N/A all good I stay on Hilton property all the time breakfast needs a upgrade
Libby
I thought Breakfast was sub-par.
Denise
We had an early morning AM check-in after a long flight and the staff was ready and pleasant. Beds were comfy and breakfast was an added bonus!
Christian
At 9 AM breakfast items are spare, incl plates and utensils. But maybe just the days we were there.
EDLYN
Room had an odor. Breakfast potatoes were too lemony. Not good
Valerie
Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Pool was being renovated during our stay so we couldn’t use. We had a king suite with sofa sleeper. They were out of pillows for the 3rd person sleeping on sofa which seemed weird but luckily we had 4 pillows on king.

The breakfast choices at this Hampton Inn was not as good as other Hampton Inns that we stayed at. The location is good and the rooms are spacious
Jeffrey
Good stay

I have been to this hotel three times and every time there have not been enough luggage carts in the lobby to use.
The hotel needs to buy more luggage carts!!
It’s frustrating to have to wait in the lobby EVERYTIME for someone to bring down a luggage cart. The other Hampton Inns I’ve been to in Buelton and in Paso Robles has adequate amount of luggage carts!

The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great amenities
Parmjit
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was ok because eggs were watery. Room was spacious but smelled bad and the sink kept making noise all night.

We travel with our aussie doodle and Hampton Inn is always our choice to stay. They are the best, dog friendly hotel around. The rooms are always clean and the staff is the best. Hampton Inn in SLO is always our go-to.

We had to check in early in order to change for a wedding. They were very helpful and accommodating.
They need to trim back the bushes in front of the driveway signage, we almost missed turning into the driveway .
Besides that all was good.

The food in the morning at about 630 for breakfast was amazing very clean. Coffee was extremely good. Oatmeal with nuts and fruit was important. Eggs tremendously well done ladies are very helpful. I gave a lot of tips. They deserve it.
hogan
Very nice place for weekend family trip
Hayzel
Pleasantly surprised
JAVIER
Nice place, clean and spacious rooms
Nicole
Nice rooms and hotel. Spacious room and bathroom with a fan. It’s rare to get that in hotels so it’s appreciated.
Grant
It was great !
Virginia
The room was OK. I was just irritated that there was a $15 charge for a non-covered parking space in a regular parking lot outside the hotel. There were no other buildings close by and there was plenty of parking. I thought this was an added expense that was unnecessary.
Jagtar
Could be better in food
Arjun
The rooms were decent but the breakfast was very subpar with most things finished. Seating was very limited so we didn’t have much space to sit.
JOHN
Room charge was excessive. The property then added a ridiculous parking fee. Decent property. Horribly overpriced. Never again.
Julian
The breakfast is fresh with a lot of choices
Jorge
Had an issue with the shower drain. I notified Sarah and was taken care of within the hour. I was. Very impressed with this.
Piangjit
Breakfast is good. Plenty of eggs and yogurts. The hair conditioner in the bathroom was empty though. It’s late night and I was in a shower so it’s not convenient to make a request.
Andrea
Second time here. On first visit a car was broken into right out front. This time we stayed in room 323 and the AC made a clicking sound all night and hardly got any sleep. The breakfast eggs are gross and the breakfast is very simple. The pool was also being repaired. Just too many things to make me want to come back again. The property is otherwise clean and staff are friendly. In a nice area.
Catherine
Staff courteous and friendly.
Lily
Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Bathroom - good water pressure, water wasn't hard, good amenities.
Breakfast was adequate - waffle makers work great, and the waffles taste good; good coffee; would be nice to have more variety of fruit.
It wasn't clear at the time of reservations and check-in, but they started charging a parking fee recently.

The Hampton charges $15 per day for parking, despite mentioning free parking on hotel.com This was also not mention during check-in.
Pegija K
Thank you so much! The hotel is amazing!
Makayla
The staff was super nice
Fei
This is our first stop of Pacific Highway Spring break road trip. Hampton Inn never disappoints me as it has everything ready for our group. We enjoyed this stay very much!
Liliya
The breakfast menu was ok.
Rick
No complaints. Happy with customer service and choices for breakfast
Don
Ridiculous that they charge $15 a noght for parking, it's not a city property. Most people drive to thos area.
Brian
We have enjoyed staying here many times. It is always clean and we like that the parking has been free, but that is changing this month. As part of Hilton, they will now start charge $15 per night for parking. This is ridiculous. The hotel is no where near downtown and has a large parking lot. We will be staying elsewhere next time.
Brian
Pool appears permanently closed for 'renovation', but didn't see any construction going on. Breakfasts were horrible even by Hampton Inn standards. I was informed that they will start charging $15/day to park at the hotel.
Steven
Clean room, pleasant staff. Great continental breakfast.
Nichole
Service dog friendly. Clean and comfortable.
Esmeralda
The concierge was very polite and helpful. The room looked outdated, such as the beds that were worn out. Would not stay here again.
juan
Very nice and clean
Maribel
Good place to stay just a couple of things that need to be addressed they need new pillows and the sheets had a musty smell to them like they had been put away for a long time!
Helen
Great location and service
Sherry
After accepting the reservation and sending all confirmation notices, the hotel staff declined to allow us to checkin because they had no rooms available....very poor customer service. We will never stay in any of their facilities again.
Jennifer

Computer system out and couldn’t get checked in. However the girl at the counter was very nice to get us both rooms on the same floor!
Jamie
nice staff, clean room
Christine
Staff was very friendly and even gave some treats to my dog. The potty area is very convenient with it being at the front of the hotel, so no long walk. Room was clean and no issues. Giving it a 4.5/5 stars only because I wasn't really given or emailed a copy of the pet fee that was charged from my card by checkout date, though they mentioned it verbally checking in, it would've been nice to also get a copy as a final thing.

Our stay at the Hamptons was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good breakfast!
The staff were very accommodating as I thought had lost my watch but to my delight the cleaning staff found it and let the front staff know. It is currently enroute to me at my home. I'm grateful for the those individuals who helped resolve this situation.

Great stay ! Clean rooms , comfy beds , big TV, microwave and fridge and the free breakfast was nice ! Only thing I wish was working was the pool and spa . (Closed for remodeling ) Jessica at the front desk was awesome and friendly ! Definitely will be back!
Daniel
Room was big, but smelled like toilet cleaning chemicals. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was not good. For the price it was a good place to stay. My room was quiet.

the room was clean and the amenities were real nice. the front desk staff in the evening could of been more friendly. but all. and all it was a good stay...
Christina
The location of the hotel was great, we loved that it was so close to downtown and everything we did was within a 15 minute drive. The room was very clean, the only downside was we asked to check in an hour early which was accommodated but they only had one room available on the first floor we took it but it was very noisy from housekeeping constantly slamming doors going in and out on the floor. The noise was very loud i would stay at this hotel again just not on the first floor. The room was nice and location great for the price.
Zeynep

Staff is very friendly and welcoming

The room was excellent very clean! We learned after noting our room was not made up that they only make up rooms after the 2nd night. Since we only had a two night stay our room was never cleaned. We did request towels. The mention of this may have been an over sight due to LARGE number of guests arriving the same night around the same time which filled up the hotel.

Unable to provide my room, overbook my booked room and said, “ it was cancelled.” I never cancel, not any email confirmation about cancellation.
I had to go to different hotel at mid night with my children, it was the worst experience.
Can’t trust Expedia anymore. I still need my money back. Customer rep was unable to print out any cancellation information, did not show computer screen to clarify when was cancelled.
Terrifying experience.

Clean room, great staff, good breakfast, we will revisit this hotel for sure

We often stay in SLO and the surrounding areas. Always wondered about this property as it’s right off the freeway. It exceeded our already fairly positive expectations. Nice, clean rooms. Great service. Comfortable beds. Close enough to the hwy to be central to so many places, but free from traffic and noise. Views of the hillside from the room were beautiful in the morning. All while affordably priced to move. Would recommend. Book it.
John
