option for the hard beds until I checked out 3 days later. Pillows are awful ( feather/ super soft). Terrible 3 nights of sleep. Had to switch rooms because of extra hard bed and lose floor board in the first room, yes they up charged me when going from a king to a queen. Complimentary breakfast was terrible. You also pay $10/ day/ per car to park, despite what expedia says. Really disappointed with my stay. Feel like I deserve a refund. Won't stay here again. I hate bad customer service & poor quality accommodations.

Everything was good

I loved this hotel. It is a great location if you want to visit historic St. Augustine. The shuttle for the hop on hop off bus picks you up at the hotel and brings you back to the hotel.
The rooms are all spacious suites, with two queen beds and a sofa which can be turned into a bed.
Breakfast is included and it was perfect with many choices, including make your own waffles.
The staff are lovely and so helpful. Shout out to Simon at the front desk who is amazing.
I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit St. Augustine.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but the staff was great, bfast was hot, and the room and lobby were clean and inviting. Loved that the hop on shuttle was accessible via a free courtesy shuttle.
William
Property was clean staff was friendly however pool was not accessible after dark or before 8am. This made it unusable for my situation
Probably look for a stay that accommodates

The hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. For us the only thing was that it didn’t reach the same level of quality as other Comfort Inn’s that we have stayed. Specially the breakfast and the room amenities. But overall it was good for a short stay.
Thad
Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful regarding tours and offering discounts. Nice breakfast. Safe and clean and comfy. Would stay there again.
ward
Great place to stay outside congestion of St Augustine
JANELLA
Breakfast was convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Xavier
All was good and awesome
Mary
I have decided this will be my choice for lodging when I need it in St. Augustine.
James
Hotel was centrally located to attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were amazing. Amy knows the area very well and was very helpful with planning our activities. We felt like we were friends upon leaving. Free breakfast was always adequate. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would stay here in the future.
Alexis
Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice! The only downside for us was the air conditioning in the room was not great.
Brian
Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Close to downtown St Augustine.
cher
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Brenda
Our only complaint is the breakfast. We have visited 3 times in the past few months and wish the variety would change and have more options.
Barbara
Breakfast was great however the Fire Alarm went off several times when we were sleeping around 10:30.
Larry
Old style motel, very small bath room. They did their best to fix this place up but it is no Holiday Inn express. Pictures make it look better than it is.
Phillip
It was a good experience, was not told about the parking charge when I arrived and was surprised at the end when I had to pay.
Sharon
Beds were comfortable, room was clean. My husband enjoyed it; I did not eat due to Celiac Disease. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed our stay
Sherry
Room was clean and big enough for our family of 5. We weren’t sure what to expect but our stay was pleasant. There was a lot of people, considering it was the holiday weekend but the area was actually quiet and calm.
Mary
I was comfortable. I felt safe. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Keith
Clean room. Good breakfast. Great staff
Danielle
Rooms were clean and staff was great. Very secure hotel with keycard only entry. Energy efficient with keycard use for power in room. Disadvantage is it shuts down the AC and refrigerator when you are not in the room or don’t leave a keycard in the slot.
Jacques
The property is very clean and has great staff. Most of the restaurants are pretty nearby the hotel.
Graeme
Superbly clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was large spacious and comfortable with a free hot breakfast buffet as well. Around a 10-15 minute drive to the fort but a good location and easily accesible
Bella
My best friend and I went for 5 day 4 night stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed were more in the middle, we had booked a room with 2 gueen size beds. The breakfast was good, the best thing item was the waffles, i wish the breakfast didn't close at 9am. There is no safe in the room which we didn't like, and to get up to the room you have to scan your room card to get up to your floor. The pool looked nice, but only 5ft deep. The staff were all helpful when we asked. Overall a good experience, but will most likely not choose to stay there again.
KAREN
The breakfast was very well made, the rooms were spotless. Mostly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, all well above \"normal\"! Everyone working there was happy and showed a genuine desire to help your stay be exceptional!
Joan
The staff was particularly helpful.
Marlie
Great
Nena
The staff are all so friendly and helpful, very clean, and cool room, warm and tasty breakfast of biscuits, eggs, sausages, and potatoes, moreover cereals and waffles. I really liked the hotel and we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend you stay at the Comfort Suites on your visit to St. Augustine.
Erin
Great for the price, clean , spacious room. Nice breakfast selections and helpful staff.
Mollie
The breakfast was underwhelming. The potatoes were not hot. The sausage was undercooked. Plates were only located on one of the three stations causing a back up of guests.
Orlando D
Breakfast was fresh and abundant, there was a huge variety of options to choose from. The staff were all friendly and open. Highly recommend!!
Connie
Air conditioning didn’t maintain set degrees and tv remote didn’t work correctly
Claire
Fairly economical for the area, extremely clean, A/C worked amazingly, lobby is cute and fresh. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but we checked them out and they were nice.
Rodney
Great place to stay.
Mary Ann
Breakfast was ok.
A/C was good.

All great, clean good location
Margi
Nice property with reasonable rate. A bit too far to walk to historic area.
Theodor
All was very good
Nick
Very clean
Ryan
Excellent hotel. Would stay again
Adriana
The rooms are very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is a good option. Very friendly worker prices.
Dazja
Great hotel
Carolyn
This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to drive to the historic district. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
Leticia
Good
Osleydy
The hotel is excellent and located near to the old town the rooms was good, comfortable, and clean. It is highly recommended for families looking to enjoy a few days in San Agustin.
George
The room was clean, large and very comfortable. I only wish there was a non-dairy milk option for breakfast.
Diana
Same breakfast everyday. Dried sausage. They ran out of eggs the first day I was there. They did make more but we were leaving to go else where. Last day we were there we choose to go to a breakfast restaurant. The Dannon yogurt was good.
Manuel
Love everything
George
Very nice and clean . Close to the road so noise can be a little bit more than expected but very good overallall. Will definitely stay there if back in the area.
Ronald
The breakfast menu was ok but the food taste was not that good.
Shara
Plenty of breakfast options. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Brantly
Room very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Paul M.
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had extra towels. Breakfast was on par with other similar free breakfasts. Overall a very nice stay.
William
The hotel is not near the historic district as stated. We arrived in town early and checked with hotel to see if we could get into the room early.Although there was a room ready they wanted $45 to check in early. They also charge $10 for parking. If visiting the historic district I would look elsewhere, someplace where you can actually walk to the downtown area from. This place is ok if you need a place to sleep in a pinch.
Rebecca
This property exceeded our expectations. I travel a lot for work and initially had hesitations about staying at comfort Inn and suites but this one looks new or completely redone and we found it both immaculate and fresh. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. P
Samantha
We had a great experience staying here. The room was clean and very spacious. They had plenty of parking spaces. It was so close to everything. We will definitely be back!
George
The breakfast was very limited. Bananas, waffles, coffee, yogurt, fake scrambled eggs.
Jason
Cold AC, nice big swivel TV, nice room
Donna
I loved staying here. The staff really got me out of a pickle. I had reserved a room across the street that there’s no way anybody but a drug addict. It could stay there.
I saw the Comfort Inn and suites across the street. I went in. The staff was very helpful. The management was very helpful and I ended up staying there for quite a few days. You won’t be disappointed. Yes it’s off the beaten path from downtown Saint Augustine, but it’s very well-maintained very clean.

Juan at front desk was AMAZING! After a long day of travel and very late check in, he was a great friendly face and extremely knowledgeable! Hotel staff is always kind and helpful! Super clean! Great breakfast! Great location!
Alexander
Front desk staff were nice, rooms were well kept. Bar was not well stocked and unattended. Parking fee was not mentioned and it’s $10 a night.
Sheri
Breakfast needs to be later in the mornings I picked a hotel that had breakfast and you had to be there by 8am which I found to be really early
Nicole
The room was big and clean but there was no water pressure in the shower at all! It was like a little dribble, we couldn’t have a decent shower our whole stay.
The AC was either set to frigid or sauna, we could not find an in-between and it is a wall unit, not central.
The bed is very firm, not my preference but some like it. The breakfast nook is chaotic and small. Breakfast ends at 9am so there is a mad dash around 8:30 with a whole hotel full of guests elbowing each other in a small nook to try and get food. We tried but ultimately decided to skip it and go to one of the many cute coffee shops in the area.
It is in a good part of town, very centrally located and overall the hotel felt modern.

Nos atendió en el desayuno una panameña muyyyyy agradable y cortés
Brenda
The breakfast was fresh but the menu could be a wider variety. All they had on the hot food was scrambled eggs and under cooked sausage patties. We been to other locations that give mini omelets that my family love.
The hotel, as well as the room were cleaned perfectly. The halls were nice and fresh with a pleasant scent. The grounds outside were nice and clean with cleaning staff on top of cleaning. The front desk staff were all pleasant to deal with.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. The water pressure was lacking in the shower but that might be room specific. The mattress was firm, not a complaint, but nice to know. The breakfast was lacking compared to other Comfort Suites I have stayed at, but it might be different on the weekends. Examples - no hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and other types of fruit, just bananas. The coffee machine was good and gave you the option of light, medium or dark regular or decaf coffee. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.
Yasurami
Para mí todo fue excelente durante mi estancia y el personal es bien amable y educado
Daima
The room was clean but the shower had no water pressure. Everything was good.
John
Clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonably priced, excellent service!
Ronald
Unnecessary to charge 10 per day for parking when already paying a abover average rate. There isnt any added security in the lot.
Dawn
Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff , awesome breakfast and close to down town activities
Mark
Good clean place
Elizabeth
Lovely clean room. Quiet area which I prefer. Friendly and helpful front desk folks.
Check the shower water pressure.
Very low.

Breakfast was typical - waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels etc. adequate
Lynn K.
Property was very clean and lobby was great. Check in was easy Amy and Juan
Karen
Great place to stay.
Steven Dewey, Lora
I was surprised to find out that the hotel charges $10 per day for parking. This added expense was not listed in the hotel description. They should state the cost up front instead of hiding extra charges.
The food was fine but served the same exact thing every day. We stayed a week and there was no verity

Everything and everyone was fantastic. Extremely clean room and very friendly staff.
Patrick
We really like the size the of the room as it had a separate sitting area with a couch and also a desk with a desk chair if you needed to work remote. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. I would stay here again!
Dan
Asked to have linens changed at the front desk 2 days in a row, the vent in the bathroom also made noise all night long. Front desk wasn’t very friendly and willing to do anything
Cheryl
The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful in general and happy. The young man that checked us in suggested some great restaurants for dinner when we asked him. Breakfast was good with a number of options and there was a very pleasant woman constantly watching and replenishing. The AC was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.
