The bed was very hard. I was very disappointed.
Kristin
Nice clean room with a great view from the balcony
Glenn
Hated the bed pillows. They end up totally flat with no support.
Dominique
Overall great stay, the staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful! They offered breakfast for a fee and it was good option, my family and I had breakfast our last morning there and it was pretty good. Rooms were really clean and they are dog friendly!
Lisa
Staff and clean room.
Maureen

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing.

This is my third time staying at this location and unfortunately my last.the overall customer service was very disappointing.
We booked a room with a balcony but we're not given the room we reserved.while I could have overlooked that, the rest of our stay only got worse. At one point, we sat at the bar for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged the bartender (older grey hair lady) was no where to be found when she did return she was more interested in socializing than serving guest, the manager on duty(short blond lady) seemed to be more interested in flirting with guest than ensuring customers were taken care of. When I checked out I paid our bill and confirmed everything was taken care of on my end in full,Around 15 minutes after leaving, I recieved a phone call asking me to return because I still owed a balance , after coming back i learned they had failed to settle the bar tab correctly. Throughout our stay, I also noticed several staff members spending time outside smoking and on there phones instead of assisting guest. I do want to recognize the positives. Paula the other bartender , was friendly and helpful. The Maintenance employee who came to check out our refrigerator was outstanding. He was on his way out for the day but still took the time to help us and genuinely seemed happy to do so. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition for his excellent customer service he was a smaller Hispanic gentleman.

Parking was very well lit, nice pool area, breakfasy each day was good, buffet only at weekends.
Taylor
This is a gorgeous property in an excellent location. Buyer beware, there’s no cable TV or streaming capabilities. The TV used a bunny antenna. This missed the mark for me as I expected modern amenities when booking with a Hilton.
Richard
New, clean, close to everything, parking, restaurants nearby, snacks plentiful by front desk… close to the beach, close to attractions in Old St Augustine … perfect!
Toni
Clean rooms and friendly staff
Melissa
Disappointed the breakfast wasn’t included but everything else was perfection! Perfect location. Clean. Safe.
Nicole

Clean room and friendly staff
William
Everything was great with this property.
Martin
The hotel itself, location, size and quality of rooms was very good. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the very first impression of employees at reception responsible for checking us in. Whilst I appreciate people may have had a bad day I do not believe it should impact on customer experience. A very abrupt & unhelpful welcome to St Augustine. A stark contrast to our experience in both Savannah & Charleston. This aspect needs to improve.
Danny
Nice Hotel! Staff was great
Harry
This hotel is amazing and in the heart of the historic district
daniel
New property. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly. The location was within walking distance to the historical district.

Front desk staff at check in was less than enthusiastic nor very welcoming. Also, tried to call front desk and other services with in room phone and never got any answer.
Ken
Didn't like high parking fee and left out in open. All requests for hotels were for free breakfast included. They were charging 15.95 per. All beds were for king, got 2 queen. All showed handicap, but still had to hobble down longest row of rooms to end. Not worth it, to me.
Joan
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel and room is very clean. Dog friendly and parking is on-site, which is a plus!
DONNA
No TV stations as its a manual antenna and no cable so to catch the news in the morning or evening my husband had to hold the antenna or we got no reception. Wifi wasnt good. Room was ok but the AC wall unit was loud and terrible constantly turning on and off and very noisy. Rooms were ok not the cleanest but ok. For a place to sleep and not spend much time in, it was ok.

We enjoyed our stay

Desk staff not familiar with job to assist patron.
Sunday, Monday of this week.
We wished a cab but they did not know how to take us to restaurant in OldTown Augustine.
They reminded me when I said Holiday Inn desk was helpful.
They said they were a less Hilton only Garden.
Reservation withExpedida said free hot breakfast and and free Parkingtheyckaimed that was not true.
So I was charged $20 each day for parking. And would have been charged $15.95 for breakfast each morning.
We went elsewhere for breakfast.

I was not able to check in at 4 because my room wasn’t ready until 5:30, making me late to the event I was in town for. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door that has issues with the track it rolls on. We were unable to close the door!
laura
Clean room. Shower was awesome, one of the best i have ever seen. beautiful property
Pattie
Enjoyed our stay there was very close to all the historic area
Patricia
The room was clean. The staff was helpful especially the day staff member
When we got to our room the TV did not work (no signal). When someone came to our room we were told the TV was broken and we had no cable and that we could only get local channels only, which buffered frequently. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved. We were however given a discount on our room because of the inconvenience.

Linda
Good staff

The front desk staff, particularly Abigail, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Abigail proactively communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure all our needs were met. Following our check-out, my husband inadvertently left his pill case in the room, and Abigail promptly contacted me to inform us and facilitate its retrieval. This level of attentiveness is commendable, as many establishments might not extend such a courtesy. The professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff was truly impressive.
The accommodations were notably spacious and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding. The presence of an on-site restaurant and bar is a significant amenity. We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant on multiple occasions, and Paula at the bar consistently crafted a flavorful cosmopolitan. Our stay at this hotel was delightful, and we anticipate returning on our next visit to St. Augustine. Its proximity to the historic district, within walking distance, is an added advantage. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

1st room I got stuck in the bathroom. Maintenance had to unlock it. Luckily my sister was there to call them or I’d still be there..not really. 2nd room…The maintenance guy (both amazing) checked the bathroom door to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues and apologized for the inconvenience. Manager also apologized and he was was very nice. Then the TV wouldn’t pickup any channels. Front desk said to unplug it and plug it back. I unplugged the wrong thing apparently because the other maintenance guy who’s also amazing, fixed it in seconds but it was unfortunately the day we were leaving. Staff were all friendly. The location is great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is much to be desired. The walls in the bathroom in room 404 are filthy. The floors in the halls and my room were pretty dirty. Hotel isn’t bad. It needs a good washing off the walls, vacuum and mop the floors, replace the beds and linen and a good dusting. I expected more for a Hilton establishment. We weren’t miserable, just uncomfortable because everyone was so lovely. Hotel and staff has the potential to be great.
Aixa
Room was very clean and the staff where very friendly.
Terrence
I booked for a king room but recieved a two queen bed room at check in. Told by front desk that they are the same price, however the queen room was lower during time of booking and I specifically over looked that for a king bed.
Marilyn
Very nice clean hotel. Rooms were very comfortable.
Jeff
Hotel was overbooked when we went to check in. The staff were so fantastic and made sure they made things right for us. Over and above great, restaurant and bar was wonderful.
Christian

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way!! The coffee pot didn’t work in the room! I was very disappointed with the Hilton!
Gina
Like this property. Price is a little high for its categoru
Lori Gail
The stay was not what I expected from the Hilton. We stayed three nights and felt the beds were firm and the pillows were terrible. Came in from an outing, one bed was completely made, the other untouched. The next day, came in with the beds made but the pillows from one bed were on the other, they must have gotten interrupted before finishing. The fact that you have to pay to park in the property is a little ridiculous as well. The hotel itself was clean and the staff we encountered were very friendly but probably would not stay there again.
ARMANDO RUIZ
Clean rooms. Looks like a fairly new Hotel. One draw back is the $25 per day parking fee. What’s not expecting that. Seems just unreasonable just for parking and it’s not valet. The parking fee would most likely keep me from booking at the Hotel again.

Hilton Garden St Augustine looks amazing from outside but there are many flaws inside that keep you away from a true vacation experience!
1. Weak / bad coffee in the lobby
2. Rooms not cleaned till like 6 pm
3. No Netflix, Prime or even a smart tv!
4. Room service for food delayed over 1 hr
5. Deluxe rooms are next to the elevator and evrytime someone uses the elevator you can hear them loud and clear! So much for a “deluxe” room
6. Front desk not interested in improving anything
Overall a poor experience unlike other Hiltons we have stayed at.

The room wasn't very clean, and the housekeeper never came in to clean it during the three nights we were there.

Courteous staff, room clean.
Jennifer
Room was great but restaurant was not good. Breakfast was likewarm and not good.
Elizabeth
Our stay was great overall.
Stephanie
Our family reserved two rooms. One did not have the TV working and the other has drain issues in bathroom sink. Traveling with a small child helps if the TV is working. An uber was much cheaper than the recommended $5pp shuttle ride and they did not answer our calls pass 10pm. Best to uber it. Breakfast was not free and charged $10pp.
Steven
Room was clean and tidy but within seconds all you heard was a yappy dog barking next door.
Owners had gone out for the night and left dog
We approached front desk all they can do is call owners who may or may not come back before 12
We drove over 9 hours today from airport and all we need is sleep and it’s like a dog hotel
In bar area dogs, outside dogs barking
We have dogs but never inconvenience others with them
All other hotels sold out tonight and no other rooms
People on floor above also moaning about dogs

In my room 103 there was hair in the shower. Speed cleaning is not efficient. Poor supervision to room cleaning. It is a nice hotel.

The one staff person wh was there wasnt very helpful. At our checkout she gave us our bill which was very high. They charge $25+tax to park . When i got home they added another charge (small) to the bill without telling me. there! Then a $50 upfront charce for ammenities we \"might\" use. When I
John
Everything was perfect from room to staff and location. I’ll be back next year.
Aniris
Our room was unexpectedly big. Lots of room and very clean. We stayed for Night of Lights and it was about a 15 minute walk, if you don’t want to pay for additional parking.
Craig
Everything was good, didn’t eat the breakfast and there was road construction around the hotel
Karen
Every was great. Makes no sense though to have to request a mat for the shower. It was very slippery and dangerous without the mat. Should be there when checking in.
Ninoska
Clean and close to historic center
Pamela
Nice dining and bar area, good sized room with fridge, microwave and coffee, and friendly staff.
William
It’s to much to explain
David
Loved everything, but internet/tech was intermittent
Scott
yes.
Jessica
First room a/c not working second room cleanliness was bad.
Tammy
This Hotel was almost perfect in every way. Nice, Large room, clean, and my room was close to the elevator. The staff from the desk to the waitress to the housekeeper were all very friendly. I would say that the only downside was the $25 a night parking fee. I was there 3 days, and that's $75 plus tax for me to park my own car. I would rather have paid $ 25 per STAY, not per night. That's it, my only complaint. Would stay there again.
Paula
La limpieza, la comodidad, y lo agradable todo.
Belinda
