It was a ok place to stay. The room and grounds were very clean. The linens were clean and neatly folded. The water was very hot and had good pressure. The bathroom could use some repairs to the ceiling and drywall. The mattress was the firmest I've ever slept on. Parking is tight, and the A/C worked well.

The room was a very nice size. They let us choose 1st or 2nd floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was even a lemon tree we could pick a lemon from. There was plenty of parking and it was very walkable to the Harbor. I would stay again.

The room and the limited grounds were clean. Upkeep staff was friendly. What I didn’t care for was that there was no place outdoors to sit and in the room there was space for an armchair or loveseat but none was provided. The only place to sit inside was the bed or some plastic chairs at the small table

No extra towels was given on a 3 night stay even after requesting some before the 2nd night, before I was checked out the male housekeeper came in and threw all our stuff we left in the room away even personal pillows, fresh treats from the bakery bought maybe 2 hours before gone as well as all our drinks from the fridge. Office personnel was helpful and refunded our pet fee but I won't be staying here again.

For being a pet friendly hotel, there was not a single, dedicated place for pet potty. We had a pet friendly room, however, there was not a dedicated place to place their water bowls. Which made a watery mess on the floors, which cause us to place the water bowls in the shower - for them to drink. Other than doing so, we were going through quite a bit of towels, trying to keep the floors dry and protect the baseboards. I feel a pet friendly place needs to be better equipped for dogs.
The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, which significantly affected our sleep.
The room was very clean, however, and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I appraised that they even had little doggy treats and gifts. Very thoughtful of the property manager. Overall it was a nice place.

Gentleman at the counter was Very Accommodating! Dog wasnt supposed to be with us but life happens and he was going to be, so added him to the room .. 2 hours later , nope, dog sitter was able to make it.. So they removed the pet fee without question..Gave treats for the dog and was just really pleasant. All staff smiled and greeted you. Really no Ammenities to speak of here, but who needs a pool at the Ocean!!? Clean Room!

There were issues that maintenance said the remodel folks didn’t finish taking care of. The shower was very tiny. The convertible couch was very comfortable. The bed has a metal pedestal that was too close to the edge of the bed, foot kept kicking it. The location was perfect! Bedding had some stains(I hope) on it.

The bathroom soap had a weird smell but the BR itself was clean and well maintained. The room was very nice with a small fridge and microwave. The bed was soft and I slept in the middle of the king bed to find more comfortable firmness.

This property first age was in very good condition. For the price it was a tremendous value. Short walk to the embarcadero area and also very close to everything in the downtown area. The staff was extremely helpful and not ever in your way. I would highly recommend this as a good place to stay while you're visiting a very beautiful seemingly unknown little Beach and Oceanside area of California. There are a lot of good golf courses close by also.

The room had a king size bed, floating end tables (attached to the headboard), a small table with two chairs. The coffee maker and phone sat on a buckboard bolted to the wall - there was no other furniture. No dresser, chest of drawers or even a bench so luggage and coolers went on the floor. The fridge and microwave were stacked and sitting at the far side of the room. All in all very sparse. The (only) ice maker didn't work. Also no carpetting, vinyl plank flooring instead.

I had to sleep with the windows open amd the heater on, becausebits chilly at night in Morro Bay. In the moring they shut the water off without warning while I was V getting ready. The bed was nice….the towels were good…the A/C sounded like a truck idling in the room. The ice machine was broken. There wasn’t a hair dryer and the telephone didn't work so I used my cell phone to call with no answer at the front desk. We found a gentleman that spoke very little English and he was able to find a hair dryer but told us no one in management was on the premises. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The air conditioning was fantastic, the room got really cold really fast, it also warmed up super quickly aswell!! I would say the TV has a bit of broadcasting issues from time to time. The property was easy to get out and in from. To get down to the main area it’s a 7 minute walk which is absolutely fantastic since gas is so expensive. The walk is easy, not so steep downhill or uphill… if been to San Fransisco this is an absolute breeze of a walk.

My only complaint is the shower. The shower is 2 feet by 2 feet wide, I'm only 5'2 and I could barely maneuver or do anything and water got everywhere. My husband had an even harder time if you could imagine, so just be aware of that.

Adequate. This place was a steal! Staff was very nice, however no answer after 8pm so plan accordingly. There is an eatery conveniently across the street. Hand soap smelled nice and refreshing, lotion smelled medicated but if you’re in a pinch, it is provided. AC/ heating both worked great. Refrigerator worked well and was spacious enough for our drinks. Room in general was spacious and bed was adequate. Room had a small round table and 2 chairs which was appreciated. Toiletries were stocked so no risk of running out. But yes, very thin walls. I slept with my AirPods in for noise reduction. This place is a clean, safe place to sleep for an amazing price. No major complaints.

It was a super nice hotel, the bathroom is small and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable but definitely will be staying again! Good location and very clean
