The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful. The staff at reception were amazing, had breakfast bags prepared for us as we were leaving before the restaurant was to open. The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the food was ‘meh’ for the cost.

This was hardly walkable. Required walking down an airport on-ramp, across a large intersection, under a dark overpass and on a muddy path. Hotel should have a shuttle. Room perfectly sufficient and clean. They make the most of a very small space.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and it is within walking distance of Terminal 2. Overall, the Smart Room was sufficient, though small. I don't require a lot for a quick stay before a flight, but one reason I deducted a star is because for my queen bed, the duvet only covered about 2/3 to 3/4 of the bed. It would have been appropriate for a twin bed, not a queen. When I'd turn over in bed, I'd have to readjust the cover because it was too small. What is the point of getting a larger bed but smaller covers??? The pictures of the Smart Room on their website clearly shows a duvet that covers the WHOLE bed.

The room is the width of the length of the bed. Down one side is a a counter that serves as your bathroom counter and basin at one end and extra space for anything else. It serves as the only table in the room (other than a tiny bedside table) and there is a backless stool available if you want to sit on anything other than the bed.

I enjoyed the walk to the airport before my very long flight, but if the weather is bad or you prefer a cab, there are plenty around to take you wherever you want to go.

The buffet breakfast was the standard breakfast I had at every hotel I stayed at, although I think their sausages were the best. It is in a very nice restaurant on the 12th floor with lots of room so you can enjoy a leisurely good breakfast without being crowded or rushed.

Fantastic hotel, near the airport. Clean and relaxing environment. Staff on check in were great, it was Sunday night so the roof bar was shut. The lady serving at the bar/ snack area was very helpful and polite!

Room was ideal for a single night and was exceptionally clean!

Breakfast was good and car parking was fare at €25 a night. Would stay here again

The room was very comfortable and convenient as there were many outlets to plug appliances in. It was also very quiet as the windows were soundproof. It was a short walk to the airport and was very conveniently located.
The restaurant was lovely and relaxing for an evening cocktail. Breakfast was also very good with many options.

Will book again if I’m back around Frankfurt

What a fantastic stay! Very Modern/“futuristic” features of the room (touch screen in controlling shower temperature and pressure, A/C - heat, etc.). The room was spacious and very comfortable! This is a good stay to be at if you have a early flight or just giving yourself a head start before your trip from Frankfurt International. The train station (Frankfurt - Gateway Gardens) is 3-5 mins away from the hotel and the train ride to the airport from here takes less than 2 mins (every ~15-30 mins by S-Bahn - S8/S9) and you can also take the DB train route to Gateway Gardens (just have to input the route on the DB app).

Breakfast is probably good (included) but I never had the chance to eat due to my early flight out but figuring out from the amenities they provide, it must be a good selection. Also, there is a small modern convenience shop nearby and they sell food/beers/alcohol (like €1 beer for big cans/bottles so good pricing like you would find in REWE, Netto, Aldi, Kaufland, etc.)

Also, easy check-in and check-out

Otherwise, great stay! especially for transit stays. Also close to Frankfurt itself (through S-Bahn)

Good rooms, helpful staff, inexpensive cafe. The hotel is good if you fly on Delta or on other airlines using Terminal 2. Note that it's very difficult to get from Frankfurt Airport train station to the hotel, and the same is true for Terminal 1 (which is where the train stops). It's a 35 minute walk, most of which without clear walking areas (on occasion, you end up walking on a busy street without sidewalks). Afterwards, I realized that the best option is to take the airport train to Terminal 2 and walk from there.
If you fly Lufthansa or its partner airlines, such as United, bear in mind that you will need to use Terminal 1.

Overall perfect hotel for my needs. Clean, safe and comfortable.
My only negative feedback is that there is no iron or steamers in room or phone to call reception. I had to go down to reception to request one and didn’t receive before I had to leave.

We paid for ceasar salad and a bowl of soup and a sprite approx 50 euroes ....

And breakfast was 56euroes for 2 people ?? And it was very basic nothing fancy or anything

Room was very minimal -- bed, sink, toilet shower, and not much else. No desk, chair, fridge, or safe. Just one pillow, one blanket (that didn't even fit the width of the bed), and few towels. But the room was quiet, the location was an easy walk from both the Gateway Gardens subway and the airport. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The highlights were the gym and the breakfast, which was excellent. Just stayed one night before flying home. Would definitely stay again, especially if the price was under 150 euros.

Very convenient (15mins walk) from terminal 2. The train station to frankfurt main station is 5mins walk. Which is very great for a late arrival and early travel elsewhere.
Really nice modern room, perfect for a short stay.
Not much near the hotel for food or drinks (apart from the other hotels) so your a captive audience.
