Room was decent, but had some cleaning unfinished. Staff was nowhere to be found a couple times at the front desk, had asked for some extra blankets and toilet paper and never received until we called the desk an hour later. Valet parking wasn’t terrible except for 1 issue of not getting our car for almost an hour of waiting.

Bed is comfortable and room was clean but can't believe no water in vending machine and only voss water available. Breakfast is a joke only self serve coffee and fruit (apple, banana). The 30 dollar fee per day is a joke would recommend Riu instead

The hotel is nice. Not luxurious, not fully equipped, but well located. It is definitely understaffed since the same person handles the front office and the breakfast/drinks in the morning, and the front office and bar in the evening. But they manage well and are extremely nice. Shoutout to Marina who was very helpful.
It is rather clean, though we had to request our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day as they hadn’t done it on the first day.
The breakfast options are not great, only 5-6 options are available and they’re all pastries. They have some fruits as well. Overall the stay was good but I wouldn’t go back.

Rooms were basic but clean and everything we needed, the lobby was very nice with a little bar with good drinks. Located in an area with tons to do and decently priced, nice parking ramp located right next door at the Godfrey Ramp to make check in a breeze! Staff were also very nice and accommodating - had several conversations with staff looking for recommendations and every one they gave was perfect!

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned, and there was no refrigerator available, which was inconvenient. We were initially placed in an extremely small room that felt like a shoebox, and I had to request a room change to be more comfortable.

Additionally, the water provided in the lobby did not appear to be refreshed or changed during our stay. There was also no staff member present at the front desk when assistance was needed, resulting in a long wait before someone finally arrived.

Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay and the level of service we experienced. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

There were no glasses in the room to drink out of. There was no lotion. There was no coffee maker. The shower curtain does not stretch the whole way so water gets all over the bathroom. We had a free VIP \"hot\" breakfast. When went down, there was no hot food. Just coffee and some bakery items. And no employee to serve us. Very, very misleading. We won't be staying here again.

We were there for our anniversary. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and walk ability. I’ve driven past it so many times and so glad that we stayed! Every person on staff that we met greeted us warmly and it makes such a difference. You definitely have the right people on the front lines for you.

Pros: Got a discounted upgrade to bigger bed upon check in. Room very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Pillows flat and no good woke up with neck pain every day. Suggest taking your own pillow. Shower hot water was very mid…It got warm but never hot. Told front desk they had someone look at it and said water was hot when it was just warm. Could not take a steamy shower. There is no where to put your travel items outside the show no self nothing. We had to ask for clean towels at front desk each day we were there no service checked in room to see if we needed anything

We did receive a drink coupon for 2 free drinks for each nite we were there it was nice. There’s a lot in walking distance as well.

Overall hotel is very nice clean and modern staff was ok. need to improve the bathroom and towel service though.

I had a great experience at Hotel Felix River North / Magnificent Mile. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive from check-in to check-out, which really stood out. The location is unbeatable—close to great dining, shopping, and everything the city has to offer. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

THE TUB WAS FILTHY. There was a miscommunication that cost me an additional $190 over champagne I didn't order. Water in the room was not marked as an additional cost, and there was no available parking for the valet so I had to walk 2 blocks after finding parking myself.

Room nothing like the pictures that was wore out bed no soap the staff was nice. The hotel is maybe a three star Expedia really needs to start doing their story a lot better. Sign doesn’t even light up.. charges eight dollars for a bottle of water. Every luxury hotel I’ve ever been and it gives you free water, except Las Vegas.

I queen room I stayed in was small but met my needs for my stay. The bathroom had NO counter space, but did have shelving above the toilet to place your toiletry items. It just made doing hair and makeup a bit tricky. The shower took a long time to warm-up for the first 2 days I was there and then on day 3 was fine. Make sure you bring a sound machine! City noise and party guests coming in and out all hours of the night. Overall it was a good stay.

The room is much smaller than shown in the photos. The front desk also has to work the smaller bar / breakfast area. Not really a breakfast, they only have coffee, tea, and fruit. They offer pre made breakfast sandwiches and parfaits for purchase. Not much of a bar selection and the cola is not Coke or Pepsi. Its easy to get a taxi or wait for a ride share. The check in and check out process was easy.

Walls were a bit thin so you can totally hear people hanging things in the closet of the adjacent room and walking past the hallways, but the room itself was good!

What I appreciated the most was the staff. Even before I checked out, they were very friendly and accommodating - I landed at 5:30am and the staff offered options for an early check-in charge or just safely leaving my luggage with them until 300pm. After checking out, I felt urgently sick while waiting for my uber back to the airport. The staff did everything to look after me and help me feel comfortable until I was really well enough to leave.

Shout out to the entire staff, the charming Rachel and the solicitous Sasha. Thank you all!
