We checked in to your hotel 05/25/2026 at 2:15 PM. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and would only be available at 3:00 PM. Additionally, the response we received was firm, simply stating that “it is written in the rules.”
What we find difficult to understand is how, in a hotel where check-out is at 11:00 AM, rooms are still not ready until 3:00 PM, while guests arriving after long journeys are expected to wait. We honestly expected a more solution-oriented and welcoming approach from your staff in terms of guest satisfaction.
We believe that a truly good hospitality experience is built not only on rules, but also on genuine hosting and consideration for guests.

solid 4/5 because it’s nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet and room was relatively spacious. But the parking is limited in terms of spaces and pricey maybe prevents 5/5. It would have been nice to reserve parking spot when you book so that you’re guaranteed it, because the valet service said we got the last one and would have had to drive to different place to park - less secure etc.

We stayed three nights. Our room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was clean itself. Valet was very easy and our vehicles were well taken care of. Our room slept 5 people without issue. The breakfast was good!

The African Valet parking guy was caught speeding, jerking & slamming on breaks in MY truck, inside of the parking garage! I was supposed to stay in the handicap parking space anyway, in which we reserved prior to arrival! Not cool. I didn't appreciate that one bit. Also. They need to know. When guests want their vehicles, the need to let the vehicle HEAT UP FIRST! Roxanne was very kind & helped my family a lot! Thank her for the "Paul" family!

Even though I arrived alone and the rest of my family was coming later, the staff wouldn’t give me one room first while waiting for the other to be ready. To make matters worse, they started helping other guests who arrived after me instead of finishing my check-in. After waiting far too long and insisting, they finally gave me one room and later the other. This could have been handled much more efficiently and respectfully.

Super convenient to Path stations and a Target within a stones throw away. We drove and parked at the hotel. Our room was nice and clean and afforded my family of 3 a perfect location to visit NYC for a weekend trip. The breakfasts were great, plenty of food for everyone, it got hectic and crowded at times bu the staff was quick to clean tables and turnover hot food when it ran low or out. Would recommend his hotel 10 out of 10 times. The staff was great.

This property is great if you are on budget. However, it is not close any transportation if you need to go to New York. You will have to uber to the train station since it's too far to walk. The property is next the main street right out of the tunnel and it's very busy.
