The room was small with two queen beds however it was very convenient to have a refrigerator, microwave and fireplace. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were generous bath linens and coffee portions.
I would say the only negative was the floors looked cleaned but our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them without shoes.
Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. Parade route was right in front of the motel and we could sit on their elevated street side wall

Great location. Comfortable suite. The microwave was a mystery on how to make it work. The soap and shampoo products were ok but wish they didn’t have fragrance. The soap pump in the shower didn’t work. These are minor observations. Overall it was very nice.

A nicely remodeled inn. Some low-key maintenance issues that didn't affect the quality of the stay. Would rate this Inn 10/10 for value/quality. One minor issue would be having a window covering for the narrow bathroom window. Small privacy concern but again not a deal breaker. This is a great stop and sleep for families. We had a family of 4.

Nice to have a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine in the room.

Fridge and AC unit were noisy and walls are very thin. If you are in a first floor room, you will hear all the noise from the guests above you.

Returning late one night there were no available parking spots so we had to park on the street, and the next morning a local complained about us parking in front of their business even though no reserved parking was indicated.

The Beach Walker Inn was a nice restfull stay. I have been before as I love to stop by and catch some waves on my way to LA. The renovations really add to the comfort. The staff is really nice. Close to the beach. Nice walks all around.

I love staying at the BeachWalker! I never have to worry about anything but relaxing after my work shift. The rooms are super clean, coffee is always available. Forgot your shampoo not a problem they got it! I feel at home with the warm welcome and always accommodating. Customer satisfaction they take it serious. It’s been awhile I’ve been a guest❤️❤️❤️

Rooms are too small for what they charge. Beds are too small to fit 2 people. The walls are to thin and if your downstairs good luck. We couldn’t sleep as the people above us were stomping too loud. The property is clean, but not worth $300 a night.

Our room smelt like sewage upon arriving , the window was cracked open so you know they knew it stunk. The towels were stained and the tv barely worked - no WiFi to stream tv . We cut our losses and checked out a day early then went to a new hotel.

We liked the location due to it being walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The room itself was ok with some items being dated. The couch was not comfortable at all also the material being vinyl. The whole toilet was also loose it wasn’t secured to the floor correctly. The bed was comfortable and we did not need the A/C we just opened the window and the privacy screen was a nice touch as well.

Nice staff. Clean room. AC worked well. Had a nice size mini fridge and a microwave. Only thing i didn't like was the windows in the bathroom had no privacy glass so anyone walking by could see you in the shower or on the toilet. Other than that this was a great place to stay. Would stay again.

yes the room was spotless just needed kleenex box, the sraff was nice we had little problem with having to wait 1 hr for a upstairs room. They were confuse about the payment because we were going to pay cash at te motel. We left a credit card until manager came by, Which the manger fixed it pretty fast. We were very with the outcome

We have a fireplace in the room that would have been awesome to use but there was no warning or anything about it not working

Room was clean. Staff okay. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work and inquired with the staff. We were told that none of the fireplaces were working because construction crew was working on the motel and they had to shut the gas down.
5 minutes later we had the front desk staff at our door to fix the fireplace! He messed around for 10 minutes and next thing you know the fire was on! Who knows!!!

A short walking distance to beach and 5-10 min walk to pier and more restaurants.

Staff was very polite and Room was well appointed and clean!!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Everyone was kind and easy going. It was great having a room with a stove top.
The fireplace added some nice ambiance. A short walk to the beach every morning. It was clean and felt like it was home. Hope to go there again next year. The perfect vacation !

The room smelled like gas because of the fireplace, the bed was hard, there were some cosmetic things in the room that need to be fixed. Staff was nice and check-in/out were easy but the room itself needed improvement.

We requested a top floor via Expedia and were given a room on the 1st floor, despite arriving at 3pm check-in time on Friday.

We asked for the room to be serviced and only the garbages were taken out and coffee refilled, nothing else; beds not made.

Just here for a shower and a sleep. Clean comfy bed. A/C and Fan ..fireplace is cute ...but I'm a woman of a certain age iykyk. Pretty sure they have a water softener so go easy on the shampoo or you'll be rinsing all day . Walls are thin. I could hear conversation in the next room and lots of thumps and bumps ... Definitely will stay here again . It would be great with the grandkids.
