Hotel need alot of work, old and outdated. Pool bottom is coming apart. That they have to scrap the bottom to remove loose pebbles from bottom and looks extremely dirty. We had a toilet leak. 3 xs power went out on the 3rd x we couldn't go to the bathroom because the power controls the water also so u couldn't flush the toilets or take a shower. Elevator looks like it's never cleaned to the point people are writing messages in the billed up dirt on the walls. Food wasn't bad . The best thing I can say about this hotel is the wait staff are amazing

I was so upset when i arrived to my room. First the moment I walked in, the room felt muggy as if the cleaning crew left the door open as they cleaned and let in all the humidity. I chose the hotel because of the reviews and the pictures but I couldn’t stand to be in the room. I went to get food from the restaurant to which they gave me food with pork in it. The menu had no inclination that pork was in the food. I asked to replace the food and bring to my room. They brought the food with different noodles that were undercooked. I called the front desk to express my concern with the room and distaste of the food. I also reached out to whomever i was speaking to prior to checking in and they stated i couldn’t get a refund. Didn’t offer any complimentary or adjustments for my inconvenience. However, the front desk clerk offered me a different item and a change of room. The new room was better although it didn’t have the immediate muggy feel, it ultimately began to feel like humidity was getting into the rooms and causing everything to dampen. The bedsheets, towels, everything was damp. On top of that, the water was salty which made me feel dirty after taking a shower. It was not a good experience for me to relax. Food took forever to come out and it was only 3-5 guests out the entire hotel. Room is not replica of the pictures, need a few maintenance upkeep. Seaweed not good

I’ve been 3 years in a row. The room was great, Santiago is an incredible worker.
However, at least half the food on the menu they were out of, including cheese and guacamole. The pool was filthy, the pool tiles were coming loose and I cut my foot on one while in the pool. Further, the pool beds were falling apart. I was disappointed because the facility had been so good the previous two years.

The room was clean. It was definitely showing its age. The edges of the full length mirror were deteriorated from moisture. The cabinet for the kitchenette sink was broken. No microwave oven. Obviously removed. The sliding patio doors did not seal, creating wind noise that sounded like a hurricane outside.

Rooms weren't super clean,noticeable marks on walls ,mirrors ect. The whole resort needed repairs and upkeep,pool tiles falling off,infinity pool not running,broken concrete,we ended up having to change rooms after 4 days we woke up to a leaking roof! The tub on our deck wouldn't stay full and the pump cover was open,deck blinds were broken, we had problems with the tv's in both rooms.

I would say that the hotel room was the best part of the hotel, very spacious and view from balcony looking over the sea viewing sea birds overhead, I would say that there's part of the room that needs updating which has been mentioned on other reviews. Fridge door was dragging on the floor when opening and cupboard door not aligned but i can only say that was my room. I would say it was a low 4 star hotel as there was not much to do, Has a pool table, dart board and some books to read in what is described as an entertainment room but there was no chairs to sit on. Food options was ok, Breakfast was the better part of the meals on offer - pancakes with bacon highly recommended. Lunchtime you could eat in the pool area or restaurant with burgers and other fast food options available. Evening was a la carte menu but don't except much of a Mexican menu, one evening it was a complete Italian menu for instance. Communication with front desk is done by Whatsapp as no phones in rooms and there is no welcome pack/folder in the rooms like is most hotels with information. Be warned with excursions that there is no room for a 60 seater bus to pickup from the lobby area so you will have to walk from 15/20 minutes to the main road to be picked up - not much fun when you have to walk back to the hotel in the dark. But any holiday experience should not be judged by reviews/feedback, it's how you adapt/cope with expectations. This one is very quiet and off-grid if that's what you want

Towels and robes had stains. Sometimes staff would forget to leave hand towels, even after the request. A/C was impossible to control and room was always extremely cold, even after staff tried to set up temperature. Pack of chips that was in the mini-bar had chips covered in mold even though it was still within the expiry date. Property has beach access, but there are no loungers available. Only one restaurant on the property apart from the snack bar at the pool area, food was just okay.

I was very skeptical about staying here after reading all of the bad reviews. The first day was a little rough. But we really enjoyed our stay here. There were free unlimited water bottles our entire stay. The breakfast server and pool server was phenomenal. They made the stay so much better. Keep in mind there are certain hours for the pool bar (10am-5pm). The food was absolutely delicious, very flavorful. The drinks were even better! And very good coffee in the morning. The towels and the cabanas by the pool were free. Keep in mind that they don’t really have a beach. It’s mainly the pool that looks over the beach. A very gorgeous view. The pool was very clean, only down fall, there were tons of broken tiles. But you can tell the workers do the best they can to keep the resort nice and clean. The only negative I would have to say is the air in the rooms doesn’t work that great. And the humidity is horrible. There was sweat on the mirrors, our cups, the walls, the windows, on everything. Our swimsuits would not dry inside of the room. Only outside on the patio. The bed sheets constantly felt wet, that part I hated. Besides the humidity in the room and the ac not working that well we had a great stay. Very small intimate resort, my partner and I really enjoyed that part. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was great. My friend had a bad fall and hurt herself badly. The staff was extremely helpful in getting an ambulance and helping with her care before they arrive.
Room was beautiful and clean.
Staff were all extremely helpful and nice.
Bar and restaurant service was great.
Beach view was spectacular and the pool looked over the ocean. A 10++. Only small problem was it was quite a distance from anything else but being all inclusive you really didn’t need anything else.

Small, intimate hotel right on the water with a spacious infinity pool, excellent personaized service, attentive staff and beautiful ocean views from every room. I had the all inclusive option which made things very easy especially since there really isn't any other options nearby as far as restaurants so all inclusinve makes sense. They are very generous with food and drinks, the poolside bar and cafe serves all day until 4:30 and the restaurant serves breakfast until late dinner with a new manu every day. You will never be hungry. This is a smaller property so don't expect a huge selection but the menu theme is different every day so you get a different choice of entrees to choose from. I never had any propblem getting a cabana which are all first come, first serve, as were loungers, there was plenty for all. All rooms have large balconies with ocean views so no matter the room you have the lovely ocean stretching to the horizon. The Senses is not ultra luxury, but it is definitely higher end, well kept and appointed with huge rooms, plush beds, linnens and sitting areas. I felt absolutely relaxed and at ease and the ocean front location with the pool directly on the water makes you feel totally isolated from the busy Riviera area. The staff are lovely and will make sure you are never without a drink or a bite to eat or a bucket of ice or a cold beer.

We stayed here for one night after spending four days at a larger, newer “luxury” resort nearby—and honestly, we enjoyed this stay so much more.

The staff was incredible. Every single person went above and beyond and was genuinely kind. Being able to reach them 24/7 via WhatsApp (with quick responses) made everything seamless.

The grounds are a little aged, and they could use some new loungers, but it wasn't a huge deal to us. Overall its still a nice place!

We booked an oceanfront suite, and the room was huge and very clean. The only downside was that the plunge pools weren’t working, so we couldn’t use ours. Not a big deal for one night, but it would’ve been disappointing for a longer stay.

The private hot tub area (clothing optional) is a great feature—you can reserve it via WhatsApp, and they fully clean and refill it after each use, which we really appreciated. There’s also another hot tub area (clothing required) that isn't private that they also did an immaculate job keeping clean and refilling with fresh water.

***Just for the hot tub areas***
The water temperature can be VERY inconsistent. That said, staff did their best to fix it (even bringing ice when it was too hot).

Food was exceptional, drinks were great, and while the beach is limited, there’s decent access right next door. The pool area more than makes up for it.

We're already planning our next trip to this resort so its safe to say we absolutely recommend it (especially for the price)!

The bar service, housekeeping, and dining staff were phenomenal, and the property was kept very clean. The view from our balcony and the soaking tub were wonderful, and the beds were incredibly comfy. We also really enjoyed the poolside daybeds and easy access to the bar.

However, we chose this hotel specifically to film content. We planned for rooftop sunset drinks in the jacuzzi, romantic mimosas in our balcony plunge pool, and shots on the beach swing. That would have been dope, right? WRONG. The jacuzzies were never filled, and despite asking directly, our private plunge pool was never filled either. The infinity pool had damaged tiles that crumbled when you sat or walked, and the social media swing was unavailable. Even the \"beach access\" required scaling mossy rocks to the property next door.

The food was good, though \"all-inclusive\" is cruise-style: you sit and order each course, no buffet, no taking food to the room, and room service has a fee. But definitely try the fish taco! I would stay again if the amenities were updated—and maybe even if I had just known what I was actually getting. It’s a great vibe, but a major disappointment when you've planned your filming around features that don't exist.

It’s more of a honeymoon resort. Very intimate. The staff is wonderful. The property is very poorly kept. Severe water and air conditioning problems. I was moved room to room. No hot water. No air. All of the towels need to be replaced. The food choices are very limited. The menu doesn’t change. They only have one restaurant and a snack bar. The drinks are nice however they do start to water them down after day 2. I do like how they do everything through WhatsApp. there should always be a phone in the room for emergencies but nada. The pool area and view is very nice. I loved that part of the resort. So relaxing.

We found a stay overall relaxing and enjoyable, but there are a few things that make the resort lacking. The pool does have an incredible view but there is only one pool with limited loungers and daybeds - we were always able to secure one.

There was public and private beach access, but no loungers or staffing. If you need to use a daybed or lounger down to the beach, the staff would have to bring it out to you. Access to the public beaches are through a side alleyway that goes down into a tented massage area with rocks and seaweed and overall it’s not a good experience to get down to the beach. Not very easily accessible, if you are handicapped or impaired in someway.

The food is a set menu which you would expect to be a higher quality, but we found the food to be at most times bland and simple. The menus are repetitive with not much variety for the breakfast menus in particular. They often did not have items in the menu or even drinks that were advertised. That being said, it was nice to not have the hustle of a buffet.

We found the room spacious and inviting spacious housekeeping did an excellent job to keep it clean we did have an issue where the room got too humid due to the AC not working after messaging concierge. This was resolved the next day.

This resort lacks amenities, such as a gym or other places to hang out. We did find the pool table and darts fund but the areas are not very big or inviting - think hallway.

Overall, we had a good and relaxing time.

First, I want to say I really enjoyed my stay here! *But* there are definitely pros & cons to this hotel:

Pros:
The views are amazing, the room is HUGE, the shower & bath were fantastic, the pool on the balcony was perfect for relaxing.. the balcony itself was super private, I was on the 2nd floor, and I really liked that for sunbathing. I was traveling solo, for the purpose of relaxation and I completely achieved that. The bed & pillows were also super comfortable

Cons:
The outdoor balcony pool took nearly 2 hours to fill up. Unfortunately, the maintenance man who had to fill it asked me some inappropriate questions that made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. When I expressed I was uncomfortable, he did retreat but I just felt he shouldn’t have in general. The pool immediately started to drain and I didn’t want to call him back in - so I just enjoyed it while I could. The food was not great for breakfast & dinner. Lunch was the highlight for me, from the restaurant- not the snack bar. But I noticed the menu didn’t change at all and it was already limited to only a handful of selections. If I was traveling with a partner, I’d skip the all inclusive and buy a bottle and some snacks for the daytime and go out to dinner.

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t awful but I did find an eyelash on the ground & there were some stains on the top sheet. I didn’t turn on the jets in the tub because I was too afraid of what might be in there.

The hot tubs also had dirt/sand in the water. The pool was being worked on while we were there, fixing the tile at the bottom. We were still able to use the pool.

Bathtub in room takes over 1 hour to fill up due to very low water pressure, food is very low quality and inconsistent, chef seems like he has no clue what is going on. There is no proper beach access. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and competent. Hot tubs on roof either barely work or don’t work at all, very nice view from the room but no beach access from the hotel, you need to walk off the property and go around. Bar/restaurant by the pool closes at 5pm so if you want a drink after 5 by the pool you need to go all the way to the other restaurant. Honestly if you just need a place to stay and don’t plan on staying in the resort it’s a good option, if you want to stay on the resort for most of all of your trip I would not recommend.

SWINGERS hotel. My husband and I booked here for 7 nights, we only stayed 3 (we had to because of an all day tour that was booked on day 3), we would have checked out on day 2.

While the views were STUNNING. We did enjoy the sounds of the ocean each night. We thought this would be perfect to relax.

We saw a completely nude man by the pool and several women topless walking around. When we asked about it, they simply said that it was a swingers hotel. NOWHERE could I find that here on hotels.com OR even on the hotels main website.

We did really enjoy 2 of their employees. Freddy and Ana were GREAT!! Our room was beautiful but lacking.

When I asked for a refund for the 4 nights we were NOT staying there (we booked at an amazing resort nearby), they refused. They said we had to go to hotels.com for the refund. Hotels.com said they needed approval from the hotel. The hotel refused. I was forced to put in a claim with my bank.

ALSO... the photos are BEAUTIFUL... the place looks like no one loves it. My husband wouldn't go in the pool because he almost cut his foot on broken tiles at the bottom (they were all over the pool), water pressure was HORRIBLE. Each shower was full of frustration. So many areas seemed broken, or just like the owners/managers simply didn't want to fix them. The elevator was also very old and uncared for. I had hoped this would be the perfect place to relax. We were left disappointed.

FOOD was NOT good either. Drinks were ok. We DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

I honestly don’t know how this place can call itself an all-inclusive resort. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, things were already going wrong. My room was not ready at check-in time, and when we finally got in, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when housekeeping brought some later, it looked partially used and stained — completely unacceptable and honestly shocking for any hotel, let alone an all-inclusive resort.

The room itself was old, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation. The TV didn’t work at all, furniture was worn out, and everything felt neglected. Nothing matched the photos advertised online. It felt more like a rundown motel than a vacation resort.

Food options were extremely limited. There was only one restaurant operating, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for an “all-inclusive” experience. Variety was almost nonexistent, and meals quickly became repetitive and disappointing.

Another major issue: the hotel doesn’t even have its own proper beach access, which was one of the main reasons I booked this location. This information was not made clear beforehand and felt very misleading.

Customer service from management made the situation worse. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving concerns. The only positive part of this stay was the hardworking staff members, who clearly tried their best despite.

First thing you should know is that a taxi from Cancun airport will be about $150 USD!! So plan for that.

Also…this is NOT a swingers resort which had me a bit worried after reading some reviews.

This is the perfect resort for a quick weekend and all you want to do is eat,drink and pool! A taxi to anywhere is very expensive.

The room is HUGE and very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower.

We only ate in the dining room and the food was good. Omelette every morning and I had the fish every night..salmon, bass, mahi..all very good.

Definitely would stay here again for a quick weekend! If you want to see the area or even leave the resort I recommend renting a car! Easy to drive, no crazy drivers like you think.

The room and the views were amazing nice and clean and we loved the staff! We were hugely disappointed with the food and lack thereof. Often out of items on the already limited menu, pretty tough to find fruit or vegetables. The menu in the one restaurant on site changes nightly but we couldn’t find anyone who knew what was in the menu until midday day of. We spent a lot of money on cabs and dining elsewhere. Pretty grim in the food department and we are easy to please, fruit and vegetables available would have been a saving grace

Room was decent. Service was horrible. Location was good. Amenities was ok. Breakfast was good but other meals were bad and limited.
I got only the breakfast and room package so I can try nearby food in case if I don’t like what they offer and plus I like to experience around wherever I travel. Usually when I see hotel does all inclusive or bed and breakfast it’s usually buffet style but this one is not.
Lunch and dinner also not buffet style and very limited option and supper expensive so we said let’s try outside surrounding restaurants. There was nothing nearby and you have to take a $30 taxi to go to nearest restaurant and delivery options almost not existing.
Unfortunately when we stayed wasn’t the warmest weekend so we needed to turn the heat on but found out it doesn’t work so we told the front desk who sent the maintenance guys 3 times and still never got fixed and we wasted that whole day back and forth between front desk and maintenance and then they offered me another room at 9 pm after wasting the whole day by that time we were too tired to pack and unpack in another room. When I tried reach the manager to file a complaint he was never present and seemed to never wanted to address the issues and never made himself available or his staff claimed he’s gone or off because of a holiday.
When they got me a taxi to take us to airport he asked for a lot more than what I paid before and was using profanity asking for more money

We booked Senses even though the reviews were mixed. We definitely weren't happy with the experience we had. The property needs some substantial repairs and maintenance. From the day we arrived, we had no hot water in our shower. We told the lobby staff and they sent the maintenance technician to our room. After several tries, he was able to get lukewarm water. We asked if the issue was just located to our room and we were told that this issue is throughout the hotel and that the water never gets hot. We overheard another couple telling the lobby staff about the lack of hot water. We were able to use the jet tub the whole length of our stay to bath as that did have hot water. We lost hot water in the tub the day before we were supposed to come home but they were able to fix it. We have messages back and forth on WhatsApp regarding both of these issues. The tub we had was cracked and also repaired in a few places. They also removed the shower head in the tub so you couldn't use it to shower. What appears to be a hot tub on the balcony is not. It's just a cold water immersion pool. The food was ok most days and be mindful of the all inclusive package. We were told via WhatsApp that their are limits to the premium alcohol based drinks you can have with your package. The service staff (servers) did all they could to make this an enjoyable experience. Santiago, Christian, and Mesero did an excellent job. I would recommend staying elsewhere until all of the issues can be fixed.

What a phenomenal boutique hotel.
I have never experienced a small boutique property quite like this one. Every room overlooks the ocean and is incredibly spacious—approximately 1,000 square feet—which made the stay feel extra special and serene.

This is not a party hotel, as there are no organized guest activities. Instead, it’s a place designed purely for relaxation—perfect for enjoying the ocean views, the pool, and the peaceful atmosphere.

Finding the hotel was a bit unusual, as it’s tucked deep into the forest, but that only added to the charm. It truly felt like a hidden gem 💎 with strong Tulum-style vibes.

The all-inclusive experience was good, though not exceptional. There is only one restaurant, and the food options are somewhat limited. Portions are quite small, so you’ll likely find yourself ordering multiple dishes to feel satisfied.

Shuttle service did not show up and we waited an hour, later the front desk said he had to pay for my ride because we did not show up, we had what’s ap communication verifying the shuttle was not there, so we took alternate car. We finally arrived at 1 and they said the room would be ready at 2, we walked around and then at 2, they said 3, which was fine. We went to the store and got a few things and came back. They informed us our AC in our room went out, so they were trying to fix it. We waited until 6pm to get in, they comped dinner and drinks for the inconvenience. We got to that room and the sheets had a large stain on them of red color. We requested a new room, the room we received had ac and it was clean. Win? No. We had no water pressure and warm water at best. It was cold showers the entire time. We never complained about the water because by this time nothing was working and nothing was making it better. The food was not good, BUT BUT the service in the restaurant was amazing! The servers were everything! The food may be awful but the servers were perfect! Also, they have a hot tub but they need a 2 hour warning to put water in, we scheduled it for 9pm and let them know at 4pm. When we got ready to use it, it was not filled, cold water and terrible pressure. We gave up at this point. We tried everything to remain hopeful, but the final day when the front desk man named Thomas had an attitude about having to pay for the airport shuttle we didn’t show up to, I gave up

Avoid this hotel at all cost. We left after one night because the hotel was less than a 1 star. Everything was either run down, broken, dirty, or didn't work. On top of all of this, the hotel is a sex hotel where couples have sex with other guest. We didn't realize this until a man kept parading naked in front of his window and while taking a shower, left his curtains open for all to see. This prompted us to look at the hotel's actual website and that's how we found out.

We tried to reach out to hotels.com for a refund on the day we arrived, but no luck. We left anyway and won't EVER be using Hotels.com or visiting this resort.

We stayed at Senses by Artisan the 1st week of Dec 2025. The Service Staff like Chewie (nickname) and Pedro, keep the place alive. Its clean, the beaches are beautiful. The room and view were awesome, the beds are comfortable except the pillows(awful). Downside was the front desk staff, it always felt like we were bothering them. You do need to taxi or drive anywhere to see stuff but this didn't bother us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

If I could leave no stars I would: that place is NOTHING like the pictures. We showed up the pool was cracked up, building rusted, food horrible, and so were the drinks. We checked in went to the room grabbed a bite and a drink and check out immediately!!!!!!! We didn’t even stay one night. AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! On top of that they don’t even have phones in the room. All convo is through WhatsApp!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES AT THIS MOTEL, THEY ARE CALLING A RESORT! AND AGAIN THEY’RE MAKING US PAY FOR NIGHTS WE DIDNT EVEN STAY. VERY LOW BUDGET!

The front staff was rude. I paid for the all inclusive online and was told I didn't and had to pay again at the resort ( so did multiple people during my stay) there is no easy beach access. My husband cut his foot in their broken down pool. 1 beer available and same repetitive food everyday. Just don't do it

Con’s-The property is very far from anything , certainly for the older crowd, no activities I’m thinking adults only pool parties good drinks definitely not ,when I arrived on the property there was construction men welding the water fountain, the room next door was under construction nosey all day , the pool was blocked halfway due to construction, while in the pool there was a guy on the other side corking and putting new tiles ,hotel is very outdated , although the food was all inclusive it wasn’t very good neither were the drinks … as lovely as the staff were will not be back

When we arrived, we were told that the elevators were out, and our room was located on the 3rd floor. Plunge pool on the balcony was filled with dirty water and hair. Room smelled like mildew. Only 2 restaurants, the one on the rooftop changed their menu once, and the snack bar food stayed the same. Waited over an hour for scrambled eggs and waffles during breakfast, food was cold the two times we did eat at the hotel, and everything closes early. No activities whatsoever!!!! Hotel staff kept offering us drugs. The hotel itself needs a complete upgrade. View was amazing!!!! Lobby staff were great and very friendly.

Honestly I wouldn't waste my time or money here unless it were FREE.

Poor all inclusive option, not worth it. Poor Food choice and quality. Drinks served in plastic cups. Pseudo orange or pineapple juice made from obvious sweetener powder that tasted awful, no real juice. Cocktails: poor quality. Many food items on menu not available (funniest was not having guacamole), all variants of the same basic combo. Slow service, frequently forgetting items ordered or long to be served. Fries poorly cooked, sloppy.

Elevator non Functional all week. Took 2 days to fix a faucet to have cold water running. Closest restaurants are 25 min away in playa del Carmen. Resort better looking on photos than reality, poorly maintained furniture. Beach Towels very old / used, need replacing. No social activities, the only adults only aspect is that there is nothing to do if you had kids with you. Music loudspeaker poor quality and only one playing at one end of the pool. Pool poorly maintained with many loose tiles. Small part of accessible beach on one side but many rocks making it difficult to swim comfortably. Other side of beach challenging to access (need to cling to walls and walk over rocks).

Replacement of soap and shampoo in room inconsistent. Idem for mini bar. Welcome “Champagne” was in fact cheap and bad tasting sparkling white wine. Poor lighting in room (no light stand or master switch bedside control for main room light).

Overall sufficient to chill pool side and read a book otherwise not great value for money

I am a review reader....and the reviews that this place gets are just not accurate....This place is a hidden gem...We stayed here 4 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us...the food was EXCELLENT....our room was awesome...The room ohotos are exactly as pictured...If youre looking for the party crowd....this aint it....but if youre a couple and want to spend some nice romantic alone time....this is your place...I went against my norm and gave this place a chance despite some of the reviews....and im glad I did.....THIS PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT .

El hotel se encuentra dentro aproximadamente a unos 200 metros de la autopista al final de un camino de terracería. La entrada es muy atractiva y el personal de recepción amable. El servicio del hotel en sus áreas de alimentos y bebidas es muy precario ya que solo cuenta con una persona que brinda el servicio de barra y mesas para cuantos comensales tenga el área. Las porciones de comida son muy pequeñas y si se solicita otro platillo el personal se vuelve un tanto menos amable con gestos de disgusto. Las habitaciones les falta agua caliente, en solo un día gozamos de buena temperatura y el resto fue agua tibia, las llaves del agua en lavamanos tenían fuga y se filtraba hasta el piso. El WC estaba parcialmente desprendido arriesgando al huésped a sentarse y sentir que se movía. Durante toda la estancia el elevador no servía, obligando al huésped a subir y bajar por escaleras. El hotel contaba con mesa de billar, la cual estaba en terribles condiciones, chueca y rasgada, y tacos de golpeo chuecos. La imagen del hotel aunque no es la mejor no es mala, sin embargo el funcionamiento es bastante precario. Los accesos a la playa en ambos lados con escalones no uniformes y desnivelados sin un paso cómodo a la playa.

I stayed at Senses Riviera Maya for what was supposed to be my birthday trip. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and forced me to leave in the middle of my stay for another resort.

The problems included:
Mold on the walls and overall poor cleanliness.
Ongoing noisy renovations.
No hot water for multiple days.
Extremed limited food options compared to what was advertised.
Discolored faucet water that felt unsafe to use.

Instead of enjoying a milestone celebration, I was left frustrated, embarrassed, and disappointed. This resort did not provide the comfort, safety, or quality advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay, met with some unexpected events (the elevator was inoperable during my stay but was repaired by the time I left. Things happen no problem I got more steps counts for the day literally. The Pool Plunge took too long to fill up due to piping issues,and again it was filled up the day I left so I didn't get to enjoy it. The reason I stated these hiccups is because I wanted to point out that management did take quick and reasonable actions to correct and accommodate me. The staff members Thomas, Sophie ,Victoria at the front desk were phenomenal! All employees were very cordial as well.

Everyone at the resort was very kind and accommodating. I do wish they had a better selection of food. The snack bar food was great. Dinner options just weren't our favorite. They stayed on top of anything we needed. Tomas was great in preparing us for the trip. And Jimena was wondeful with helping us with activities. I highly recommend the Cirque dinner experience.

I booked a 6-night stay for my birthday and had to leave after just one night. The room was unbearably humid and covered in black mold, which immediately triggered my asthma. I messaged the hotel right away with photos and explained my health concerns. They promised a manager would speak with me the next morning, but he was conveniently “unavailable” all day despite multiple attempts.

The front desk offered another room, but I was too disgusted and worried for my health to stay. I checked out by early afternoon and moved to another hotel. Since then, the hotel has ignored all emails from me and Expedia requesting a refund. Extremely disappointed, this place is unsanitary and unprofessional.

It WAS NOT all inclusive. Only breakfast and dinner was included. So had to pay an extra $200 for all inclusive. The food was good and fresh. There was cracks everywhere in the rooms and balcony. The pictures ARE NOT up to date.
