We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly located between Playa Centro, Playa Norte and centro shopping. Pools were great. The beach club great. Our only criticism was the food for an all inclusive was just ok. With so many great restaurants nearby our recommendation (especially for the tea totallers) is to skip the all inclusive and eat out.

Michel was helpful in booking our whale shark tour. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Can’t wait to come back again.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Wish they offered buffet for dinner. The pool needed additional cleaning above water line on top tiles....black mold on lots of areas. Excellent margaritas at Sabor but definitely different taste at pool bar. They need to use same mixers. Enjoyed out stay with the awesome beach area.

Pros: perfect location and a very nice pool with a swim up bar.

Cons: you can't trust room service. They stole $500 from my bag that never left the room - when I brought it up with management, they brushed it off. The majority of the staff were not very welcoming or helpful, with some limited exceptions. Food was average, rooms felt dirty and had a strong sewage smell that came and went.

We loved our stay at PA. The swim-up bar was wonderful. The bartenders were very sweet and attentive. The staff as a whole was very nice. The only thing we didn't care for was the beach club. It was hard to get a seat on the beach, people were out there at the crack of dawn with their stuff on the beds.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The grounds were fabulous! I had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful! We met a lot of wonderful people. We have been to Isla in the past but this was our first A.I trip. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel amenities were good with many more options (restaurants, bars, golf cart rental, dock for water sports excursions) within walking distance to the hotel. Wish the staff told us more when we checked in about the resort and restaurants etc, we had to do a lot of guessing and figuring things out on our own. Also wish there was more pool loungers. Food was ok nothing amazing. Also we were under the impression that the resort handled our taxi ride to the ferry that was not the case.

Our stay at the Privilege Aluxes was wonderful. The room was on ground level overlooking pool with a patio that was clean and very nice. One con no drawers for clothes. The beach and pool couldn't be nicer and Danny is a joy. The restaurants are very nice but only con would be to have more normal choices. Beach food was fantastic. Drinks and service was wonderful everywhere. We haven't stayed any where else here but don't see a need to on the island if we are happy. Little more entertainment might be nice.

This place is a great balance between all inclusive resort and city life. A few minutes away from all the cool bars, restos and shops. The beach is seaweed-free and the sand is beautiful. The service is great! We especially loved Axel at the beach, Samuel at the pool and Michel and Jesus at the reception. Everyone was super helpful! I would suggest taking the transportation with them from and to the airport, it was seamless. The only thing I would say is that the wifi is not always great. My boyfriend and I needed to work a little on the trip and it wasn't alway easy, but it worked. I would overall recommend and I would stay there again if I visit Isla Mujeres again.

We had an amazing stay at Privilege Aluxes in Isla Mujeres and can’t recommend it enough!

The beach was absolutely beautiful—crystal clear water with no sargassum, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

A special shoutout to Lalo at the swim-up bar—he makes the most delicious mixed drinks and is such a warm, friendly person!

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and we loved having 24-hour room service. The food was another highlight—both the Satay restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant were absolutely delicious.

Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which made everything even more convenient. The hotel is also in a perfect location, close to everything, yet it truly has everything you need on-site—you really don’t have to go anywhere else.

We would definitely stay at Privilege Aluxes again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres!

Clean rooms but they had a musty smell. Also, a nightlight in the bathroom would have been nice, you had to turn on all the bathroom lights in the middle of the night which was blinding. Drinks were mediocre. They brought individual beer in a small bucket of ice, which was very nice. Guacamole and ceviche were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Beach is gorgeous.

Good position with excellent staff and good choice of restaurants. The only negative was finding ourselves in a room with an adjoining door to an extremely noisy group of other guests. Fortunately this only impacted us on the last day but was it was pretty dreadful and stopped us sleeping.
If you’re a couple I would make sure you are not put into one of these rooms. If I were the hotel I wouldn’t put multiple party people in such a room where the only soundproofing is a thin wooden door.

Rooms are clean and the pool is lovely and spacious and has a small pool bar. Security monitors the entrance and exit to their beach club, which is right on a lovely stretch of beach..

We chose the all-inclusive plan and thoroughly enjoyed their restaurants, Brazilian barbeque and beach club areas. The staff are attentive and the food was on point. My only comment would be that some of the top shelf liquors were not available resulting in an unpleasant tasting drinks.

The resort is beautiful and clean and the staff are all very nice, the beach is beautiful, you do have to walk across a small street to get to it, there are two large pools, one with a swim up bar. There are 3 restaurants plus room service, they do have different options during the week which was a nice surprise, all of the food was very good. Great location, easily walk to restaurants, bars and shopping, 2 things to know, some of the rooms are across from a school, so you may hear kids and some of the rooms are across from Stingray, which can be loud, all the other rooms seem like they would be quiet. The rooms and bathrooms are large and have nice balcony's.
