This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.

It was the most unsanitary and filthy environment. Cabinets, toilets and stove were dirty. You had to pay for WiFi and only one tv would work at a time. The signal kept getting lost. There were 4 of us and only two sets of towels. The entire hotel smelled like weed and perfume. The luggage cart was broken and cut my hand as I was put the metal pipes back together. The “breakfast” had granola bars and hot cocoa packets. I would never stay there again. I am a business owner and cannot believe you are still in business. I travel quite a bit and I have never been in a more disgusting hotel.

The front desk person Ashley was nice however that was the only good part. The hallway and room smelled of urine and they had the air conditioner running full blast. The sink was stopped up with old water sitting in it. The toilet was running non stop.Then when I asked for a refund Ashley stated only a manager could do the refund and she was not on the property and would not be back until the morning. I have stayed in extended stays before and this one by far was the worst of all.

Walked in bldg B, smelled like trash and smoke. Carpet was filthy everywhere. Walls were dirty. Walk in my \"non-smoking\" room, smelled a stronger stench of smoke. Turned the light on in the bathroom, four tiny baby roaches on the floor went running for cover. I was too tired to go back to the office to undo everything and find another place so I hung my duffle bag on a hanger in the closet so it wouldn't touch anything a roach could crawl on. I slept on top of the bed instead of taking a chance on pulling back the cover and having something jump on my hand. It's very obvious I would never stay here again.

We didn't stay there because the room was dirty and had bugs in it. There was hair in the tub and food stains on the wall near the bathroom. The microwave had leftover food spatter in it and the oven had more food overflow on the bottom of the oven. There were strange people hanging around the building drinking and smoking.
The management did refund my money no problem. Expedia helped out gtreat.

The room wasn't great, the toilet wasn't working, the window wasn't working (the whole panel can pop off), there were fleas, the light switches in the rooms didn't work, and there was a lot of trash left like Ozempic and a Tequila bottle cap. It felt like a crack den, however, we loved the crack den vibes, especially if you are doing the substances lol. The trees were alive and staring at us, the paintings were dancing. Everything felt like an oil painting, almost as if an oil painting had worms under, moving around. The colors were changing like RGB lighting. I do not do crack.

Do not book here. Property looks nothing like the photos. Hallways and rooms smell horrible. My room smelled like spices, like curry almost. There were an abundance of ROACHES everywhere, literally coming from every crack and crevice in the room. I sat on the in room couch and a roach came out of the couch and ran across my legs. Upon further inspection, the whole kitchenette was full of roaches, they were running up and down the refrigerator. They were on the walls, on the floor, in the bathroom, the whole place was infested. The front desk girl Ayla was nice and Expedia refunded my money because I could not stay there and had to rebook elsewhere. They offered to have someone spray the room the next day, which wasn’t terrible helpful. Save yourself the hassle and just find something else because this place is extremely disappointing, it’s a literal roach motel.

This was one horrible night stay! I would have been more comfortable with a barn full of hay to sleep in. The bed is so old and dirty you roll into the middle and the sheets come off to reveal plastic sheeting underneath. Every time you move in the bed you can hear the crinkle of the plastic. We were provided with 2 little, tiny pillows. For some reason there were 2 empty pillowcases on the bed. Why?

The TV had so many smear marks and fingerprints, it looked like a covid outbreak.

NOISE after 11PM in the courtyard. People having a good time while we are miserable.

I would give this place negative ratings if I could.

I've never stayed in a hotel where the floors are completely black, and we had to go buy black socks to walk around and were thrown in the trash when we left. There were so many roaches crawling all over we were afraid to put any food out, so we kept it all in the refrigerator. We went out and bought sheets to put over the couch and chair just to sit down. Quality control really needs to visit this place...

The room itself was generally nice, with many amenities. I didn't like the liability fee being applied to my credit card w/o any written information on how it would be used, or what process I could use if they decided to invoke it. If there were any instructions, I wasn't provided any resources to it.
Additionally, the \"common areas\" (hallways, stairways) were not well-maintained: they were dirty, trashy, and muddy/stained. This encouraged bugs. In my room and bathroom, particularly, I encountered/killed a dozen bugs, crawling on the walls, or flying/hopping about. It did not make me comfortable staying there. I'm glad it was only for a single night.

After the experience I had with the manager & trying to get a refund for a stay that they terminated, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. While the property was relatively decent, although a bit dated, the manager was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in the hotel industry. She really needs to learn how to approach people, as well as understand the information (their pet policy) that they (the hotel) provide to Expedia.

Despite the fact that the information they provide to Expedia stated that they had a set per pet per stay policy, the hotel tried to charge me more than six times that amount for each of my three pets. The manager refused to honor the pet fee posted on Expedia despite the hotel having provided it &, despite confirming that the information was on Expedia, she said that she did not have to honor that policy since Expedia was a third-party provider. When my spouse refused to pay an additional highly inflated amount for the other 2 pets, she demanded that we vacate the premises. After giving us until 8 pm to vacate, she tried to charge us for a second night despite her having evicted us and told us that we would only be charged for the first night. She made matters worst by refusing to cooperate with Expedia customer support as they were investigating the situation. Expedia eventually refunded the full fee paid because of it.

The woman at the front desk was great. The property however could use some work. The grass was getting high and there were a few hornets and wasps around. The guests a couple of doors down were very noisy but i nevermind it because i was only there overnight and some of those people live there. The food options should have more variety. Bed was comfortable but the sofa in the room was old and dingy. The room smelled musty and so did the carpet in the hallway. The water left a residue on the skin. It was very hard water. We stayed an hour and then left. Would not come back here. The hotel needs serious renovations.

I'll be hesitant to stay at an Extended Stay America Suites place again.
Decent place for the low price. Really great location with lovely surrounding area in office park with lake.
The hotel, itself, is pretty \"bare bones,\" but clean.
\"Breakfast\" is not a true advertisement
\"Gym\" is a closet (maybe half the size of one hotel room) with crowded, I'd guess poorly maintained and inadequate equipment - as per photo seen via Hotels.com, there a total of \"Two dumbbells.\"
I thought I'd stayed elsewhere in Extended Stay America previously and things were significantly better. At the price point (and Hotel.com rating), I knew there was a risk. Nothing was horrible (well, maybe what they called \"breakfast\" was horrible because it was a misrepresentation). I just don't know if I'd like to do that again.

The property location was decent. Lady who checked me in was friendly. Floor plan was nice b/c it had a living room, tiny kitchen & 2 separate bedrooms. Once we reached our room we were disgusted. We even considered leaving & trying to find another hotel but it was late so we stayed. The sofa cushions were super flat & stained so we couldn't even sit on them. The bathroom door wouldn't close, after further investigation we realized the door was coming off the top hinge. We had to lift it up to make the door close. There were all kinds of stains on the bathroom door. There were spots on the floor that resembled blood, there was no way for us to know for sure what it was. The living room had a window a/c unit which is odd for a hotel. Then we discovered a wall thermostat for another a/c. There appeared to be black mold next to this unit. We noticed that the TV stand next to it had severe water damage with a chunk missing. One of the beds looked like someone laid across it after making it up. The sheets were scratchy. One of the towels had a long dark hair tangled in it which wasn't ours. The bathroom mirror had a 10 step list on a sticker they follow to clean the rooms, I doubt the staff has ever read it. I usually stay in multiple hotel rooms a year, I'm in my 50s & this is the worse one I've ever experienced. It has a 7.0 rating so I felt safe booking a room here, boy was I wrong & I don't know how it has a 7.0. I could go on, but I'm out of characters. Just awful!

The stay was nice for temporary shelter while I awaited the move in date to arrive for my apartment. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. The amenities are great for a long stay. The only issue I had was the carpet in the room was in bad condition, I saw a couple of bugs (roaches) in the room and the room was cleaned either quickly, or the clean wasn’t thorough enough. I wouldn’t stay again unless I absolutely have to.

Unfortunately we had to leave this hotel because there were multiple bugs in our hotel room. Extended stay customer service was great and very understanding.

The room itself was great in concept. I love the kitchen and it’s nice to have a couch. However because of the multiple bugs we found we couldn’t stay.

When we arrived in the room there was no toilet paper. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t offer toilet paper. I called the front desk and they told me I can come get some from the front desk.

Also the mattresses are covered in plastic under the sheets. It was loud and uncomfortable.

The building smelled like weed and there were lots of people sitting outside smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone.

The place didn't really look to clean. The sofa bed mattress was Sting and dirty and had crumbs on it when I pulled it out. There was no extra bed sheets to even put on the sofa bed. The fridge had a few old fries on a very bottom drawer and didn't look clean besides that everything else was fine they just need to do a better job at cleaning. Also look like there might be an infestation of bugs since they had bug traps or cockroach traps on the corners of the rooms

This was the worst hotel room I've ever seen, and I stay in hotels 20+ nights a year. The room smelled strongly of pet odor, had bits of old food on the floor behind doors, has cockroaches, and there were blood stains on the bedding. It was so unsanitary we left within 20 minutes so my family could stay somewhere that wasn't a health risk, even though we arrived hours after the kids' bedtime.

I checked out immediately upon arriving in my room, which had a full kitchen, but was completely devoid of any basic supplies -- utensils, cups and glasses, silverware, etc. The stove top was not clean, and the tiny TV facing the dirty sofa, did not live up to the \"extended stay\" facility I expected. The desk agent was very kind, but reported, that they had no inventory of any appliances such as coffeemakers, toasters, kitchen supplies. The clientele seemed questionable, so while situated in an office park environment, the guests staying here certainly were not corporate long-term clients.

Decent hotel but infested with roaches ! I will be reaching out to corporate to investigate the location. It was unreal how infested the hotel was. Made my skin crawl. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not refresh with towels or toilet paper, those types of request had to be made to the front desk which I thought was odd. Once requested we had to go to the front desk to pick it up which was an inconvenience. Thankfully I packed both toilet paper and trash bags because we would have been without unless we requested it. We also did not have extra sheets or blankets for the pull out, when booked we specifically said that would be four adults in the room , we didn't realize there was none until bedtime, which was an inconvenience because once again we had to go to the front desk to pick it up. This place has so much potential so I was disappointed with the outcome.

Whew where do I begin? If you’re used to staying in a well kept hotel this is NOT the place! 1. Hotel had an odor. 2. Security door didn’t work so anybody could walk right on in. 3. Towel rack, broke, cabinet door in bathroom broke, paint in the floor, shower curtain, filthy, soap dish, torn off the wall, shower dirty. 4. Kitchen- cabinet doors missing, drawers missing, microwave didn’t work, fridge was not cleaned inside, stove not cleaned, no utensils, pots etc. 5. Table had crumbs on it. 6. Couch was sunk in and frayed on the seems. 7. Lamp shades were crooked. 8.NOISY!! 9. Towels and bed linen were not white but dingy. Looked like they were washed in tea! I wish I could include pictures because this was unreal. On a positive tip. There were no bugs and the kitchen had nice granite counter tops. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We toughed it out for one night because we were pushed for time. Skip this one!

Love the concept; as a large family it’s helpful to have access to a kitchenette during our vacation stays to save money. HOWEVER, this hotel is simply not clean. You can tell them barely cleaned after the last guest left - we found a balloon under the end table that was definitely NOT ours. Beds looked cleaned and were comfortable enough. Bathroom was okay. But there are bugs. I would NOT stay unless you have no other option.

Great area, great view from our room, quiet little corner. The staff here do go above and beyond if an issue should arise, they will try to make it right. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Overall, the property was great. We had an issue & management resolved it immediately. I wish they had a pool, but we enjoyed the patio, grills & stove in our room. We saved money by cooking everyday.

This place was extremely smelly dirty of cat urine. Couch was torn cushions, stove, broken oven door, even outside door security was not working because of the cable for key card reader was cut.I felt very
unsafe and uncomfortable. The two bedroom smoke detectors were also removed. Here we stayed one night and left out of four nights expected. They allow animals, but there’s no deep cleaning or maintenance on the building
itself inside and out. Hallway carpets were extremely dirty and smelly, and have never been clean. Stay away!!!!

The front desk people were very friendly and the location was convenient to attractions we planned to visit. Otherwise this property had nothing to offer. The entire facility was extremely worn and dated, all the way from the office to the hallways to the room itself. There was a heavy coating of dust on the TV stand and the shower curtain had numerous stains. The toilet seat was loose to the point I had to tighten the bolts to keep it from falling off completely. The common areas smelled stale and overall the feeling was not clean and sanitary. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Made do but will not recommend

To start with none of the pictures including the thumbnail on this screen doesn't reflect the property at all. Check in was ok, not horrible just neutral. Going into the side door to reach stairs to our room, it was unkept, cigarette butts from people just putting them on the outside of the door on the ground. No cigarette disposal system there. One resident was just standing at the door with her small dog, allowing it to urinate right on the doormat. The queen beds themselves were good but the sofa sleeper was utterly disgusting. The mattress was stained, very large & small crumbs all over it. Absolutely NO bedding was located or provided. Asked front desk, who stated there wasn't any but handed my husband a waded up blanket, not folded. One bedroom door & bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in, in fact the bedroom door was barely hanging onto the frame & had a huge crack where it was either punched or forced in. In that same bedroom was a large red stain on the carpet next to bed under the window. Charged $4.99 for 16.9oz bottle of soda since there wasn't a vending machine. I will also be notifying Extended Stay corporation as well of our stay. Attached you'll see pictures of the sofa bed & the doors that were damaged.

Not a Place for Us

This place is run down. Being an Extended Stay there are people living there. They hang out in the front where the grills are and don’t clean up after themselves. At all hours of the night you hear people yelling up and down the hallways. The bed is very uncomfortable, it sinks in the middle.
