Breakfast included was great although the spread wasn't great. Room was fine.
Laura
Loved the Fred happy hour and full breakfast. Nice location clean grounds and very spacious. Good parking helpful staff. Loved it!
Patricia
The staff was great and gave me plenty of suggestions for the area.
Matthieu
Nice room if you travel with kids as the room is separated by a door from the main living space, which is really nice.
The property has a nice pool to enjoy.
The whole place feels kind of outdated though: main upstairs hallway is tilted, the A/C is our room was not working, overall look and feel is not very up to date.

Everything was great , only the situation of room and set up of the room is not relaxing.
Bathroom sink is in bedrooms outside of bathroom room! It’s awkward you are washing your hand and face and brushing your teeth next to your bed!

The room was poorly soundproofed; people in the next room were talking at 1 a.m., which disturbed my rest.
Matthew
amazing. highly recommend
Debbie
I have stayed there several times and have a good experience every time. I like that it is close to downtown and they also have happy hour. Breakfast is good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Kathy
The staff is very friendly, our room was big and the happy hour is an added bonus. During our stay there was a BBQ each night from 5:30 - 7:30, another added bonus!
Thomas
Amazing outdoor seating area, with pool, fire pits, lots of seating. Great vibe.
ELIZABETH
Had a pleasant stay. The staff were great! 👍
Monica
All good
Stacey Lee
The service was not great. We were very disappointed. Otherwise, the location and property itself was nice.
Marvin
Clean room, amazing breakfast selection and a live cook. Beds in the \"double room with a pull out couch\" were very small. The two beds were not double beds, so the \"double\" must mean two beds, not bed size.Etremely friendly, helpful staff, nice clean pool and spa.
Garen
Clean, spacious rooms. Very affordable. Free breakfast and happy hour. Will definitely come back.
Saeng
The check-in was easy. The staffs are very professional and nice. We got free complementary drinks and free breakfast! The hotel was clean and our stay was very well spent.

Awesome place great staff
Jennifer
There is a lot of noise in the room from people and things traveling up and down the walk-way outside. Lovely property that is reasonably priced - so I would consider staying again. But I would make sure that I could be in the second room so that the hall noise isn't such an issue.
Breakfast bar is awesome.
Breakfast bar is awesome.

Perfect place to stay in SLO. Beautiful rooms, Every room is like a little suite. Wine in the eyeing and great breakfast. Dog friendly, our dog even received a welcome box with different dogs things. If you don't want to go out and eat, they have a barbecue with hamburgers etc most nights. Great place to hang out. Great pool and hot tub.
Leo
The breakfast and pool patio area were very nice.
Julie
The room was a little outdated for the amount of money paid for the room. Pool and hot tub were nice and the tables with built in firepits were nice and created a nice ambiance. The hotel was located in a quiet place. The bed and couch in the room were comfortable and provided good rest. The free breakfast was good.
Mingxuan
The design of the hotel building was outstanding.
Jennifer
Great place for reunion or wedding party. Lots of gathering places and great breakfast.
Vincent
The property is in a great location convenient walking distance to downtown. Free parking & breakfast were extra bonuses. The complimentary beverage at happy hour is a nice amenity before heading out for the evening. Many restaurant choices a safe 10-15 minute walk, 30-40 min drive to Paso Robles for Sensorio ( not to be missed) 15 min drive to the coast for beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend
Michael
Great service
Sebastian
The property was recently refreshed but carpets need to be redone. The grounds are great and staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast and staff were great.

Errol
The property has a great location and a super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding. I will only stay here on any future trips.
Edward
Rooms were well equipped. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Nathaniel
The cook to order breakfast was better than the typical hotel's continental breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Overall, the grounds were very beautiful.
Ernesto
Enjoyed our stay. Would return
Jennifer
It’s a nice property with great potential for socializing. Fire pits and tables surround the fenced pool. Happy hour and breakfast too. Comfortable room with immaculate bathroom.
Ryan
We enjoy the morning breakfast and the location
Jim
Everything was great. No complaints
Sarah
The property was very clean and well maintained the room was spacious very clean. It was well located and it had extra perks like breakfast and cocktails.
Gail
Beautiful grounds, clean, two room suite so one could sleep while the other watch TV, free breakfast, parking and happy hour drink for a reasonable $25 resort fee
Siva
I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. The room layout is highly impractical; the bathroom sink is located right next to the bed, which makes very little sense. The carpets were also noticeably uncleaned. Furthermore, we did not feel entirely safe due to the open-style layout of the property, though this may just be a personal preference regarding hotel types. I am genuinely surprised by the high ratings this property has received on Expedia.
Ann
Beat our expectations in cleanliness and quality
Steve

This was an extremely nice quality in! It was kind of a resort property. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful Grounds, very nice made the order free breakfast, free parking, beautiful swimming pool area, a nice little bar with a couple of free drinks upon arrival! Love this hotel! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone!

It was in a good location. We got a handicapped room which we never asked for. That was Expedia’s fault. It was noisy one night from cars and motorcycles in the parking lot. They were doing outdoor renovations in the day, welding. There was a bathroom sink in the same room near the bed which was weird. It was very clean and cute but it’s a very old hotel. I think they are trying to make improvements. I thought it would be more like the photos and updated. The breakfast cafe was good.
Kathy
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Happy hour and daily barbecue dinners was great.
Andrew

Patricia

The breakfast staff was excellent. The food less than mediocre. Scrambled eggs from a mix. Waffles lousy ,coffee awful
Eric

Everything was awesome. They were updating, and you couldn't even hear them.
Robert
I only stayed one night but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Little things like leaving bags there after checkout. The lobby and bar area are really nicely decked out, and the suite was big, with a great shower. There was also a convenient BBQ by the pool in the evening, plus a complementary beer/wine! I would stay here again.
Christina
Was surprised to be quoted $20 to check in at 2pm verses early check-in at 2:30pm. Place was empty and rooms available. Construction noise of renovations was also not disclosed at booking.
Rebecca
Clean & spacious room. Great location. Staff was friendly.
Rasa
Nice clean room
Alison
Great!
Jennifer
Everything was great. Property has nice communal spaces outside.
DAVE
We did not eat breakfast here but appreciate that it was included. The room was a nice size and accommodated us and our dog perfectly. Staff were helpful and kind.
Sonia
Lovely stay. Clean, comfortable, great rooms and excellent breakfast!
Gail
Breakfast was lukewarm, especially on day 2 of a 3 day stay. The environment was exactly as shown in the photo. The free beer/wine and outdoor seating helped us make some new friends.
lisa
Room was clean, nice hot breakfast. I found it odd that the wash basin was in the main room and not the bathroom area. Location was good.
Michael
We have stayed there before and will do so again!
Eric
Like that it’s close to downtown, within walking distance of several bars and restaurants and shopping. Great for Thursday night farmers market! The breakfast included with your stay is better than most hotels 5that provide this option.
Roger
Made to order breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs and served at room temperature not hot. Very disappointing.
Leslie Ann
I love staying here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outside area is inviting and the happy hour is a nice touch.
Maria
An amazing hotel, would (and willl!) stay again :)
Cynthia
Dog friendly
Cora
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff had great customers service, really nice, helpful and professional (good job management). Breakfast was yummy, good options. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. There is a creek behind the hotel, that was cool. Everything is super close and some restaurant where in walking distance, next door. We were there on easter and they had a easter egg hunt for the kids. We stayed here because of the reviews and I hope you do too. We will definitely stay here again.
LAURA
Clean room
Jennifer
Easy to find and lovely breakfast included
julie
Clean rooms, great breakfast
Dyonne
Nice free breakfast was great
Kathy
Overall the hotel was above average. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice perk, although it really wasn’t free when you are charged an additional $25 per night at check-in. So free breakfast isn’t true as advertised. Rooms were spacious and clean. A couple small issues like one TV remote needed new batteries and a table lamp didn’t work but a small refrigerator and microwave definitely improved the stay. I would stay here again in the future.
Rebecca
Great

The outline of this hotel is super convenient when you have a lot of luggage, medical supplies and food. There’s a lot of room and very clean location. We will definitely stay again.
