Hi, I rented a room but it was in unacceptable conditions. The door lock was damaged and the furniture was broken and deteriorated. For these reasons I couldn't stay and I left immediately. I request a full refund since the service did not comply with basic conditions.

For pet owners, this hotel is a huge NO! There is very little grass and the grass that is accessible is blocked by stagnant standing water or completely full of poop that wasn’t picked up by pet parents. I stayed there 7 days because I had no other choice and I wouldn’t say this unless I had enough time to observe.

We asked for a non-smoking room. I think they gave us a room that became \"non-smoking\" that day. It reeked. The room was not clean. There were spider webs in the corners. The floor had been swept. The lighting is atrocious - it's much too bright. Even the \"night lite\" is so bright it hurts! The television worked - after I called the manager to come down and fix it. No guest password for wifi. Again, you have to ask for it. Lousy towels and worse than bargain basement toiletries. Other faults but I haven't time to dwell on this all day. Never, ever staying at another Motel 6!

Charred Cigarettes, blunt wrappers, contraception prevention wrappers all over walkway leading to my filthy so called lodging facility. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone. The overall property is run down and the area feels a bit unsafe which is not really a big deal but the room itself was disgusting. The door didn't seal, the walls were literally streaked with dirt, the floors were dirty, windows slopped, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The kicker for me was the burn holes in the bedding. I refused to sleep in a place that can't provide decent bedding so I only spent about 10min there and then they and Expedia refused to refund my money for a stay I never had.

Rooms stink, Found mold on tissue, my daughter had bug bites, requested new bedding and they threw the pillows on the dirty floor to make the bed & just put them back on the bed. Property manager was taking care of a baby in the back room while checking me in. Microwaves are dirty with old food stains inside. Replacement towels look like a dirty white color. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Will never go back!

The room was nasty the tub was horrible and the floor was so nasty you couldn't walk with out shoes or the bottoms of your feet got black. There was trash all around the bed on the floor. The lights beside the bed didn't work. The bath towels and wash cloths were so badly worn that I went and bought my own. They didn't have any incentives. That was the worst stay that I have ever experienced, I will never stay there again!

Worst vacay stay ever!

Do NOT stay here! This place is dirty, unkempt and dangerous! There is pot smoke ALL the time, we had to wear masks to and from our car. Not to mention people dealing drugs at any given point of the day. People sleeping in their cars! Never felt safe. No clean place to walk our dog, feces everywhere there was grass, he ended up doing his business on the pavement. The room: we had to switch rooms immediately upon check in as the sheets were not changed from prior occupancy, there was hair and crumbs/dirt visible, and they looked slept in! The refrigerator and microwave were coated with spilled food and the toilet still had a bowel movement in it. The room we moved to was not much better. Al least the sheets seemed clean but the towels/face cloths were heavily stained, the shower curtain was full of mold. I had to get cleaning supplies from the local dollar tree just to feel like it was clean enough to stay for my daughter and fiancé and I. The shower took 15 minutes to get warm, not hot, warm! The beds were so uncomfortable and sat upon a rusted nasty metal box for a frame. There were flies constantly coming in the room as the trash cans were ALWAYS full and horribly smelly outside the room and all over the hotel complex. The pool: we never got a chance to use it as it was always full of people but it appeared to be clean. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Overall it was the very worst hotel we ever stayed at, period!

The stay was terrible. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Had cigarette burns on all bedding. No microwave, no fridge. The lights were broken. People where living in the rooms and hanging outnby the vehicles all through the night. Definitely the worse place ive had to stay because there was no refund. 5min after getting thwre i asked for a refund and i could not get one. The service was horrible. When i complained about my room smelling like smoke they told me its non-smoking and wouls not let me switch rooms but sent someone to spray air freshener in the ac unit in the room.

It’s ok one of the better motel 6 in the area. The owners are kind and personable they try to accommodate your needs. Only issue we had was the family next to us were very very loud. There kids were yelling all day long. The other issue would be the bathroom door not locking and the front door had such a gap that you could put your fingers between the frame and door while closed. It has potential motel 6 (all) need to check out the properties and fix how there quality. I’d choose this motel 6 over any of the other motel 6’s.

It was the worst hotel stay experience! They supposedly didn’t receive my $50 deposit even though I have the receipt. There are no microwave or refrigerator in the room. If you want those “luxuries” you have to pay extra. This crappy motel costed me an extra $105 on top of what I already paid. The staff is rude to top it all off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I never received room service or clean linen. No one even knocked on the door to ask.I’m dusty, smell of cigarette smoke and animals but she said she had no other rooms available and all she did was get back on the phone and continue her conversation. There was no microwave, although I paid the extra for the microwave. Was told that you’re not allowed to have any friends or guest to come by at any time you must visit them off the premises. but the person who rented the room. When you try to talk to them about any issues or problems, they talk amongst their selves and act like you’re not standing there. It makes me feel like they’re talking about me when they are being disrespectful and knowing that there’s a language difference. They took my money on the visit for the overnight. Stay that I paid for they . Said that they could not find the reservation that I booked online. The front desk had showed displeasure in my continued use of using discounts or coupons. So unable to see my reservation as they stated they kept my money trying to be understanding and know that sometimes things get mixed up I would just pay for the night again and deal with the transaction with the third-party That I booked with they raise the price of double. I took my belongings Forcing me outside all. I explain that I have chemo every morning that sometimes it takes me a little longer to walk from the back to the office in the morning to pay after my doctors visit. I’ve never been treated like this

Reserved and prepaid for a a single king, when I arrived they never got my reservation but gave me a \"complimentary\" room which was a double bed room which had mold and the bed sheets we're disgusting. I ended up checking out as fast as possible due to the conditions. Motel 6 refused to refund me due to \"never getting the reservation\" and Expedia claims its not up to them and that Motel 6 got the money. Just spend the couple of extra bucks and go somewhere safe and clean.

It’s the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your time and money. The good reviews are fake. All the rooms smells and run down. It’s a bad area to be in. I did not even sleep due to fear of bed bugs. It was late, so I couldn’t get another hotel. Don’t stay here.. Every guests came back to the lobby to ask for their room to be cleaned.
