I was very confused that I would like the stay or not because of some reason I don’t know, the moment I stepped in the hotel our luxury began, we did not care about anything at all .. fantastic rooms, smiling faces , lovely breakfast, clean, spa was very time friendly.
I would high recommend this place , 29 or 25 mins away from sultanamet but worth it, public transport very close like walking , we used taxi because of mummy - very quick service.

It is an excellent, immaculate hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is super comfortable,extremely clean and luxurious.
All staff are so kind, they speak and treat customers with respect and they are helpful. Security staff at the entrance of the hotel is so kind and helpful. I especially thank for gentleman Umit DEMIR for being so kind and helpful. Bed, matress, room is super comfortable and clean. It deserves 7 stars.

The rooms were fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Istanbul. Every detail, from the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches, made the room feel luxurious yet cozy.

The hotel's location is also ideal, offering easy access to both the airport and the city’s major attractions. Despite its convenience, the hotel remains a peaceful haven, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Comfortable and good breakfast

The best part of this hotel stay was the plethora of options at the breakfast buffet. Turkish and American options and everything was clearly labeled.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need.
The location was less than desirable, depending on why you're in Istanbul. As a tourist I would not stay in thay area again since its far from the tourist sites.
Many airline flight staff stayed there though.

We arrived late and was greeted by security and friendly bell staff. They directed us to reception and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff did upgrade our room to a suite and delivered a fruit basket and other sweets. The room was amazing! Property was excellently maintained and cleaned. Located between airport and downtown attractions.

Only is far from historical places we solve it with using Mahmoud bay metro station 5 minutes from hotel and with metro less than 30 minutes reaching to Şişli
Even if directly using Taxi to historical places is much economically than staying in small 5 star hotels 😢 in that area.

They allowed us to have a late checkout at 2 PM without any additional cost. Check in & check out was super fast. Easy to find a taxi when you exit the hotel. Breakfast was good as well, plenty of food variety. The only downside was you need to request bedsheets to be changed daily. They don’t change it by default, you need to request it. The mirror table was a bit dusty and no one cleaned it. Overall it was a great hotel, I will definitely come back. Ramazan and the receptionist were all great and friendly. Great service and clean hotel! 24hr reception

First of all staff and supervisors are average, and the surrounding is very inconvenient as it is far from the main attractions in Istanbul.
The breakfast is nothing special to compared what you can get in Turkey in general.
The Pool was a big disappointment, it was cold and smelly on pool deck.
And lastly expensive to what they offer.
The only good think I can say is that the room was clean tidy.

I stayed at the property last week and forgot my track suit top. I called the hotel and was told that they couldn’t find it. An orange coloured top is not something that anyone would miss easily!!!

Do not forget anything in this hotel as they will tell you they can’t find it. It is very disheartening especially because it is a sentimental item and they have no regard for peoples person property.

My concern is that if a forgotten item is suddenly missing, what would happen to personal property you leave on a table while you are still lodged there.

The manager Tanjun didn’t make an effort to call me back.

Excellent hotel

We stayed overnight to catch a flight next morning. The hotel top notch from the minute you stein until you walk out. The restaurant has a diverse menu. The hotel has sauna, steam bath and pool in the spa area that you can use for free. We elected to get 45 minutes message and soft Scrubs in the Turkish Hammam for $50 US dollars. At this trip I discovered Uber in Istanbul which we used to go to and from the airport. Taxi drivers were terrible in the past which made us avoid going to town all together. I hope the presence of Uber help shape the terrible taxi service in Istanbul.

When we arrived at the hotel after 3 hours of waiting in the Istanbul traffic the staff made us waiting for about 15 minutes. Although our car came first, he unloaded the baggage from a Bus which came after us. It was very annoying! Then the same guy when he took our luggage to the room was expecting for tips bluntly! I was expecting a room upgrade at check in as I am entitled for that being an Expedia gold member but I was not provided an upgraded room. I saw on Expedia there were higher category rooms available. However, they gave facility for late check out at 3 pm, which was very helpful for me and I am obliged to them for this.

Great stay for work

I stayed there 2 nights and then got back for 1 more night. The second time in fact my room got upgraded to a great spacious suite. Both rooms were in great condition and had a great night sleep. Staff at reception was very friendly helpful and polite. The gym facility is great , proper gym with good equipment. If I had one comment on the negative side is that I feel that the restaurant service was not as good as the 5* service I had with every other interaction at the hotel. It was slow (20min to even order a drink at an empty restaurant) and generally staff seemed not interested in servicing.

В целом нормальный отель, но довольно давно не видевший реновации. Что понравилось: в номере сравнительно тихо. В номере чисто. Богатство шведского стола на завтраках. Фитнес загружен слабо, никто локтями не толкается. Бассейн маловат (метров 15, не больше), но это компенсируется практически полным отсутствием в нем пловцов ))
Что не понравилось: персонал дважды или трижды пользуясь сервис ключом вламывались в номер без стука. Это как минимум странно. В душе в номере на 14м этаже напор холодной воды стремится к нулю. Если вы не любите мыться под струёй кипятка, то вам это тоже не зайдет. Матрац на кровати овер-мягкий. Честно говоря вообще нигде такого больше не встречал, что просто проваливаешься в него будто в пуховую перину. Впрочем, кому то может это и понравится.
Окна в номере откровенно грязные с внешней стороны.

В целом впечатления нейтральные. Если потребуется остановиться в том районе ещё раз, то и этот отель я тоже буду рассматривать как вариант

The service in the hotel like in cheap Turkish market, when they’re trying to sell you something that is really bad quality. I went to the gym early morning and started working out, when one of the machines just brakes on me. I went to spa reception and advised a girl that they should cover that machine so no any other person will get hurt. After the work out I went to the sauna. When I come out of sauna I see that one of the employees is waiting for me. He asks me to follow him to the reception to sign some kind of a document about broken machine and says that I have to pay for it. So I couldn’t even take a shower, as he is standing and waiting for me like a police officer that wants to arrest me. So I dress up and follow him. Then for another hour the operation manager of the hotel, in a very bad manner, tried to make me cover the charges of the company that makes service of those machines, saying that I did not use the machine right 😁. Which is impossible.
So in my opinion, the hotel has very low quality machines in the gym, like everything else there. Very rood and impolite, uneducated stuff, that does not understand English, AND VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

Great hotel and pleasant staff. They upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi which was excellent as we were celebrating our anniversary. Room service was great and food from the restaurant was very nice. The valet guys were very helpful as were the breakfast buffet staff. Over all great stay and would definitely come back.

We got this hotel for our vacation trip- upon arrival they were really rude, on Expedia it says air conditioning but at night they only have heat- we checked out the first night and they refused to refund our money for the 3 days that we did not stay. I would highly recommend not to stay at this hotel unless you want to deal with extremely rude customer services who don't even bother to greet you. Also on that note extra small rooms and only heat option. We travel a lot and so far this was the worst hotel we stayed at. We checked out the the first night but stil want to charge us for 4 nights? On top lying on Expedia about air conditioning. I will be filling a complain.
