This is a family owned business and all of them are incredibly helpful and very warm and inviting. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was superb literally made to order. I also like the fact that it was just outside Morro Bay proper, which means it was extremely quiet and you’re literally only two minutes away from the center of town.

We recently stayed at this small, unique boutique hotel for our anniversary. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious, as well as the fresh baked cookies offered in the afternoon. They were very accommodating with my husband's food allergy. The view from our room was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

An awesome place off the beaten path. Only 2 years old. Close to downtown and short walk to the beach and park. Well appointed and tastefully decorated, the suites were spotlessly clean, most comfortable and very quiet for being close to Main road. Family owned and operated. Dad, Mom, Son and Daughter in law, are the most kind and intriguing people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. If someone is searching for something better and other than the \"Mega\" chain hotels, this is it. I highly recommend this little \"Gem\" (that's for Dad Tim, a retired Geologist with an amazing Opera voice :).

Tim and Allie who are the parents made us feel so at home and were so warm. The breakfast they served was delicious and they made so many baked good for us which were all amazing. Stayed for two nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences yet. The high ceilings make the room feel so much bigger. The second floor views were amazing and ac makes the room cold quickly which we loved. Breakfast was always so good and the staff is all family so they put a lot of love and care in everything they do for you and the guest.

This boutique hotel was nice and clean. We very much enjoyed the daily made-to-order breakfast and fun conversations with the owners-so nice! Bed was comfy, we enjoyed the view of the ocean across the highway, as well as access to the walking path. In the bathroom & shower we prefer bar soap, and would have liked to have skid strips on the shower floor to prevent possible slipping. Reaching to turn on the shower water was an interesting stretch. Over all, we were quite happy with our stay!

It is a brand-new clean, bright hotel, owned and operated by a family, Bobby, his wife and his parents Tim and Alli. The hotel is cool, with its Gershwin-themed rooms, Art Deco style, attention to detail (see the hand-stenciled walls). Alli's made-to-order breakfasts are just amazing. We have enjoyed learning about the area and its geology from Tim, who embodies \"Minnesota Nice\" in sunny California. There is an amazing beach with a view of the rock within walking distance. Downtown is a short drive away, with many reasonably-priced seafood restaurants. One can also hear and see otters and sea lions.

Stay was very good. The entire hotel is newly renovated and caters to those that want a quiet place to stay off the beaten path. You're a 5 min drive from everything. The beach is right across the famous Hwy 1. Embarcadero is a short drive south to shops and scenery. But this establishment is a hidden gem. Gorgeous rooms ran by a friendly family that cares. Homemade breakfasts and baked goods daily. The hospitality you get here is lacking in today's big chains. Do yourself a favor, book here. Book often. Support small family businesses.

This is a family owned and ran hotel. We were treated so well by every member of the staff. The rooms were super nice, very clean and spacious. We walked across the street to a nice walking trail that paralleled the beach. The best part was the breakfasts. The owners made the breakfasts and they were amazing each day. Owner Tim, came by during breakfast and chatted with us for a respectful amount of time, then remembered our names during breakfast the next day. Again, everyone was so nice and helpful. Can’t help to think that we will come back. Do not hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it!!!
