Room was great, clean and spacious. Well worth it. The only negative was the $15 dollars they charged for parking. But i will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great ! Spacious clean rooms, easy check in process. The $15 charge for a general parking lot parking space was ridiculous. It’s not like it was a busy city or there were limited spaces. I travel often and I’ve never experienced a charge like that for that type of hotel parking lot. It was a big negative for me, but the only one.

During our check-in on June 4, the Front Desk Assistant was not as welcoming and enthusiastic. His customer service skills was poor and needs improvement. He didn't mention the amenities of the hotel like the gym and pool. It was a robot-like interaction with the Front Desk Assistant.

Overall a great option in SLO. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were good and I really appreciated there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby. The only issue was that the walls seemed thin and we could hear those in the room next to us both nights we were there.

Convenient location, though outside of town on commercial strip, so not for strolling. Quick ride into town and easy access to highway. Beautiful new building with great breakfast buffet and dining area; excellent outdoor terrace with fire pits and comfortable seating options and tables. We used at night to enjoy the mild weather, next to nice heated pool, which we also used. I was surprised by a $15 parking fee, but the free breakfast made up for it. Everything was very clean, nicely styled and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was also very friendly. Only issue I had was my room wasn’t cleaned by the time I had checked in. I also was given the wrong room. Other than that we had a good stay.

The room was dirty. Staff member working nights named Chris was extremely rude and disrespectful. I booked a “suite” and it’s dirty. Huge stains on couch that resemble some adult activity and big dirty spot on bathroom floor that resemble poop. Carpet floor is dusty as well as bathroom. I even saw skittle candy under couch. I went to front desk showed images and asked for assistance and attempt to change of room and Chris was extremely rude it’s hard to believe. The last thing he said when I called him out for his behavior is that he isn’t sure I made the stains. I laughed and walked away. For $250 a night not worth $2.50

The breakfast on Sunday was a bit bare compared to the breakfast set up by another lady on Monday. The weekend lady was a bit rude, did not put out eggs and just looked like she did not want to be there. It was a quiet place, the staff at the check in desk were friendly and helpful with ideas of things to do to explore the city. Overall had a good experience and I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, sanitizing wipes for the TV remote, which was amazing! The kitchenette was nice to have, especially traveling with kids. Breakfast was fresh and had a little something for everyone including gluten free options. The outdoors space was small but nice, offering a fit pit, pool and a area with two grills. We would definitely stay there again.

Price was pretty good, they put us in a room over the laundry room which vibrated and made me feel nauseous until the heaters in that laundry AC area stopped, we were near the ice machine, which also woke me up several times in the night, there was hair in the tub -two places on the wall of the shower, and the button to start the shower was broken.
The breakfast was actually pretty yummy with healthy eggs and almond milk for your cereal or coffee and a lot of fixings for your oatmeal.

There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen.

Great stay, hotel is clean, maintained, staff is friendly. The hotel has a nice pool and patio area. We really wish the hotel had a hot tub outside. The free breakfast is very nice variety and quality but we missed it on. Saturday morning because it closes up earlier on weekend (we went down at 9:15am). Good chain though and would stay again. Great value.

Good Value Hotel for this area

This is a nice, clean and convenient hotel and only 5 minutes to SLO and 2 minutes to Whole Foods and other shopping. The staff and manager are top notch, friendly and accommodating. While it has a nice pool, the only thing lacking is a jacuzzi. I have stayed here for 4-5 days for each of the past 3 weeks for work and will be returning for 2 more weeks.

The rooms were wonderful, the pool was warm and inviting, and I loved all the seating outside to enjoy some reading time in the fog/mist at night. The free parking and abundance of EV chargers were a nice bonus. Will 100% be staying here again the next time we are down in SLO (which is often).

We love hotels that have a separate living area from the bedroom when we travel with the kids. The suites are spacious and have a full size fridge, small stovetop and oven. It's set up well for extended stays. The hotel is situated between two car dealerships which is a bit odd, but didn't deter us. It faces the freeway, but we didn't hear any traffic noise. The breakfast was nice.

Highly recommended!!!

After reviewing several places, we decided to stay here and glad we did. Not fancy, but clean with basic amenities. They have a nice outdoor pool that’s heated and a nice fitness center. It’s in a good location, only a short drive to most anything. Last, but not least, everyone that worked there was very friendly and most helpful. All in all, a very good value.
