Our bathroom had hair in the bathtub/shower that I had to clean. Hair on the floor as well that I had to clean. Desk/table was sticky in many places that I had to clean before we could put anything on it. The night stand between beds also had something sticky on it. I didn't call due to the hotel being super busy and the staff was always talking with other guests so we just made the best of it.
Every morning the breakfast food was cold. We tried different times to go back and the food was still cold. Again we made the best of it.
The fact you had to valet park was ridiculous every time you wanted your car or just wanted to get something out of it.
We could only stay for two nights. We left a day early and checked out Sunday morning.
I believe we are crossing off this hotel on our list.

I don't like that they make you pay for parking and it seems as you pull in you have to valet the car, which is unnecessary unless you really want to. The room was clean and staff were nice. I feel like with you being so far from the historical district walking distance you should not pay for parking because we spent about around 50 a day parking and that's included in downtown not to mention if you left downtown and came back.

The Room was a bit out-dated (cabinets were worn, corner walls were broken, sofa was stained), but for the two nights that we used the room to just sleep, it was okay. Point of Interests were walkable, but King Street, which is the main street to get to your Point of Interests was closed for construction and we needed to take a long detour.

Valet parking is mandatory.
The room was a really good size, but there was hair all over the shower, the mirror was dirty, the coffee mugs looked like they were never cleaned, and the kitchen cabinets had sticky stuff smeared on them a d the cabinet handles. When told about it, the front desks answer was \"house keeping comes tomorrow\" and \" would you like more towels.
Also, the mattress was a spring matress with almost no pillow top.
Breakfast was ok.

The room was acceptable but on our arrival tge carpet was wet because it had been cleaned. Warn the guests in advance but better still don't leave the carpets wet if the room is due to be in use.
The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, this is very poor.
Valley parking is crazy expensive at $29/day or $15/day if the guest is handicapped.

Upon arriving at 5:05 p.m. and opening the assigned room, there was a man lying on one of the beds. I immediately went downstairs to report it, and they assigned me another room.
When I entered the new room, the entire carpet was wet and the room had a strong musty smell. We called the front desk, and their response was that they had been cleaning the carpets for a week, which is why they were wet.
I also noticed that almost all the doors of the other rooms had signs warning that the carpets were wet. The hallway had a musty smell as well, even though it was dry. They never offered any options to resolve the carpet issue in any way.
If we had known this —which according to them had already been going on for a week— we definitely would not have booked with them.
The location is good, it’s close to everything, and the building itself is in good condition.

Parking is valet-only for $29+tip. Not mentioned conspicuously on web site. The valet drives your car 30 ft to the parking lot. There is no need for valet, except to squeeze you for more money. Hot breakfast was lame. Frozen omelet patty and potato-pepper mix microwaved and served room temperature. Bathroom floor was dirty in corners. Otherwise, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was nice, but it's hard for them to be helpful if they can't understand what you're saying.

The accomodations were above my expectations. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was as expected.

Parking is by valet only and an additional $29.00 a night plus tax. This is not fully explained on their website or at Expedia. Having said that there was never a delay to get our car and the valets were very courteous.

On check out there was an error on charges for the valet service as we had 2 rooms and only 1 car. Both rooms were charged. Front desk person couldn't reverse and manager was not on duty. This did get corrected by end of day.

I would stay here again and factor in valet service. The surprise left a damper on our stay.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the patio/pool area were very nice and welcoming to hangout and enjoy the view of the river. The gym had everything needed and it was modern and spacious.
The property was only a few minutes away by car from downtown, which was ideal for our group, although be aware that parking at downtown can be a bit difficult at times.
The breakfast was nice an d fresh, however the two nights we stay there they were missing waffles. They could also add more topping for the oatmeal.
Lastly the only thing that I did not like was that valet parking is a mandatory. There is no option for self parking.

The rooms were really spacious and nicely decorated. The parking attendants were super friendly and helped the guest find cool places to check out in St. Augustine. The property was well maintained. The bridge to the downtown area was closed, so it was a little longer walk than we planned for. My only complaint was the lack of waffles in the breakfast area and the breads were not well stocked. I ended up with oatmeal, which could have used some brown sugar and/or nuts. The breakfast area was clean and offered a great view of the river. If your room sits on the river side, you should be able to see the historical area. Otherwise, you have a view of the parking lot and a road. The rooms were quiet.

I downgraded from what I was charged and she said she didn’t see any change in price on her end, that they didn’t price match and made multiple excuses not to help me. Hilton does price match. I would think they’d definitely price match their own website. She stated she couldn’t go off their website. The place was lovely, but don’t expect management to help if you.

Slightly run down rooms that need to be better looked after. Shower was filthy with water residue buildup, dirty spots on floor annd walls and paint falling off the ceiling. Bed and pillows lumpy and old. Breakfast and front desk staff was the only thing going for the hotel. Plus they charge you a valet fee which is not really necessary at the hotel since there’s plenty of parking to do it yourself and this isn’t a fancy hotel. They should also put on this site that the road is blocked off to walk to the downtown area because of construction.

Stayed there a week and while while looking for houses in St. Johns and the stay was nothing to write home about. The House Keeping and the communication between and from the staff at the hotel does need improvement. Even though room \"refreshing\" is said to be done every alternate day, we had to chase these guys to get our room \"refreshed\" after 4 days. The pool was nice, but make sure to ask for towels before you go, as there were many times none were stocked by the pool. Lastly, if you are planning on working form the property, be prepared. Not only is the internet not great but we had a whole day of no internet (where folks could not check in and had to be escorted to their rooms to open them). So, I used my phone as a hot spot. Definitely an eye opener.
