The room was very clean. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Pools look great but spent most of the time in the ocean. Elvis was the server at the beach, and he kept our drinks coming fast and was awesome to talk to. Room was great loved the plunge pool and jacuzzi tub. Food was everything we could ask for. I especially loved the Lamb. Only thing I did not like was the bed. It was a little hard for me and my wife, but I can live with that. We will be back again in the future.

My wife and I spent five glorious days at this all inclusive, adults only resort. The treatment we received was unlike anything we experienced before. Simply put, the staff at this resort is amazing. Add to it the pristine beach, the excellent food and the Casitas with private pool, we place this resort at the top of our list, and look forward to a return visit.

This was a completely perfect couple experience. Everything was taken care of and the service was exceptional. Only couples made it quiet and intimate. If you wanted to socialize you could if not no worries there was space to be to your self. The Food was delicious and the healthy vegan portion of every restaurant menu was a good option at times. The spa was a bright spot in an already overwhelmingly luxury experience. The complimentary hydro therapy session was great. We also had a couples massage that was complete and relaxing. Overall Beloved was what hoped for and more. Thank you to all of the staff that work so hard and always smile.

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. The resort is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels calm and intentional. You never feel rushed, never feel crowded. Whether you are walking along the beach early in the morning, sitting by the pool in the afternoon, or heading to dinner in the evening, there is a sense of peace that stays with you the entire time.

What we loved most is that the resort never felt crowded. There was always space. Space to relax, space to breathe, space to actually disconnect. You are not competing for chairs, not waiting around, not dealing with noise. It feels like the kind of place you go when you truly want a real break.

The service is what makes the experience come alive. It is not just that it is top notch, it is that it feels real.

At El Mar, Victor made every meal feel like something to look forward to. The setting, the ocean, the pace of the service, it all comes together in a way that makes you want to stay a little longer.

We had the pleasure of having Alfonso as our waiter at both El Mar and Lupita, and he was outstanding. Attentive, funny, and engaging in a way that never felt forced. The kind of person who reads the table perfectly and makes the experience feel personal.

By the pool, Elvis was incredible. He is out there all day in the sun, moving constantly, checking in on guests, delivering drinks, keeping things flowing, and somehow doing it

This was the most relaxing vacation me and my partner have been on. The property is beautiful and is well maintained. The rooms are VERY spacious and staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We booked this trip as a couples retreat and there were enough amenities/classes that makes this trip ideal for an intimate couples getaway. The taco truck and Beachside/ pool service was the highlight of our trip 10000/10 and the room service feature was so useful and the food was great but where I found the food was lacking was in when it came to the evening (dinner time) there’s only 3 restaurants all have different themes. We went to the steakhouse for our first night and the food was very bland, presentation was a 10/10 which makes you intrigued on what to expect when tasting the food. My partner ordered a steak and legit was no flavor and lowkey came cold…. I ordered some type of burrito and it was filled with little protein and a lot of cheese and beans. The French cuisine was the worst out of 3 from starters to dessert it was terrible. Italian is spot was decent but pretty basic…in all the inconsistencies with the food and drinks (go ahead and buy a bottle if you actually want to feel something) we expected the bar to have decent liquor since all were name brand and pretty decent in the states but we did a test with their don and ours and it tasted nothing like our don. The cafe 10/10. Overall 8/10

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive was honestly one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed to disconnect and rest.

The staff really made the difference. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive, not in an over-the-top way, just natural and welcoming. You could tell they truly care about the guests having a good experience.
We spent most of our time at the beach, which was calm and never too crowded—perfect for a couples-only atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a quiet, stress-free place to unwind as a couple, this is it. We would absolutely go back.

Been traveling to all inclusive resorts for 20+ years. This may be the best one yet if you like a chill experience. Never have I encountered a more friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent with many options. Beach is beautiful as are the pools. A food truck serves probably the best tacos I've ever eaten. There are only 109 rooms so if you prefer a larger resort this is not for you. A vacation to remember! Oh...and the rooms are really spacious and beautiful 😍

Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular.

The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure there was no issue). It can be nothing for people but it is important to us.

We will come back for sure as it was a real nice stay.

Very relaxing couples only boutique resort! Excellent service from all staff and great food, top shelf liquor in your room. Always chaise lounges available on beach or by the pool. Will definitely come back! Property needs interior updating, it is old The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean and constantly repairing but owners need to invest in updating for this kind of money. Again, I will be returning, it was the most relaxing vacation and staff & service beyond 5 stars!

My wife and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were thrilled with how amazing it was. The staff is so attentive, and the food was outstanding. It was so relaxing and quiet, so if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with your significant other, then this is the place to go. Our favorite part of the trip was eating tacos (they are SO GOOD) and lying on the loungers at the beach. The service at the beach was so attentive and kind. They always made sure we had a cold drink in our hands. All in all, we loved our stay and hope to come back sooner than later.

This place was absolutely magical. From the service to the rooms, the food, and the beach—everything was incredible. I don’t usually go all out writing reviews, but this place truly deserves it.
The food was outstanding. El Mar restaurant was absolutely delicious, and breakfast every morning was amazing. The drinks were fantastic too—top-shelf alcohol and beautifully crafted cocktails.
But what really made the experience special was the people. A big shoutout to Manuel and Alberto, who were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome.
From the moment we arrived to the craft cocktail we had when we first got there, every detail was just perfect!! Just FYI… this place is not for the ones looking to party but rather for those who want to relax and enjoy the quiet!!

As you walk in, you are greeted with the scent of relaxation and a beautifully prepared signature cocktail. The room is clean, large, very quiet, with a private outdoor space and fantastic water pressure! It is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and there is turn down service to make sure you are ready for the next day. The staff are truly kind and helpful without being solicitous or overbearing. They seemed to read body language well!
All of the food was top notch and presented as you would find in a 4 star restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and available everywhere. There is a beautiful spa that offers unique couples' experiences as well as a complimentary 30-minute Hydrotherapy session. The fitness center has something for everyone!
There is nothing that stood out negatively to us. This was a quiet (no party atmosphere here!), peaceful getaway that we will look forward to enjoying again.

The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful.

Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best.
Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious
El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious
La Isla: Excellent Risotto
Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffet

Went on my first AI and first trip to Mexico for baby moon with the wife. Clean, spacious and recently updated rooms - stayed in the junior pool walkout suite. Staff is super; responsive and excellent customer service acumen. Brand new gym equipment, overall fitness facilities has everything even a punching bag. Pools were super clean and bug free. Food was 7/10. The golfing at PM golf course on the championship course was 9/10 - only better course I’ve been on was at Osprey TPC in Toronto area. I would go back and highly highly recommend for a chill, leisure trip.

Beach very clean. Pool was very comfortable, heated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Really liked room service menus.
Coffee shop was amazing.
There was some construction going on but it didn't disturb.
