It was a lovely clean hotel in a great part of town close to the metro. The staff was very helpful and took excellent care of us! We appreciated that the were able to hold our luggage after we checked out so we didn't have to drag our suitcases to breakfast!

A very nice hotel. one little downside, however, is that the building seems to be renovated from a building with some history, and the floor seems to be a little bit tilted (not flat), but it's bearable, just need a few minutes adjustment

Really nice hotel near Saint Lazare station. Near lots of transport options and walking distance of lots of places you'll probably want to go. Area around the hotel felt safe, and there were a few cafes and restaurants within 5 minute or less walk.

The hotel itself was nice, quiet, and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but had everything you need. Breakfast was nice, compact selection but options for sure.

The experience was less than desirable won’t be coming here again. Not only use the bed up against the wall, which does not allow for you to get in and out comfortably. But as soon as you check in the staff is very unfriendly and irritated that you even show up. The construction noise made it. Awful to sleep. We barely got any sleep at all on top of that. The bed is up against the wall, so we literally had to climb on top of each other to use the restroom.

Room was beat up, tiny, and loud. Only one key per room, which has a large toy attached to it. Felt more like a motel than a four star hotel. Had trouble sleeping due to the noise and the bathroom sink was clogged. Closet is also tiny with hangers that can’t be removed.

Room was small for 3 adults. Good for 2 adults. We found black hair in the sink, on the bed and towels and pulled one from the wall. The toilet wreaked of urine. TV didn’t work but was fixed quickly. Handheld showerhead would not stay in place. Staff was pleasant. Food was cold but ok.

Wouldn’t stay again

Booked this trip as a birthday present for my mum - she was so excited as she’d never been to Paris.

Unfortunately it didn’t get off to a great start and we were unimpressed with the hotel. The room we were put in was literally right next to the reception desk (~1m) which meant it was extremely noisy - noise from reception, the street and the bar (not advised on the booking).

Mum suffers with various respiratory issues so I intentionally booked a hotel with air conditioning. Unfortunately the ‘air conditioning’ in this hotel is a building system rather than room specific so we could not use air con. The hotel could not provide a fan instead and advised to open a window. This was not possible at night due to being on the ground floor and facing the street.

We were offered to move to a different room so we could open a window but expected to pay double what I’d already paid!!

If I’d have know the room was on the ground floor, with no air con, fan or the option to open a window, I wouldn’t have booked the room at all.

Security was also a concern - you’re asked to give reception your key when leaving but when we returned to collect the key, they don’t ask for a name or any details.. just give the room number and they hand over the key. Could be given to anyone!

The hotel was generally clean and in good condition, although the door handle literally fell off the bathroom door so we could not shut it properly.

Please remember it is a capital city and you get what you pay for. If you are going for couple of nights need good location and don’t want to spend over £175 a night it is perfect. On the metro very close to Champs Elysee and few minutes walk to galleries Lafayette. It’s also very safe I went shopping in Louis Vuitton and put my shopping in my room. If your like celebrating something then book more expensive hotel. Staff are very nice and breakfast is good.

Poor experience for a birthday stay

Booked a superior room a month in advance for my birthday trip. Got there and was given a disabled room right by the entrance and next to the bar, communal area and the reception (and overlooking the main street).

Asked if they had any other rooms.. \"Sorry we're full\".

They could atleast have warned that the room will be on the ground floor and expect noise but they didn't bother ofcourse.

The bar area got busy sometimes and guests were loud and often had some on loud video calls.

All throughout the night all we kept hearing is the buzzer being pressed for late guests coming in through the night because they don't have a card entry system so you have to press a buzzer for reception to let guests in.

Never staying here and if you do decide to stay, make sure you don't get the ground floor rooms - they are noisy.

Also, in the night the room on ground floor facing the street has a street light right opposite so any tiny gap in the curtains will mean a fairly bright room in the night.

Staff were generally lovely, location great. Had a weird incident with a lady at breakfast who insisted that my wife wasn't allowed to take a coffee up to our room until she had poured it into a different cup, which was almost identical to the original cup, but that wasn't terrible, just weird.

Only problem was that the room was *far* too hot, and apparently the air-con couldn't cool, only heat. If we had been on a higher floor we could have left the window open, but we were on the 1st floor, and there's a walkway connecting all the rooms windows at that level, so wasn't safe to leave it open while we were out. (I don't know if all the rooms are that hot or if we were on top of heating vents or something. Avoid room 104 anyway)

Stayed for business for 4 nights at the end of October.

Positives: It was within a few metres from the office so very convenient and really well situated for shopping/opera/jogging to the Louvre and Tuilieries gardens too. Galeries Lafayette is just around the corner too. Breakfast was included in my rate and there was a selection of fruit, yoghurts, mini pastries, juices, coffees etc. I didn't have any of the hot options but this seemed to be a little more limited. The staff at breakfast were very friendly.

Negatives were the room temperature - it was super hot despite us staying in October and we weren't able to control the temperature ourselves. I did mention this to reception - as there is seemingly a heater in the wardrobe too - but they didn't give any feedback to help / suggest alternatives. The heater might be great for getting the creases out of your clothes, but not for sleeping. I'd also asked if there was a possibility of changing to a bath vs. shower room (at any point during the stay( on check-in and was told there wasn't (though two of my colleagues checking in the next day) did have baths in their rooms and same room type so don't think this was strictly true.

We stayed for a long weekend as we attended two concerts at L’Olympia — easy walking distance from the hotel. We booked the deluxe room with a balcony and it did not disappoint. We went out to get breakfast in the morning and bring it back to eat there.

The room was an adequate size (especially for Paris). Big wardrobe with a fridge inside (we were happy to have this). The bed was comfortable. We had a coffee machine and cups. And we appreciated the two bottles of water that were replenished daily.

The bathroom was light and clean. Definitely newly renovated.

I appreciated the attention to detail by the cleaning staff. I had taken a few tissues, and after housekeeping had been there, I noticed that they had folded the ends of the first tissue into a triangle. What attention to detail!

We needed eating utensils for the food we brought back and the staff were kind to lend us utensils from their restaurant.

We were happy to have an elevator as our room was on the 5th floor. We took the stairs once, and then laughed and said we’d take the elevator next time. The elevator has room for about 2 people and a little luggage.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful, warm, and kind staff. Great location — by Galeries Lafayette (don’t miss their gourmet food court), easy walk to Montmantre/Sacré-Cœur, not too far to walk to the Seine and all the sightseeing along there. We only took the metro when we went to/from the airport.

All in all a wonderful visit and we hope to be back soon!

Lovely place. Close to the train station, multiple metro lines, shopping, a couple of miles walking from all major attractions.

Hotel is just around the corner from the major street, so it is quiet. Try to get a higher floor room with the Patio. Nothing better than having breakfast on the patio overlooking the street.

The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Make you feel like you are at a 5 stars hotels.

The key system is an absolute joke with that giant stuffed bird that you turn in at the front desk every time you leave.

Generally a comfortable stay. All staff are really nice and helpful. The only negatives of this hotel for me are: 1) noise we got waken up by the room above (stumping sounds of people walking) and 2) the breakfast area is on the small side so it is not as relaxing to get up and have your breakfast as most guests tend to come at same time say 9-10am. So probably I would have skipped breakfast and have it nearby as plenty of cafes within walking distance.

The Stay was great. Great location, in the theater district, within close proximity of Galerie Lafayette and Printemp, as well as restaurants. The staff were wonderful, they are all very helpful.

We didn’t actually even get to stay at the property. While we certainly made a mistake in booking a non refundable rate we were unable to stay because of the strikes in Paris as our train was cancelled. We asked the hotel several times if they could change the booking to another day which they could have done easily but they refused. Very poor customer service and clearly a hotel that doesn’t care about keeping customers and repeat business. Will never be staying at this hotel.
