Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. Our recent stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Every detail exceeded expectations — the property is stunning, the food is exceptional, and the service is truly world-class.

A special shout-out to Diwan, the amazing manager at the steakhouse. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was perfection, and his personal touch really elevated the evening.

Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay.

And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery.

Overall, this resort delivers luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality in every sense. The team truly goes above and beyond. Rixos The Palm Dubai is a solid 10 out of 10 — highly recommended!

Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. But besides that, our room was beautiful, the hotel was so clean and the food was good.

Another amazing family stay at the Rixos Palm! Huge thanks to Jhonathon at the pool bar, Shanka, who seems to earn a promotion after every visit, and all the wonderful bar staff, restaurant teams, and kids’ club entertainers.

The Rixos makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Unlike many other "all-inclusives" where you're often told what you can’t have, this place has everything covered, from top notch kids’ entertainment to fancy cocktails and à la carte dining.

There's a great buffet for casual meals and super comfortable beds. It may not be the most design-led hotel in Dubai but it makes up for that in service.

If you're after great food, fantastic bars, and family-friendly fun, this is the hotel for you.

There is not enough I can say about Rixos, on The Palm. Exceptional views, fantastic service, excellent accommodation and it has everything you need - pools, the beach, a spa, a full service salon - whatever you need and want, they have it. We were spoilt for choice with the restaurants, each one providing something different and unique. We will be back as a family for our next trip. They have a beautiful kids club and the package is all inclusive. This resort is great value for money.

Staff are excellent and very attentive. All folks from reception to buffet, pool and beach were extra polite and looked after us. Check in is at 3 and we arrived at 10am! Thankfully they sent us for breakfast and had the room ready by 11 - amazing! We had a senior suite which was a little dated and aircon only worked in half the suite but it was huge with a nice bathroom and stunning views. Pools are nice and well maintained - only thing I would add is more service staff at main pool bar. Buffet was pretty good but not great for kids - no pizza during 2 weeks we were there, kids menu was pretty limited and repetitive. Great that you get free tickets and shuttle to aquaventure every day - that is exceptional. Steak restaurant was also very good, we had the tomahawk which was excellent. Kids activities and water slides etc are great and a nice touch. Gym was well equipped and staffed without anyone pushing personal training on you. However if you want it training is available in all manner of sports/exercises. Spa and salon is good also although you do get hassled to buy treatments at the pool/buffet. Main bar is cool - lots of screens and Guiness on draft! Taxis are available pretty readily which used to be an issue on the Palm. There is also a free shuttle to Mall of Emirates. The all-inclusive concept is great here and other than the points I mentioned was overall very good.

Don’t read the positive reviews !!! Save yourself

I feel obliged to write this as I made my decision based on the reviews of other people on this platform. I’ve recently got back from staying at the Rixos for two weeks and I must say it is very very poor in comparison to other hotels in Dubai , yes it’s probably better than some hotels in Europe, but in the UAE there are much better places to stay, the property is extremely tired. The rooms need huge amounts of maintenance. The cleaning teams are time checked and so miss many things leading to the rooms being left dirty or areas not being cleaned at all

the food and the buffet restaurants is the same every day almost only slight changes, the second restaurant for the buffet was closed and we weren’t told this which led to huge queues in the main restaurant

but the worst thing is the restaurants that you have to book into which is where the good food is they limit the amount of people who go into these at night I would say they’re probably working on about 50% occupancy of the actual restaurant. I’m not sure if this is cost saving for food cost or staffing problems, but it was an absolute joke when we actually got into these restaurants to see half the restaurant empty and queues in the main restaurant. In my opinion look elsewhere, there’s much better options in Dubai than this.

it was amazing for kids. there was loads to do and the food was lovely too. we also had all inclusive and it was totally worth it

however our room had AC issues and we were forced to move. we had a second room with better views however the shower knob broke and the AC still wasnt perfect. i felt we spent so much - we shouldnt have really had these issues. we have 2 small children too so it was really impractical. the manager did say he would give us a discount or upgrade the next time we decide to visit but not sure we will to be honest.

i stayed with my husband and 2 kids for 4 nights in this property and we really enjoyed alot, everything was really perfect and speciallly kids friendly. staff were sooo kind and helpfull and friendly specially one named ONUR was really nice and helpful, he were sooooo kind and he was so kind specially he arranged everything for us from the time we arrived untill we left and he managed late check out for us because of kids as well so it was so helpful, and i really appreciate that. we definitley come back again.

First let me just say that the guest services at RIXOS The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites started long before I arrived. I called the hotel a week prior to my departure and was transferred to Mr. Usman. Mr. Usman assured me that my stay at Rixos The Palm would be exceptional and it was!!! The location and the picturesque views from my well-appointed spacious Sr. Suite are simply beautiful. I am a World Traveler, Bonified Foodie and a Wine Connoisseur. I found all of the dining options at Rixos The Palm Dubai to be pleasingly delicious to my taste palate. I especially enjoyed the Lamb Kabobs at The LOCO Steakhouse and The Chocolate desert at the Lolivo Ristorante! Every single person from guest services to housekeeping to Concierge to The Ajana Spa were very professional and attentive. Whether you are a single traveler, like myself or planning a vacation for the entire family, the Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites is how you want to experience Dubai! I highly recommend..

My only disappointment was we had a few items in the car that we forgot about and some papers with important information that all of the sudden went missing when we received our car from the Valet on the last day of our stay.

Fantastic hotel and the staff go above and beyond. We stayed in a wellness room which is beside the spa and has its own private plunge pool and swim up access to the adults only pool. The room was massive qnd fiercely air conditioned, and lots of fresh water and mini bar restocked daily. Very comfy bed. Good wifi throughout. Food in the buffet restaurant was spectacular and the service great. Particular shout out to Sumit who went above and beyond to create a fantastic dining experience for us. The all inclusive drinks were plentiful and high end brands of alcohol. Over all a fantastic place.

This is a 4 star but not 5 star hotel. Food was average. reservations needed at dinner restaurants and very difficult to get. Air conditioning in my room was broken - actually thermostat - had to get up in the middle of the night to turn on or off. Tried to repair twice but never addressed real problem.

Staff was very good. Kudos to Ekaterina in concierge who took care of my little issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Remember, this hotel is very isolated.... that may be good or bad depending on your needs..

Nothing gets any better than this place. We stayed there for our anniversary, we left a note at the time of booking and they took care of everything. Always surprising us with treats in room sweets, drinks etc. All inclusive facilities in this hotel makes your stay perfect in every way. Staff were all cheerful and helpful and always do everything for your Stay to be perfect starting from the check in staff to pool guys all the way to the hotel manager. Special thanks to usman in reception and kalim at pool for making this stay wonderful.

Check-in

We arrived early in the morning, well before check in time. The guy on reception was really helpful and said he would do what he could to get our room ready early. After 20 minutes wait he told us our room was ready (i suspect the cleaned it quickly especially) and we checked in over 7 hours early. We were not charged any extra for this.

The room

We had a premium room with sea view (i would recommend). The room was very large, tidy and had a great balcony over the pool and towards the centre of the palm and city (so facing the sunset). The room wasnt perfectly clean as they'd clearly rushed but once they cleaned it fully the next day we couldnt fault it.

Pools

The mail pool was excellent, with two bars and plenty of sun loungers. The adult pool was empty the entire time we were there. On the last day we used the pool the other side of the hotel which we preferred. The waiter on skates there was particularly attentive.

Food

The seaside restaurant was fairly average, the Italian was excellent and Toro Loco outstanding. Toro Loco had a 50 dirham cover pp on top of the all inclusive but was more than qorth it. Definitely order the carpaccio starter!

Drinks

Not sure if you can book without the all inclusive but dont! Drinks are very expensive (it is Dubai) but the all inclusive is so worth it. A lot of premium brands and we certainly didnt go thirsty.

Overall i'd definitely recommend and would go back

Stayed in Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites for our anniversary and we are totally disappointed with the service. Let me point out what we have observed to fair.
1. Hotel Location - Great but this is expected from a 5 star hotel located in The Palm Dubai.
2. Reception Check-In/Check-Out - Okay no-frills, other hotels on the same cost level and status are way better and welcoming. Nothing special in this hotel except for the small man who walks around smiling and greeting guests.
3. Room - Great view, clean, toilet is spacious. Toiletries are very basic. Called housekeeping for a tub soap and they came after 2 calls with a soap bar.
4. Hotel Amenities – Okay
5. A La Turca Resto – Breakfast options were standard. Staff are okay.
6. I-Chill Beach Lounge - Worst Service and Overpriced! Went there for a late meal, about to close and preparing for dinner but they let us order anyway. Table was not set, pasta was too dry and fish & chips were small portions of fried salmon and no sauce! You have to ask for ketchup and it came ages. Avoid this place for food, it was overprice and has no quality, there are other better restaurants around worth the price. Only order for drinks.
7. Water Sports Area - Rude Staff!
Aside from complimentary anniversary cake and a bottle of sparkling in the room which we appreciate, other services are way below expectation.

Conclusion: For the price you pay, the service is not worth it and not a five star quality at all. Customer service training is needed

Staff are so accommodating and service is excellent. When we got there , we realised the room we were given was without a balcony as requested. They upgraded us to a premium room with no fuss. We were only bed and breakfast, but that was fine. The Italian restaurant L’olivio served an excellent meal, but unfortunately the atmosphere in there is lacking , reminded me of a staff canteen. Loco Toro steak house was at the other end of the scale , meal was also very good but with a live band on most nights , you can get just a drink at the bar and seeing their Mr Poirot doing flambé is a sight on its own. Only down point is there is no where really to get just a sandwich but that is nit picking. Would definitely stay there again .

We holiday in Dubai at least twice a year & always favor Jumeriah The Palm location.

Our first stay for 12 nights at Rixos The Palm. In summary, our expectations were exceeded by far.

Located right at the end of East Avenue, this has to be the best-positioned resort on the Island, water views almost 360 degrees.

The property, elegant & modern. Whilst being a large resort, its design means that the numbers of guests are absorbed well into the many different areas of this expansive resort, so much better than other properties of a similar standard on The Palm.

Food & Beverage - Ultra All Inclusive, and it certainly strongly lives up to its name. Whilst the headline price per night may seem a little daunting, there are clear savings to be made throughout the stay. We find that in Dubai it's extremely easy to run up a £500 per night room extras bill if you stay within the resort for the day. The majority of the food & beverage offering is included, respected international brands of drinks & a huge array of dining options.

Fantastic team, importantly Diwan & Taimur (Toro-Loco Steakhouse) & Jithin (Highlights Pool Bar).

Recommend the Senior Suite, all in all 5 out of 5.

We booked the junior suite which was beautiful. But check in took a very long time. Food was not of the standard expected of a 5* hotel. A bizzare set up where you take raw meat through the dining room to get it cooked. Wait 10 minutes to go back to find the chef had given your food away...Inappropriate TV show (cartoon) was on at dinner, which was so unsuitable I asked for it to be turned off. To their credit, the staff did so straight away. Just not the standard expected from a 5*hotel on the palm. Very disappointing. I won't be returning and would not recommend.

The suite was clean and large. The minibar including chocolate was included. Wine would have been nice in it. The view was great. The service and food in the restaurant was fabulous. The facilities were excellent. The outside areas were clean.

FABULOUS STAFF ESPECIALLY BATUHAN WHO WORKED IN THE RESTAURANT BY THE POOL AND SEA, HE ALSO WORKED IN THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HIM TO DO HE WAS KIND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I STAYED IN THE PREMIUM ROOM WHICH WAS OK BUT IS LOOKING A BIT TIRED AND COULD DO WITH REPAINTING TO BRIGHTEN IT UP

The hotel was amazing. Great rooms, very clean. The staff were very helpful & polite. A few more children than I would have liked, which made sitting by the pool very noisy. However a great venue if you do have children.

We are regular visitors to Dubai but this is first time at the Rixos and an all-inclusive resort.
Very pleased with our decision. Clean, very friendly, premium drinks and great selection of food.

Pool staff were rude...they didnt want to let my children use the floaters even though they wernt being used which i thought was rude, "dont ask again tomorrow! !" Was the reply as he handed me the floaters.
Also the communication between reception and in room dining need to be much improved as i constantly needed to let in room dining know about the 20% discount i was entitled to which the reception staff knew about. This hotel is the cheapest 5star on the palm and you get what you pay for. There needs to be improvement, as this is 5star dubai not 5 star Egypt hotel.

Great place for vacation. Excellent staff. Few small complaints that are not important (unwelcoming steakhouse manager, we left to a different restaurant for dinner). Will do it again.
Great value for the price.

Calls where communicated before arrival without being informed of restaurant reservations being required, upon arrival we where informed of multiple check in times. Reservations where made and our arrival was on time, however, others that came after us where taken care of before us and we were waited on last and due to weather on of the reservations was cancelled and no other restaurant we were interested in was available. We spoke with other business associates staying at the same hotel who received times and was accommodated.

The location of the hotel was amazing. All the staff worked extremely hard. Lots of food choices. The bedroom did not have sufficient storage space for 2 people, only 1 wardrobe with a shelf and a few hangers!! Housekeeping brought a hanging rail and hangers but not ideal for swimwear and underwear.

Nice hotel overall, friendly staff. Slight lack of info on arrival with reference to children’s club, pool bar, hotel facilities we had to work it out ourselves,
The only downside was the quality of the food for the price you pay for example breakfast the quality of good is poor.
