This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was close to the main shopping area, but off the beaten path. It was right beside the water. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. There were lots of nice extras, including free parking, amazing breakfast, valet service, and more. The staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

Breakfast daily was GREAT! The service was amazing, friendly, and there was always an abundance of food. The only reason we gave a 4 star as apposed to a 5 is the noise that you can hear from the hallway and possibly other rooms.
The doors have a small space under them that allows you to hear everything. This would not stop us from staying at this lovely hotel again, but it might bother families.

Harbour House is a beautiful and comfortable inn. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would stay again. The decor is inviting. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast food was delicious, although I would have appreciated a little more variety for vegetarians and vegans. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was very enjoyable. There was coffee available in the lobby and in the guest bedrooms, but we would have also appreciated the availability of tea.

Overall, this visit was pleasant, but the bed in our room was very squeaky, making it difficult to sleep without disturbance. Additionally, the room wasn’t as clean as it was during our last stay. We chose Harbour House for its unique location and pretty house, and we were not disappointed, the house was well kept and maintained, staff were polite and very helpful. They offered free welcome afternoon wine & cheese section and breakfast, we all enjoyed. The location was few blocks away from the Main Street (Queen Street), so it was quiet and less crowded. The room was spacious and well equipped with jetted tub and large shower room, everything was just right and perfect!

A great location as it's walkable to everywhere without being on the really busy main street. They run a shuttle to all the restaurants, which is very easy to use - including when you need picking up. The Wine Happy Hour is a lovely way of getting to mingle with other guests!

Perfect Spot for a Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway
We had such a great stay at this boutique hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had nice little touches that made it feel special without being over the top.
The location couldn’t be better. Everything in Niagara-on-the-Lake is right outside the door—restaurants, shops, the theater, and even some wineries are just a short walk away. It was so nice to be able to park the car and not need it again until we left.
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience.
Overall, this place is charming, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

The biggest issue was a noisy dog left in the room barking while the owners went out to play golf. I would not recommend staying at this property for that reason. I wanted to take a nap but it was impossible with the dog barking for hours. Not only was this rude for many in the hotel including the lounge but it was terrible for the dog. While I spoke to the receptionist and she documented the problem I never heard from the management. Since it is pet friendly the staff could not enter the room to remove the dog. The owners were called and a message left on their phone. I sent the management an email also and they completely ignored it. An establishment is only as good as the management and I have to say I would not give them even 1 star. This is not an inexpensive establishment so spending your money elsewhere is recommended.

This time room was very large, but across from maids closet and very noisy. Went across the street to Queens Landing to eat was very nice. But that was only place to eat in walking distance. Refund of damage deposit was .55 cents short??

The hotel needs updating - I stayed there years ago and it was in much better shape. Bathrooms are old, sone furniture broken and just looks a bit run down now. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff very kind. Front desk staff are not very friendly and my check in issues really put a damper on our impression of the hotel service staff. We won’t stay there again.
