They had a lot of options for my husband who was a vegetarian, and they were very conscious of other allergies as well. My only complaint was with GoMajestic. We booked and excursion that ended up getting canceled, but they did not notify us it was canceled.

Beautiful place besides having trouble with our jacuzzi everything else was great they did respond to fix it right away . Rooms were clean everyday the staff was friendly and very helpful, outdoor pools were clean and staff at the pool were very helpful overall we had a great week at the resort , very pleasant place to stay. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Our experience at Majestic Elegance was great. The pools, rooms and restaurants were great. All staff were friendly and welcoming. They called us family. The restaurants were amazing. We went for my husband birthday and our butler did so much for him. They decorated our room had a special dessert sent to him even on our excursion they sang happy birthday to him. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Wonderful location! Try to avoid booking in the summer months because it is soo hot and humid during this part of the year there. It was still an amazing experience but May, June and July are the hottest months. Another great tip, if you couldn’t book transportation with the hotel in time, feel free to use the company indrive at the airport. They are reliable. Such great staff, please tip they deserve it. My husband and I spent 500 dollars just on tips alone during our 5 day trip. The plunge pool suite is incredible and has such a great view ❤️It was absolutely worth the extra amount and I can’t wait to be able to come back again

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 days absolutely loved it! definitely will be going back. Our butler Jesus was amazing(request him if you can) he was so helpful with helping us get around. The food was overall good, and pools were very clean.

Everything was perfect. We had this time the plunge pool. The first time we had a swimup room. The plunge pool is the 4th floor. We had a garden view and was very quiet, which is what we wanted. The swimup we had was directly across the pool bar. The staff was great.

Avid at the Pure bar is pretty cool. Also the large circle lobby bar that opens at 3 has the strongest drinks- heads up. Lots of fun activities to plan your day around. The picana at the steakhouse is what you want to order when you go there TRUST ME. All in all a good time

We had a great time. Serch the butler was amazing. He brought everything we needed and very responsive through the app. The only downside is the elevator by our room didn't work for the first few days and weird smell in the bathroom. Our favorite night was the silent party. We didn't realize the Mexican night was sat and had the French bistro. Next time, we will switch the nights. So much delicious looking food but we were so full. The dj at the disco was hot and cold. He would get the party going and then mess up the vibe the next moment. The room was cleaned twice a day. So definitely had everything we needed. The staff at all of the restaurants were great. We felt the Italian was bland but all the rest were fantastic. We had someone with celiac in our group and having the chef come up table to help order was phenomenal. Lots of choices for different eaters. We also enjoyed looking at the weddings from afar. They were all beautiful. The beach was not crowded so we easily had cabanas every time we went to the beach. They did try to keep the seaweed down. One you got pass the seaweed, the water was clear. Drinks were plenty but it did take 3 days for us to get a avocado margarita. It was delicious though. You have to try it.

Husband and I traveled with another couple, both staying on the Club side. We had the swim out jr suite, friends had jr suite. It was a wonderful trip! Rooms were the most spacious of any resort we have visited, air conditioning worked well, and the convenience of the swim out room was the icing on the cake.
Every single employee we encountered was wonderful! Our Butler Alejandro helped us make reservations together for teppanyaki, and French was easy enough to reserve ourselves on the app. Never once had to wait for seating at dinner, even the restaurants without reservations. Food was great and there was always a ton of variety! Alejandro was also able to assist when we were having some difficulties streaming from our TV.
Avid and Jorge at the swim up bar by building 2 took great care of us all week! Absolutely recommend booking this resort!

I enjoyed my stay at Majestic Elegance and had a great overall experience. The staff is extremely friendly, and our butler was truly awesome. Tipping in USD seems to pay off even better. There are tons of pools and bars, and the nightly entertainment after dinner is fun that keeps the resort feeling lively. It’s an especially great place if you enjoy drinking and being social. The food options are plentiful, though the quality can be hit or miss. The beach had quite a bit of seaweed during our stay so we spent more time in the pools. The TV and electronic features are a little outdated, but not a dealbreaker. If you’re not drinking or don’t feel like joining activities it can get a little boring, but overall it’s a beautiful resort with great service and lots to do if you want to stay engaged.

What a great time! Great food, especially the seafood. Loved that they had swim up bars so close to the rooms! Loved that the beach was just a short walk. Loved the staff. They were all so helpful and welcoming.(Especially Avid and Christian) Would totally go again even when June weather is considered an “off season”. There was seaweed but not as much as TikTok videos seem to highlight like at the more southern resorts.

The staff was wonderful. We had the opportunity to work with Krystel, the Expedia Ambassador at Majestic Elegance, and she was extremely helpful, always willing to assist us. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!

Kudos to Krystel, Jamilet, and Ricardo from the entertainment team, as well as Alfredo, our server at Mariachi Loco, the Mexican restaurant. They all made our stay incredibly pleasant, and they are the reason my family and I want to come back very soon!

Thank you, Majestic Elegance, for a week filled with beautiful memories. We can’t wait to return!

Property was very pretty, clean and staff was amazing!! No complaints about those things!
Now for my complaints- pools closing at 6pm- that sucks! I never found 17 pools as described I think they are counting the private pools off the rooms? But the ones we used were fine. The adults only area is not just adults only you have to be staying on that side and have a special bracelet which sucks! When booking through Expedia you don’t that information! The food- subpar to say the least edible but nothing to rave about! Which was sad to me! And again ran into this needed a certain bracelet to get into a restaurant for brunch! Lame!
Air conditioning was great! Room was great, beds were comfortable! Plenty of towels!
I would return but most likely won’t

Just came back from a 3 night stay and there was a power outage for 2 hours at night. I wish they made an announcement or something. The place was well maintained and the food is good at the restaurants. Butler service could be a bit better but we still had an amazing time.

Absolutely one of my best experiences at an all inclusive. Staff couldn’t do enough to keep you happy. We have been assigned butlers at many resorts but truly only seen them when we checked it. Our butler at the Majestic elegance was Lalo and he did everything and more for us. He was easily the biggest asset at the resort. Try to request him if you can, you will not be disappointed. We caught a few shows and they were all very good. Shout out to the Elvis impersonator! Food was off the chart. Liked all of the restaurants for all meals. We saw a few weddings and they were spectacular. Pools were fine just wish the would have had more pools with an ocean view. Beach was incredible with the powder white sand and deep blue water. Overall one of the best all around resorts in all of Mexico.

This is a very nice resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Housekeeping was some what lacking. We left a tip on the bed with a note of requests (wash cloths, towels, Cokes, etc.) each morning. If it had not been for Lalo (the butler), those requests would not have been fulfilled. The food at this resort is some of the best resort food I have experienced. The beach is nice, but it is the time of year where the sargassum (seaweed) is really bad. They did the best they could with keeping it cleaned up, but it was a futile effort. Overall a very nice resort to vacation at.

We stayed here two years ago and had a blast. Stayed here this past weekend and it was not the same experience at all. The resort was very quiet during the day and boring at the night time. Overall it’s a dead vibe. Last time there was a Dj every night and fun activities. The power also went out for an hour one night. We wanted a similar experience from two years ago but the resort is just not the same.

The room was amazing, had a hot tub outside which we enjoyed. The bed was so comfortable. We had turn down service a few nights which we thought was a sweet touch. Breakfast at the Italian for the adults only was 1000/10. Also breakfast at the main buffet was yummy too. They had turkey sausages! Pools outside were maintained well and lots of room, it didn’t feel super busy which we liked. The beach also had a lot of free cabanas. Johnson at the pool bar was a great bartender! Bogart and Elias at teppanyaki made it a fun night! The silent disco was so much fun!!

The Majestic Elegance was Elegant as its name states!

The Staff was friendly, kind and helpful in every way, everyday!

The plethora of food options was appreciated, even a bit overwhelming.

I loved that they had places to get snacks and food throughout the day, just hated that you couldn't take them in Togo plates back to your room, or togo cups for my smoothies (so maybe they need to add that to the togo menu on some way).

Tons of weddings taking place everyday, but wish they had prepared better for my friends wedding because the food got rained on due to a storm coming in and their reception being outside.... someone should have definitely been in charge of watching the weather and addressing the food... too much money spent to not!

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the free restock of room water, drinks and snacks each morning was greatly appreciated!

Each day comes with an assortment of activities, giving the resort a cruise ship feeling.

Great hotel, would go again!

Resort was very well kept and common areas were beautiful, everything was clean and you can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds nice. Pools were the perfect temperature, clean and clear. Staff were always very friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms were great, we had the majestic swim up and were very impressed. Some wear and tear in the rooms to be expected but nothing that ruined the experience. This was my first time visiting Mexico and my very first experience with a luxury all inclusive type resort, so I was very nervous about if I had made the right resort choice, if the cost would be worth it and if things would measure up to my expectations - and they totally did! The transfer through the resort from the airport (a huge anxiety for me) went so smooth and quick, we were able to spot the representative easily and he got us on our way within 10 minutes of finding him; same deal with the transfer back to the airport, easy peasy. Food was great, spa experience was lovely, room service food was okay. The only negatives I would give if you really twisted my arm was the beach with all the sargussam and the weather, which did derail some of our plans but not really in their control at all; though they do comb the beach daily and try to keep it clear. Beach was still great and water was warm, we had a lot of fun. Overall our trip was amazing and I would come back in the future!

We had an amazing family vacation at Majestic Elegance. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even better.

A special thank you to our butler, Amado, who was fantastic. He was always available, helpful, and happy to answer our questions or assist with anything we needed.

The food was also amazing. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, the Steakhouse, and Mar House — all had wonderful food, great service, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. Our server at the Steakhouse, Jose, was also great and made our dinner experience even more enjoyable.

The entertainment was excellent as well, with an amazing entertainment team that kept the atmosphere fun and lively. One of the highlights of our trip was the foam party — we really enjoyed it!

Overall, we had a wonderful time with family and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Majestic Elegance and would love to come back again!

We stayed here last year and were so impressed with the food, service, and cleanliness that even though there were some issues, we decided to visit again this year. I booked an ocean front room. When we arrived, that room was not available and they tried to say an ocean view room was ocean front. They did offer each of us a massage to compensate. We were able to move to an ocean front room the next day, and they planned to transfer our bags. This was inconvenient since we didn't know when that would happen or where our bags would be throughout the day. We also had a room with a private plunge pool. It was not very private though, as there seemed to be maintenance staff constantly in the area. The plunge pools are not heated and are positioned so they only get morning sun. They encouraged us to order room service, but the food was cold when delivered and not very good, The nightly entertainment was just that, entertaining. The restaurant meals were all, once again, top-notch. We used the Go Majestic transfer service to/from the airport and it was a great experience. Clean, friendly, and on time. Our butler service was not as great as last year, but it was still pretty good.

She’s fantastic, and due to her help and kindness I will be returning back. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. She’s a huge asset for the company! We recently stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres from April 30 to May 10 for our wedding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Our wedding day on May 5 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible wedding planner, Ivette. She made sure every detail was handled flawlessly, kept everything organized and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We could not have asked for a better planner.

We also want to give a special thank you to our photographer, Ana. She made the day feel so natural and memorable, and her energy and professionalism helped make the experience even more meaningful. We absolutely loved working with her.

At our reception, Ivan, our bartender, was phenomenal. He was hands down one of the best bartenders we have ever had. Not only were the drinks excellent, but his service, personality, and professionalism impressed every single guest at our wedding.

We also had an amazing dining experience during our stay. Bolgar at the teppanyaki restaurant provided incredible service and made the dinner so much fun and enjoyable. Abimeal at the Mexican restaurant was also an outstanding server who made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

Overall, the resort, staff, service, and wedding experience were unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres for helping create memories that we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering

We returned to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres this year to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and once again this resort exceeded our expectations.
We spent a long time choosing both the country and the hotel for this special trip, but in the end we decided to come back here because our previous stay had been such a wonderful experience. It truly felt like coming back to a place where people genuinely care about their guests.
I would especially like to mention Silvia, who leads the stretching class every morning at 10 AM. She is absolutely amazing — full of positive energy and professionalism, and she made our mornings so enjoyable.
A very special thank you also goes to Krystel from Guest Service, who did everything possible to make my husband’s birthday unforgettable. Her kindness, attention, and care meant so much to us.
Every employee at this resort works hard to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms were always spotless, the minibar was consistently stocked, and the service throughout the resort was excellent.
We left with so much gratitude for the entire team. The people working at this resort are the reason guests want to return again and again.

Food was fantastic. The beach was gorgeous. Loved the infinity pool. The restaurant and pool staff was friendly and attentive. Evening entertainment was good. Only downfall was the irritability by some of the bartenders when I asked for a mocktail instead of a cocktail.

Lots of seaweed at the beach so we spent most of our time at the pool. It was great. Solid service. Nice water. Lots of sun, but also good shade options.

Krystel, the Expedia Ambassador, was amazing and helped us with any needs that arose on our trip. We felt very well looked after
