As you walk in, you are greeted with the scent of relaxation and a beautifully prepared signature cocktail. The room is clean, large, very quiet, with a private outdoor space and fantastic water pressure! It is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and there is turn down service to make sure you are ready for the next day. The staff are truly kind and helpful without being solicitous or overbearing. They seemed to read body language well!
All of the food was top notch and presented as you would find in a 4 star restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and available everywhere. There is a beautiful spa that offers unique couples' experiences as well as a complimentary 30-minute Hydrotherapy session. The fitness center has something for everyone!
There is nothing that stood out negatively to us. This was a quiet (no party atmosphere here!), peaceful getaway that we will look forward to enjoying again.

Went on my first AI and first trip to Mexico for baby moon with the wife. Clean, spacious and recently updated rooms - stayed in the junior pool walkout suite. Staff is super; responsive and excellent customer service acumen. Brand new gym equipment, overall fitness facilities has everything even a punching bag. Pools were super clean and bug free. Food was 7/10. The golfing at PM golf course on the championship course was 9/10 - only better course I’ve been on was at Osprey TPC in Toronto area. I would go back and highly highly recommend for a chill, leisure trip.

Bathtub water was brown and dirty so I figured I would go to the hot tub only it was cold. 10 people told me they would fix it but no one ever did. Room service food was poor quality and dining out experience was mediocre. Canceled multiple events like the poker night when I switched just for that. Just an overall below average experience for an expensive place like this.

We have stayed here before, since our last stay they have added beds on the beach which are nice along with the coffee shop that has ice cream and other treats. The food was not as good as last time we stayed here. They don’t offer a simple green salad with dinner and all the food was very fancy. Not everyone who stays in a nice resort appreciates fancy food. Giving some more simple options at dinner would be nice so all palettes can be satisfied.

This is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a quiet/relaxing vacation; everything is pretty much shut down by 10pm. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Axcel & Cynthia provided a variety of activities throughout the day (yoga, crafts, sip & paint, music in the evenings, etc). Luis took great care of us at the beach; he made sure we never had an empty drink. Pascal made great drinks in the lobby bar and was very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it!

This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I normally travel weekly out of the country. They had bedbugs in the bed. The workers were very rude and scammed us out of our money. The shower are not clean at all. They were full of sand from the previous people that were in the room like it was a beach inside the shower. The tub water came out black or green. They definitely have a plumbing problem because the toilet also didn’t work and they did not do anything for the inconvenience. I give this place -5 star needs to go under new ownership or management. Please be aware and don’t book any activities because 100%. They are going to scam me out of your money. We booked a trip to Xcaret and they dropped us off somewhere else. They also need to get a food quality check because their food gave us food poisoning. And it’s disgusting PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS RESORT DONT RECOMMEND

We loved the taco truck & the food was above average. It would have been nice to have an area we could grab casual bites. The staff were polite & were always eager to assist. The air conditioning is set to run approximately 73-77 degrees, we asked for a fan because it was way too hot to sleep. They have pillow options, if you don’t like yours they have several to choose from just ask.
We were surprised that there is little privacy for the toilet in the rooms. A swinging glass door that is comparable to what you’d see in a store, open at the top and bottom. Not very romantic!
