Completely rundown property. When we arrived, the window was stuck closed and room was thick with the smell of pest control chemicals. The bed was the worst quality I’ve ever slept on. Wooden furniture heavily used and worn down. Plastic chairs, which I guess was the cleanest thing in the room since they could be easily wiped down and sanitized.

Gaping hole in the drywall that didn’t appear to shed light from the neighboring room. (manager said he was aware). Rusted & dilapidated fridge that was missing parts but was functional. The unidentified staining on the inside of the microwave was a mystery that’s best left unsolved. The (1) wash cloth was either stained or dirty or both. The few sticks of worn out furniture were in such bad shape that they wouldn’t be accepted at a charity donation store. I found a floor length mirror stowed in the door-less closet. 1 hanger. The sheets were clean & I saw no bugs or signs of rodents. The room I had should be demoed & redone completely.

The AC unit is outdated and the bathrooms are small. The bed was broken and I kept hitting my foot and leg on the bed frame it was sticking out. TV was broken so only half the screen was visible.
It’s not worth what I paid for one night.

Very basic room, old but clean. we didn't spend too much time in the room. bath had hot water, good flow. small fridge had frozen all my food, I had to toss it. it was a bit stuffy in the room, there is barely air flow.
it's 10-15 mins walk to the downtown. felt safe. not too much noise from the highway. it's good if you just need a clean place to sleep for 1-2 nights.

The room was clean. However there was leftover stains on the sheets which looked like blood but the sheets had been washed. The mirror above the bathroom sink looked like it was something out of a horror movie.
The parking is horrific and trying to pull out of the place going left or right is really hard because it's a freeway on ramp and offramp. Very dangerous. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced. And there is not ample parking. But for the price the room was clean-ish. Would I stay here again probably not.

Ice machine worked one day and the next day not working, I put $2.30 in the soda machine and couldn’t get anything out and it wouldn’t give back my money. And the manager said that it’s not responsible for monies lost. I don’t recommend this motel

The room was clean and the furnishings were modern. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Free parking outside our door. Easy check in. Nearby walk to a Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, and a sandwich store. There’s also a cafe nearby but it’s more of a morning place. Comfortable bed. Large shower with great water pressure.

Worked perfectly for a stop after a long day on the road.

Staff have poor hospitality skills. They were not rude, but they expressed no gratitude nor welcoming spirit. Property was fine. When I checked in the clerk spent the entire interaction on the phone. I don’t know the conversation because it was neither English nor Spanish. I am not clear from the experience the clerk even spoke English. Maybe an attempt at interaction in any language would have been better. When I checked out the next morning, the clerk on duty (a different person) said nothing to me as I returned the room key card. Go someplace else if you want any kind of service. You won’t get it here.

When we arrived there was a couple in front of us trying to get refunded for their room because of roaches. After they left I asked if I could just cancel my room instead of checking in. The man at the front desk tried to tell us the couple was lying about the bugs in the room. We agreed to check-in and inspect the room, but what was so strange was the man said \"Are you going to give me $100 if there's no roaches?\" We personally didn't see any but only stayed there overnight. Rooms definitely need some attention. Wall not repaired and painted where toilet paper dispenser had been moved. Bathroom door had to be lifted to close. Screws in hinges coming out. Lights by the bed were not working. Would be nice to have a place to charge your phone close to the bed.

We had a late check in, and called ahead to make sure it was 1) ok, and 2) to update time of arrival. When we arrived, the night manager(?) was very gruff. He spoke so softly that it was incredibly hard to hear what he was saying, and he was very short with us.

Our room was nice. The fridge leaked ice(?) or water(?) all over the floor, so we used hand towels to clean that up. There was a loud \"drip\" noise that we heard all night- that was frustrating, as we couldn't tell where it was from. Finally, parking was near impossible to obtain- I was only able to park onsite because someone left. I was glad I didn't need to interrupt the night manager for help with that.

All in all, it was a fine visit. With a few tweeks, it could be a good visit.

It was nice, big, spatial room, great location and price, if you’re booking little bit ahead of time!
There is something I didn’t feel comfortable about… when I was checking out, I had my friend picking me up, and I was ready and packed, with my door open and ready to go, at the time of check out… but when my friend had arrived little bit after the checkout time, the attitude of the person who checked me in was not very pleasant….
But who cares about that I guess…
It is nice, clean, big rooms place to stay!
I will come back if I will be travelling there again!

Dont stay here unless you cant find anywhere else to stay . The staff is unkind i booked online check in time is after 3pm i was told my reservation was only going to be held until 630pm gps put us there at 622pm . I have traveled before and usually reservations are good until midnight because of traffic and other issues. The office staff is very rude. The place was dirty and furniture was ran down . Almost like the office staff gave us the worst room on purpose . The outside second floor ealk way is hazardous. Its uneven and weak in certain places .Almost like you can fall through. I seen a bug in the bathroom (baby roach )and im pretty sure the rest of its family was lurking in the walls and furniture. The coffee maker didn't work . Just awful stay . But it was a last minute trip and everything else was booked .lesson learned book ahead in a better hotel .

The property looks clean during the day. The staff was friendly checking in. The problems was at night when the roaches come out. Tried telling the staff and they were bothered by the situation. Tried asking to move us to another room far away from that one and all they did was change is to the room next to it. We checked out and tried to cancel the rest of our reservation. The staff got mad and said they were not going to reimburse the rest of the days we had already paid. Really upset at the situation.

Clean. Pleasantly surprised they had housekeeping to clean my room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because shower curtain rod was in the way. Wish I could disable the bathroom motion sensor which turns on the light when I enter. Road noise being so close to 101 entrance.
