Beautiful hotel and gorgeous spa, particularly the hydrotherapy wellness circuit.

We particularly enjoyed hiring the bikes and touring the wineries.

Their restaurant Treadwell is very good, we went for lunch and had a lovely time with great food and wine.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—just steps from all the shops and restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent staff, chic decor, clean atmosphere and pleasant quarters. Shouts out to Rebecca at the bar for her friendly personality and tasty drinks. The location is perfect as it sits right on Queens Street which is the loveliest street on Niagra on the Lake where all the shops are. A must visit.

Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lots of luxury extras. We enjoyed our stay. There were only a few things that didn't make sense to us: 1) Check-in time was 4pm, but the pool closed at 5pm, so we did not have a chance to use it by the time we got settled in our room and changed. 2) We were told our Expedia booking did NOT include breakfast, so we planned for our group to meet for breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning, but then found out in the morning that the restaurant was not open for breakfast. 3) After checking out we received a text message from the hotel asking how we enjoyed our breakfast - so we are confused. Overall, the hotel is excellent and the location is perfect for walking around exploring NOTL.

I think there is a missed opportunity, both for the hotel and Niagara-on-the-Lake in general. Given the number of wineries in the area, I was surprised there wasn’t a wine or piano bar with live or background music open beyond 9pm. After a later dinner, the only options were the two pubs. As a hotel guest, I would have expected a more relaxed evening venue where residents could continue to enjoy the atmosphere.

Absolutely perfect location! Walkable to everything (bakeries, theater, restaurants, shopping). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, seating available, big/modern bathroom. Beds were super comfortable (pillows were a little too mushy for my taste… I wish there were two different types of sturdiness). We had a two-king room, which was alongside the gate house and the alleyway next to the market- so it was relatively noisy in the morning because of the garbage trucks and deliveries. So would likely choose a different location next time. Wonderful stay overall!

Having outdoor space to lounge with a morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese couldn’t have been better. Staff were all very friendly and helpful providing us with recommendations for dinner. We had a wonderful stay at the 124 Q. The staff, food, and amenities were top notch. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. We loved Beth at the bar, the welcome appetizer, the shuttle service, the bicycles, the dining room, and the high end toiletries. The only complaint was not staying in the main building. Workers started banging and moving at 5a and it sounded like it was on top of us. Otherwise, the room was cold, comfortable, and would stay the Q again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel after many trips to the area and staying at other well known five star hotels. I was very impressed with this property and will most definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail and the overall condition of the hotel is far better than some of the older properties in NOTL. It was a refreshing change to stay somewhere with more modern decor and younger vibe than most places in the area. The parking was easy, the staff was very helpful and the room was very quiet. I didn’t have a chance to try the spa but it seemed to be pretty busy as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to NOTL.

For the price charged honestly they could do a better job with maintenance, our AC was blowing dust in our room, cabinets had a lot of chips that could have been easily touched up so it wasn’t so noticeable, bathroom had black mold in around the shower. Upon entering the lobby from outings or even in the mornings when we would head to the Starbucks, for the most part unless you said hello or good morning the staff did not greet you. I would not stay here again.

Our Signature Double Queen room was spacious and beautifully styled overlooking the back patio and fountains. Nice fireplace, kitchenette, plenty of seating and room for 4 people’s luggage. Complimentary water and use of hotel bikes (locks and helmuts included) were a nice touch. We changed our plans to be able to ride around town - so happy we did. Location, design, amenities, happy hour with free nibbles and L’Occtaine toiletries make this property a must-stay in NOTL. Definitely booking the spa experience next time!

Location was excellent, stayed in the gatehouse. The hallway was like the Arctic with the air conditioning considering it was early May,It was a bit weird. instructions would be helpful on how to use the Nespresso machine and the shower for those that aren’t aware of how it functions.

The hotel was mostly booked for a conference so the restaurant and the spa were FULLY booked. The only reason I chose this establishment was to take my partner to a spa for our anniversary. Do not stay here.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful. My wife and I used the spa for their two-hour Hydrotherapy Wellness Circuit at the Spa and had a wonderful time together! We will definitely go back there! The Village was vibrant, and the hotel is perfectly located to explore the Village!

The room was clean and we enjoyed the comfy chairs to lounge in at night over tea. We stayed in the detached Gate St house so no elevator but staff offered to carry up our luggage. The only meal we ate was supper and it was delicious! There is an added resort fee which we paid but didn't use which I would prefer the option. But if you are looking for shuttles to winery's I'm sure that is helpful. Beds were comfy and room fit us perfectly.

Be prepared for the hidden Resort Fee or Extort Fee of $34 which is mandatory to pay. You can borrow a bike and use the coffee machine in the room with this fee. Apart from this disappointing extra charge, i enjoyed the hotel.

Hotel room's are well decorated, comfortable and very spacious. ROOM 509. A Starbucks is connected which looked nice, but as Starbucks coffee is the worst in the world i avoided and chose Balzacs nearby. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which is great to buy juice, yogurt, pastries for breakfast.

A good location to explore the Vineyards from

The temperature of the room was only controlled by the front desk and varied from cold to super hot. Required 5 or 6 calls to the front desk during a 1 night stay.

Just make the thermostat in the room work and controlled by the guests (like normal hotels do)

The room was spotless and comfortable and stocked with essentials. The only draw back was that the room was not part of the main building, but at the end of the street from the property during winter, which was not specified upon booking. The heating system was loud and came on every 2 mins which was a bit disruptive during sleep hours. Staff was lovely and accommodating, spa was perfect and Notl restaurant staff Rebecca and Beth were top notch. We enjoyed our stay.
