My accessible room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedding was clean and comfortable. I was able to park right in front of the room, making it convenient to load and unload. With a view of the Big Morro Rock, my room was perfect.

NO WATER! NO WARNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The water was turned off very early in the morning without warning or any communication. After 30 minutes and my children holding their potty I finally said go ahead and go while I figure out what is going on. When I went to the front the lady was like there is a broken pipe. I said okay well some communication would have been nice. I went back and my kiddos were upset about having to go potty on top of potty, we couldn’t brush our teeth or take showers. After waiting a little longer we decided to leave because my kids were grossed out. We had to find a local park to go potty and brush our teeth again dealing with no showers on our vacation. I asked that we be compensated to date the manger has ignored my MULTIPLE calls and messages. She said she refunded me $20 however that hasn’t happened and is a slap in the face. I understand situations happen, but make it right! I always leave great reviews for companies and really try not to leave bad reviews. But this customer service is not appropriate for my kids having to be in an UNSANITARY situation.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, walls are thin- it’s so noisy all night and they don’t do general housekeeping unless you track someone down. I would not stay there again.

I hadn’t stayed here before, and the location was better than expected! The parking was more than adequate, a little tight here and there, but not a problem. Our room was roomy and clean. I knew they’d remodeled somewhat recently, so was surprised that the mattresses hadn’t been replaced. I know it’s hard to do everything, so hoping that happens in the near future. We really enjoyed our stay, and the many staff members we met were all really helpful and friendly. Excited to come back!

Over-priced, given it was a spring break weekend. Property felt old. A hook on the bathroom wall completely fell off. One bed sheet was not clean, but we arrived late at night so the staff was all gone and nobody was there to help. Location is pretty good, but all the beach views will be on the hallway side and it’s weird to leave your curtains up all the time because people will be passing by and see everything in the room.

This is an older property that has been recently partially remodeled. It advertised fireplaces, but they're actually electric heaters with a cheesy fireplace image. The beds were great. Bathrooms a little small but functional. Main room was very poorly lit - even the beside lights were dim. Rooms were quiet.

This property is located a half block off of the waterfront, which was wonderful. It's a very small hotel, with no elevator. That was fine for us but something to note. The rooms were advertised as having fire places. They have little plug-in portable ones, neither of which worked in the two rooms we rented. The front desk was no help. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We went midweek, so the price was pretty reasonable. It was not what we expected, the photo makes it look much bigger, but we had a comfortable stay and the location couldn't be beat.

Across the street from restaurants and shops. Firepit area out front. Be aware that they don't have an elevator, so if you've got knee or stamina issues, ask for the bottom floor.

I called to see if i can check in early.. and they said no.. we are running late on getting rooms ready.. please come at the 4pm check in time.. I get there at 4:05pm and they tell me.. sorry.. your room is not ready.. please come back at 5pm.. that is crazy,, check ins used to be at 2pm.. i had to wait till 5pm.. to check into our room.. thats bs.. then one of the lights didnt work in our room.. and i went and told front desk.. they gave me a replacement tube, so that i can install it.. WOW.. so now i get a late check in.. and i have to do your maintenance too.. unbelievable..

The room smelled like a sewer, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, and the pillows were lumpy and had seen better days. Almost no comforter on the bed. The bed had blood stains on the edges of the sheets, varies other weird stains in order places of the sheets, and had writing in sharpie on the edges of the sheets telling the staff which direction the sheets needed to go. The remote for the tv had no backing so it was wrapped in tape to hold the batteries in. Half the outlets and usbs for charging did not work. The fridge did not get cold. They put us in a handicap accessible room so the bathroom/shower was one giant freezing cold room of tile that had no heater and the fan which made it even colder automatically went on when the light was turned on. When the shower was being used it sprayed the toilet and every part of that room was soaked after because the shower curtains that were not long enough could not shield the bathroom or sink portion from all of the water. There was no counter in the bathroom to put toiletries, just a small sink and the only outlet in the bathroom for the only small mirror in the whole room was in a very soaking wet bathroom. It was scary trying to plug the blowdryer into a wet outlet. Cheap toilet paper that was so thin it tore when you used it. The parking spots were abnormally small. We could not open the door when other people were parked on both sides and had to climb out the back. All and all this was really disappointing.

Honestly, this place was not the move fireplace wasn’t working the walls are paper thin they don’t have a front desk person after 9 o’clock, so it’s complete chaos called and texted no reply we had people running around yelling and screaming all hours of the night. People were up until three in the morning. I could hear them talk perfectly then on top of that we could hear people waking up at six in the morning walking around also the walls were so thin that we could hear sea lions at six in the morning as loud as can be I know we’re close to the beach, but wow the bathroom was a little dirty, too kind of grossed me out if I would’ve paid full price for this hotel, I would’ve lost my mind. I went during winter so it was cheaper but still I don’t know how there’s so many nine star reviews. Go any where else

For a stay-cation The Landing was a wonderful place! The view of the shops, bay and Morro rock were beautiful to view from the second story balcony. Arrive during posted business hours for the most convenient process. Easy to walk to business & restaurants in the area. Self parking in the lot.

Our stay was great. The staff went above and beyond to take us to our Ada accessible room I am blind and my husband is physically disabled they were very attentive. Parking is a bit tight as we are in a full size truck with a platform on the back but for a normal car it would be fine. The room was clean and well appointed would definitely stay here again.

This rating is mostly due to failure on the part of Expedia to note limitations on where pets are allowed. I had planned a birthday/holiday trip for my son and his wife to enjoy a view of the bay and to have rooms close to each other. Unfortunately pets are only allowed on the first floor and the only room they had on the first floor was under the noisy stairwell at the opposite end of the building from my room. We ended up switching rooms and I slept with the dog so they could have at least one quiet night with a beautiful view.

The issue was there was a popping sound all night long in my room and I think it might’ve been in the room next-door to me possibly refrigerator making that noise or the cooling system but it was just miserable every 10 minutes or so it would be popping. No desk to speak of that wasn’t useful.. aesthetically lovely but the room was definitely not sound proved. I could hear the person next-door opening and closing their drawers. I mean that’s ridiculous so I would never stay there again.

The outlets to the room in the bed area tripped a breaker. I asked the desk host to flip the breaker but she said they were all good and I would just have to wait to the maintenance guy the following day? After noticing the outlet to our son's BiPap and CPAP machines were out as well I had to tell her there's no option for us to have no power through the night like this and I was feeling pretty worked up by here inability to help us resolve this issue. Me having electrical experience, I offered to help find the breaker that was tripped but she demanded I step out as it's a liability issue. Finally after 20 minutes of my stress level going through the roof and my wife full of anxiety about the issue... the power returned. The desk host said the breaker was misslabled as room 103. I was so frustrated because I asked her if she checked all the panels the 1st time, which she should have regardless but she was only looking at the labels for the room I was staying. The barn door to the bathroom would not stay closed as the track was obviously not properly leveled. The bathtub drain catch leeked and made it inconveinient to take a bat.
