Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. Rooms were large and clean. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. A bagel/cereal bar was not what I was expecting. Most hotels have a nice hot breakfast for guests.

The hotel was easy to find, good directions. The desk clerk could have been a little nicer, she seemed very put out that we we're checking in. Was surprised when she told me that I had to give her my credit card for a $150.00 hold. Usually the credit card you use to pay for the room is good enough but she said that because I booked through Expedia I need to give her a credit card. I did get the hold money back.
The room and bathroom were clean but there was no microwave or coffee pot in the room. There was a frig.
The hotel is very close to the St. Augustine outlet mall.
I will stay here again when in this area.

The building was old and the lobby smelled overwhelmingly of the purple fabuloso. Upon arriving to our floor, the hallway was thick with the smell of marijuana. I'm assuming the doors arent tightly sealed because the smell also permeated through and into our room. The shower had other people's hair on the shampoo dispenser and shower wall. The breakfast selection was scant and consisted of bananas, apples, instant oatmeal, bagels, muffins and a yogurt dispenser. There was orange juice, apple juice, coffee and water available. The beds were comfortable and the sheets seemed to be clean. The building was old, you can tell they tried to refresh it and do minimal updates but the overwhelming weed smell, dirty shower and limited breakfast option will have me seeking an actual Hilton next time.

Shabby is the word to describe this property. My room smelled AWFUL, but they couldn’t move me because they were booked. Staff was friendly and empathetic but unable to help. Property has frighteningly slow elevators, and my room included a leaking toilet, shelves barely hanging on the wall (the visible screws coming out of the wall were holding on for dear life), an insanely loud A/C unit (I couldn’t hear the TV over it). My room was clean (although smelly). I would NOT recommend this property.

The laundry room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and had more items than most hotels/motels have for breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. She deserves a ⭐ star. If we come this way again, we'll be sure to stop. Very nice

Clean comfortable rooms and very friendly front desk staff. My only issue was the guest laundry room dryer was out of order and I had to wash some clothes as my trip was extended longer than expected. When I showed my disappointment the young man offered to dry my clothes for me in their main dryer, best customer service seriously.

Paid extra for a room with a bathtub, called several days before our trip to confirm the room had a bathtub and was told yes. Walked into the room we were given and there was no tub. When I wen to front desk to tell them they said there was nothing they could do about it even though in their notes it said reservation do room with a tub. Long story short I had to ask for type of refund and ended up cutting our trip a full day short due to the lack of organization. So if you have any needs in your accommodations I would not suggest this hotel.

I would not advise anyone to stay here. There is not always a person at the front desk. There is no microwave in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to warm up your food and then go back to your room. There is no coffee maker in the room. I checked out early on Feb. 28, 2026 because I was just so dissatisfied. The telephone did not have a cord on it and they say that it is a smoke free hotel but, we smelled marijuana all through the hotel. The sofa bed in our room which was room 311 was dirty. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Expedia needs to take this one off of their list. No good at all.

Check in was great.. Winston was very helpful! But the rooms were not that clean, very noisy can hear through the walls people talking into the night, doors slamming late at night and early morning. Only one elevator and was sooooo slow. Breakfast very skimpy.

Terrible experience and the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one was because Winston did his best to help alleviate the situation.

First, the television didn’t work and desipige multiple attempts to get it fixed it wouldn’t connect to live tv. We ended up telling the desk to not even worry about it.

Second, the toilet was broken and clogged when we arrived. Had to get Winston to unclog it.

The appearance was decrepit with paint peeling and a smell of must.

Would not stay here again.

Be aware that this hotel is under construction and the fitness center is temporarily closed. You should also know that their “highly rated” breakfast buffet is really just a continental “bagel bar.” There is no coffee maker in the rooms, just a fridge. Other than those things, the stay was fine and the refurbished rooms are very nice.

Room was fine. Only concern was when we arrived there was no one at the desk. We waited about 15 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, called the local phone number multiple times and nothing. Eventually a guy came out and he wasn't very friendly and definitely not apologetic. If we hadn't pre-paid, we would have left.

The room was not cleaned throughly before we arrived- there was a sock as well as other “personal items” left behind from the previous stay in addition to hair in the shower. The set-up of our “suite” did not allow for the bedroom door to be open and allow access to the bathroom - very frustrating. The fold out couch did not have any sheets and in the closet there was a “blanket” that looked more like a mattress protector. Lastly, the “breakfast buffet” that is stated as an amenity (one of the reasons I picked this hotel) was only bagels and fruit.
The hotel is close to 95, so my expectations were not super high - but this was terrible.

Yes, my only problem was the high rate for a small room with no ice bucket, coffee pot or microwave.
My biggest issue was an incidental charge. I have never heard of such. And to top that, it was put in my card before I checked out and now it will be 3 or 4 days to get it off my card according to the nice lady who checked me out.
