The property needs \"deep\" cleaning in my opinion especially the lobby and hallway areas. The hotel reception/staff (Adam) was very helpful. I asked him for a room changed when we checked-in due to BO in the room, and he found us a room that's acceptable to my standards right away. Free breakfast was ok. Location was good - safe & quite. We love the free EV charging station.
Karla
Good hotel for one or two nights .
Sarra
Our room was clean, spacious, and had sufficient furniture for our things. Very comfortable beds and we had a pleasant overnight stay.
Daniel
Staff was very friendly and helpful, clean property and great area close to all our needs.
Tina
Room was very old with flat pillows that were awful
Joseph
Overall, the property was good value for the price. It was clean and maintained. The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly.
I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms showing on Expedia. I thought this was very creative and fuzzy math by the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked out and had to go elsewhere on our last day as a result of this.
I’d still recommend this hotel. I thought the staff did a very good job overall.

Great place!
JANE
Convenient location for both Historic District, golf and Outlet shopping. Comfortable and provided everything we needed without having to spend alot on a room. Not fancy but definitely functional and a good value.
Sarah
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.
Nigel
Breakfast was good ,room staff was good .
KellyAnne
Great staff
Lynne
Everything was great except for the smoking area. There needs to be a smokers hut so that smokers can dispose of their cigarettes in the appropriate place instead of throwing them on the ground.
Vickie
my friend and I sincerely enjoyed our weekend at home to suites. The room was comfortable and had what we needed to make the weekend more pleasurable. The only criticism I had was that the coffee at breakfast was really not drinkable. The food that they provided was fine but it would have been nice if there was a little more variety each morning. I would definitely recommend Home two suites to anyone who might be traveling to the Saint Augustine area.
Tanya

As always Home2 is a quality hotel and reasonable prices, and friendly staff. What stood out here was the fact that I was allowed to check in early which made even more pleasant.

Convenient to I95 and downtown St Augustine.
Area felt safe.
We didn't do much here, it was just a sleep over night and gone the next day.
Breakfast was clean and kept stocked.

There was nothing we didn't like. Our stay was excellent!
Susan
We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I saw many people enjoying it. The only downside was that the pool closed so early. Since there was rain every afternoon during our stay it would have been nice to use the pool a little later. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and courteous.
Thomas
Very nice place to stay
Karen
Fabulous location and wonderfully friendly staff!
Ihor

2 elevators and one was down day of check in all the way to check out. Out of all Home 2 Suites we have stayed in, this one is only in the 25 percentile.

Good sized living area with sofa bed, leading to a large bedroom. Bathroom good too.
Some areas of wear, but on the whole good.
Breakfast included in price is basic but good.
Staff excellent - Angel Vazquez immediately addressed an issue we had.
Would stay again

Room was perfect. Nice and clean. Cleaning crew did an awesome job as well. All staff was extremely polite and professional. Front Desk staff was super, especially Adam.
We will definitely return there in the future, and will look for Hilton Home2’s when visiting other locations. Thank you!

The shower and toilet had someones hair on it. The toilet seat didn't fit on the whole seat, some od the porcelain was exposed to my legs. It pinched alittle bit.

Great employee, Angel, provided us with a quick and early check-in, and he was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept hotel; breakfast a typical complimentary breakfast.

Erica
The rooms were not very clean. Hair all over bathrooms & the floors weren’t vacuumed well at all
Sarah
Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Having laundry was a plus.
Leyda
The hotel is nice and is located on a conviene area. However the room can be cleaned a little more we found the toilet unflush and hair on the shower also there was a strong dog smell in the room.
Megan Ashley
All staff we met during our stay were very courteous and friendly. Adam was at the front desk during check-in and the majority of our stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but perfect. The kitchen came stocked with paper towels, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go out and purchase anything to clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping comes every other day, but they were more than willing to give us a fresh set of towels at the front desk after we used the pool.
William
Clean and spacious room. More amenities than we needed but it’s nice to have the options.
Kelly F
Great stay. Clean.
Christopher
Very clean and quiet
charles

Debbie
Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient.
Jacob
The room was clean. Some signs of wear, but nothing major. The shower smelled a little weird, but it didn’t feel unclean. The beds were okay - a little firm for my liking. The staff was excellent - very nice! Breakfast had a good variety. We are a family of 5, and would stay again.
Kevin

Jane
Nice room with breakfast included.
Christopher
Great and clean
Lina
Our room was super dirty. Our pillow cases were stained. When ask about changing rooms we’re told they were full and send someone just to change our pillow sheets. No what I was expecting

breakfast was our downside of the trip. Limited menu and not of our liking. Everything else was great. Very clean, nice/comfortable room. Great location.
William
Upon check-in, I experienced amazing customer service by Trisha, the front desk agent. She was kind, professional and very welcoming. She took her time to speak to me and my children about where to see the fireworks in St Augustine and was just a good person. You don't see Customer service like that any more. The hotel was clean and in good area.

Yoel
The room was clean and spacious! Staff was great and so was breakfast! My kids had no complaints which is something incredible! Would definitely come here again!
ALI
“I had a very pleasant stay at your establishment. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained.”
Lydia
I only stayed for one night, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a variety of items. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because my room’s AC unit was extremely loud and kept waking our group throughout the night and the staff could not do anything about it.
Karen
Great staff, clean & comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great WiFi.
Hong
Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good.
EBUBEKIR
While the room was clean and the hotel looked nice, the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to sleep. There was a lot of noise on our floor late at night, and dogs barked nonstop throughout the night. Even though the dogs were on the other side of the hotel, the noise carried so badly it felt like they were in our room.
Henry
Great hotel for Hhe cost!
Bruce
Clean rooms quality room AC was great kept room cool breakfast was ok boil eggs could be better and maybe sausage links instead of Patty's just my opinion overall satisfactory we will stay again
Quelli

Luegos nos dieron Unas almohadas con mal olor y cabellos, no Esteban lavadas asi q baje a Pedir otras y la senora enojada dijo q era lo unico q tenia. Muchos perros centro del hotel, la habitacion llena de polbo

Receptionist was so helpful, courteous and friendly. She started the stay off just perfectly
Keith
We enjoyed our family time during Christmas just relaxing! Very comfortable rooms!
Renata
Breakfast should include lactose free stuff and gluten free bread. Pillows are too soft…
Changhwan
Very good! Thank you!
Yamilette
Great family hotel ..They understand family with kids with autism.they very kind.
Stacey
Friendly and courteous front desk personnel. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Ahmed
Horrible room service. We requested for pillows and towels and after waiting for an hour, didn’t receive any. We called again and they told us that they’d send it, but they didn’t send us anything, even after saying that they’ll send us these items. When we spoke to the manager about it the next day, she just said “ok.” The breakfast area was right in the lobby, and it was very noisy and crowded. The food options were limited.
Anna
Spacious rooms and proximity to downtown St Augustine. There were also a couple of restaurants nearby which was convenient.
Jillian
Everything about the hotel was great! Winnie was the front desk lady. She was always personable and welcoming. Great to have someone greet you every day. The breakfast was a little lame. The egg patties were gross and the sausage was too dry and a bit too spicy. Hopefully you can do better with that. However, the room was great. The location was perfect. The hotel was in excellent condition. Very pleased with all of it, except the free breakfast!
Antonio
Great Stay, Clean room, staff was great from Morning, Night and Overnight shift. Bed and Pillows were fantastic. Had wonderful sleep on our weekend stay.
Albis
Staff was really nice but premises were a bit disappointing. First room bathroom was not very clean, we found stained bathtub and toilet with poop looking particles at the bottom . Yellow stained towels .
Breakfast was not good quality and served right at the lobby .
I understand it’s a small town but prices at about the same as nationwide doubletree Hiltons and similar .
