Beautiful property within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was amazing each morning. We love the staff and will definitely come back
Ronel
Great stay! Food was awesome
Linda
The property was a Funeral Home! in a previous life! The management says it’s haunted. My family and I did not experience anything untoward, but I would not have booked there if I knew its history. Caveat emptor!
Jon
Excellent location right on the beach.
Deborah
Adorable bed and breakfast, centrally located, convenient parking, snacks, beverages, and breakfast great! The staff upon arrival and departure were extraordinary. Always love Registry bed and breakfast accommodations.

Always our favorite in St Augustine.
Dina
The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was yummy and filling. Perks with happy hour wine and beer and cookies plus a delicious tiramisu dessert. They also gave us an extra treat of chocolates and brut for our anniversary. Would stay there again. Parking was convenient and everything was walkable in the town.
Gregory
Awesome from start to finish!!

Like staying t your Grandmother's house. Great place and staff.

Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh.
Erica
The staff was friendly from the moment that you came in. The room had everything you could possibly need. The cocktail hour was a nice touch and the dessert treats were great to eat in bed in the evening! Breakfast was amazing. Thank you. -E
Camille
The B&B location is awesome. A couple of blocks from George street in St Augustine, the shopping and restaurant district. Very walkable. Room was nice and had an outdoor roof area. Daily breakfast was outstanding. B&B also had a daily social hour where drinks and apps were provided. Last, inn also provided a daily dessert for two. It was very nice all in all. Oh and bed was very comfortable.
Kevin
Very nice inn and nice staff. Good location for sites of interest
brenda
The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and personable, and the breakfasts were tasty. Wonderful location to be able to walk the Historic town. We would stay again. Oh, they provide evening desserts that are excellent!

Beautiful home and a great location near all the restaurants and activities on St. George St. Our room was lovely and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The room was actually very quiet considering the level of activity around the inn. Breakfast was wonderful each day as was dessert each night. Parking was a little crazy due to another guest who was inconsiderate, but we will definitely be back!
Lisa
The room was lovely, with a loveseat in addition to the comfortable bed. The bed and breakfast provided excellent breakfast, and nightly dessert, and had a tea/coffee/water station always available.
Gudrun
The room was nice and the location is central, which is critical considering the crowds that visit St. Augustine daily and the resulting traffic congestion. However, I was disappointed by the breakfast. Typically, Bed & Breakfasts are a step up from hotel chains but this place underperformed. There was a variety of processed foods like Kellog's cereal boxes, yoghurts, bread and jam. An innkeeper served rotating cooked breakfast (e.g. egg strata) but the portions were tiny and the food wasn't tasty. The innkeeper was also quite inattentive and her demeanor discouraged asking for more or modifications. There was a lot of free booze but I don't think that's a top breakfast choice for most.
JOHN A.
Comfortable bed, nightly desserts, coffee and tea anytime. Great location! Everything within walking distance.
Chris
This staff are overworked and overwhelmed which is why I am guessing the beds are invested with bed bugs. Finally got a refund after having credit card company to step in as the owner didn't want to take accountability. With over 36 B&B's to stay at, this isn't the one.
Kimon
Perfect stay! Everything from the property, cleanliness, check in-check out! Loved the yummy breakfast & nice happy hour with wine and snacks! Have stayed here several times and will see you again! Staff is super nice!

We only stayed here for one night, unfortunately, but we loved the time that we spent. The property is in a great location, and they provide so many nice features and extras that it really made for a wonderful experience.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, you are given a nice, freshly baked dessert item to welcome you. They have a sort of meet-and-greet happy hour each day, where they serve some drinks and hors d'ourves, and you can mingle with the other guests. We actually enjoyed talking to some of the other people there.
Our room was lovely and nicely furnished. Some of the rooms have a balcony (ours happened to) and they were cool about letting me smoke a cigar out there, as long as I did not smoke in the actual room.
Breakfast the next morning was great. They do a rotating menu for breakfast, so that you don't eat the same thing over and over if you stay there for multiple days.
We really felt welcomed here, and we regretted that our schedule, and the availability of rooms, only permitted us a single night here. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

Best B&B - Can't wait to come back!
A wonderful experience. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast and a great social hour. The location is a couple of blocks from the historic section. Love this B&B and look forward to returning.
Carlos
This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and Casa sw Sueños did not disappoint. It was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The location is excellent, you are close to everything but far enough to be a serene stay. One of the highlights was sitting down to breakfast with other guests — it was such a unique and enjoyable way to start the day. Hearing everyone’s stories and sharing experiences added a personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Casa de Sueños to anyone looking for something a bit more special than a standard hotel.
Maria
This place was perfect! Nice staff, clean and cozy place. First time in a Bed and Breakfast and definitely great experience!

Very nice B&B very close to everything. Well kept, loved the idea of social afternoon and the sweets for the night. The people are very cordial. Will come back

Surprised that only 1 person is there till 9 pm. And it’s not the owner.
Weekend morning and evening person didn’t know that I was gluten free . And questioned me like I was the problem..
Attitude needed to be better for both of them. Didn’t look like they are happy there.

Perfect Place to Stay
A great bed and breakfast in the heart of old town St. Augustine. The amenities, food, and staff were awesome and I will definitely be coming back
Mary Beth
Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.
Belinda
Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!
Gary
The picture on Expedia is not the property that you will end up staying at the house is an older home looks nothing like the picture on Expedia the gentleman there was nice and understood that we were looking for a property that was Ada accessible so he did refund our money which was great but the property was not as advertised
Justin
First time staying at a B&B and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was kind and the location was great to be right in the heart of the historic district.

1 night stay
Great location, friendly staff. Room and especially bathroom could be cleaned better. Jacuzzi has seen better days. A lot of street noise. Hard to park.
Yvette
Charming. Very convenient location. Manager was friendly and helpful..Food was good. The room could use some small upgrades for upkeep.

The place was clean, quaint, romantic & the staff were so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary there and it was terrific!

5 Stars!
The B&B is a beautiful place. It’s perfectly situated, within comfortable walking distance of the historic district, the marina,
and many attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is stellar. We enjoyed meeting Patrick and Ester, and Amy made tasty breakfasts and gave us good tips for things to see and experience. The extras provided (desserts, complimentary sherry, Happy Hour) made it a singular experience. We’ll put this B&B on our list of places we want to revisit.

loved the location and right in the middle of historic district. Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Did not like the location of our room next to dining area. It was loud and lacked privacy. Beds and pillows were nice.

We had a great stay here on our first trip to St. Augustine!

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable.
The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the staff, food and room. The beds were the best, the bathroom was clean and everything we needed was at the tip of our fingers. We would not look for anywhere else in St. Augustine.

An unexpected treasure
What an amazing and unexpected treat. This little BnB was a welcome respite after a stressful week for us. Nothing short of friendly and uber accommodating. The staff is super friendly and the extras are heart felt making for an intimate and personalized experience in this cozy, quaint and much needed treasure is one of our favorite vacation destinations! We will definitely be back

It was not a five star hotel or property. Room was very cold, linens were old and breakfast was terrible.
I am disappointed with Expedia and will hesitate to use it on the future.

We have stayed here 3 other times and it has been wonderful. This time however was terrible! The Inn keeper was not attentive at all and stayed outside smoking with her boyfriend for the majority of our first night. She was here the next morning along with the boyfriend who was in and out of the kitchen with her. She claimed the stove was broken so instead of the Frittata that was suppose to be served we got scrambled eggs. She claimed the oven was broken.
Our room was never services even though we checked the box that asked if we'd like housekeeping upon check in. I had to take out the trash and ask for more towels after returning back from a long day of walking around town. My husband who's an engineer had to fix the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain properly and relight the hot water tank because we had no hot water the second night. Definitely was not worth the over $300 a night that we paid and sadly probably wont be back for fear of
this happening again.

This bed and breakfast was not up to standards. The staff was ill trained and unable to answer basic questions about the area. The breakfast was awful..store bought heated bun was suppose to be French toast, pumpkin pancakes inedible, fruit loops as cereal, eggs came out of a bottle..yuck! And, on the last day breakfast offerings were not put out by staff because why bother for only four guests. Upon check in, a form was given to sign…watch out since your housekeeping service was signed away. The rooms were basically clean but bedside table lamps were caked with dust. The front door was kept locked and a key given to enter the premises. Only a few lights were on in the evening so you entered into a dark vestibule. A phone number was left to call another inn in case of an emergency. I’m presuming that the other inn offered services. The area is very noisy at night so sleep time is shorts, This inn does not give charm or southern hospitality! Therefore, I would not recommend this inn.
Virginia
Nice small B & B walking distance to St George street shopping, activities, and many restaurants. Walk in shower, good king bed, and very good breakfast.

Monica was AMAZING, we stayed in Nieve and will stay again, it’s perfect…. Excellent hospitality, right in the heart of downtown, easy parking and just excellent!

The weather was amazing. Was celebrating my wife’s birthday. The 2 day stay was unforgettable. Service and guest experience was great. I’ll be back.

Everything you need was provided in the room. The breakfasts gave you plenty of options to select from. The special dessert treats were outrageous.
Daniel
Great place, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and upscale. Unique house, clean and comfortable. Free parking on premises and perfect location for walking around the old town area. We will definitely stay here again.

Ok Stay
Good things first - Cute historical inn, parking on site is great. The Cons - We were in the Saragossa room which is right in between the front door and the kitchen/dining area. Very loud in the room from the Inn traffic not exterior noise. Early every morning you’d hear plates clanking and things getting slammed around and people talking. Not the most peaceful stay. The room doors were a set of double doors but only one side opened and it was maybe a foot wide so getting luggage in and out was hilarious and not in a fun way. Speaking of luggage there is no assistance with luggage getting it up flights of interior or exterior stairs. The whole Inn is locked at all times which is great but coming and going can be hard. Also everyone having the same key for the front door and your room door doesn’t make sense security wise. There was one very small dresser to place things on but no other flat surface. It just appeared overall very little is put back into this property. They mean well but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Dora T
A very cozy B&B with great staff and wonderful amenities. The afternoon social hour with appetizers is a very nice touch to include a lovely pastry for later in the evening. While located in the historic district you are not in center thus avoiding some of the late-night live entertainment that could interfere with your sleep. Our car stayed parked during our entire stay.
Margaret
The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home!
We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily.
It was a short walk to historic downtown also. Highly recommend Casa De Suenos

Very close and walkable to Old St. Augustine! Breakfast was good. It was nice having a king bed on the ground floor! Great parking, and the hostess was very sweet! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
James
Great staff. Evening happy hour was enjoyable with ample drinks and light snacks. Awesome breakfasts. Loved the bed!

This is a great place for a romantic getaway. Or when you want a St. Augustine trip that won’t require driving. Get there, park, walk to most everything.

Great Bed & Breakfast near St George
We were so pleased with our stay at Casa De Suenos. The staff couldn't have been more hospitable and we were very impressed with the breakfast and happy hour and after dinner desert offerings. Plus we came away with new friends! Would definitely stay here again.
