This was best hotel ever. Every employee went beyond their call to make us feel at home. We had free hot breakfast every day. 2 drinks for free every nite. Swimming pool was beautiful with relaxing waterfalls. Lobby was beautifull and inviting. Beach was about 5 min walk. I can go on and on. We stayed for 7 days. I give them a perfect 10.

I liked the room, it has a living room which gives you more space. Breakfast was included ( scrambled eggs and choice of omelets, sausage, potatoes, coffee, juices). The pool is big so it didn’t feel crowded. It has a casino and two restaurants, my family and I had a great time !

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere throughout.

One of our favorite perks was the complimentary happy hour, which included two free drinks each day. The free breakfast was great.

The pool was BEAUTIFUL and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn't be better. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and a nearby pharmacy, making everything very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach days even more enjoyable.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again!

The outdoor pool was the best! The kids loved it and we felt very safe and clean in the pool. The kiddies pool was perfect for my toddler. Also the beach amenities were a nice surprise. We were not aware of the umbrella and chair rental included with our bracelets and the guys are the beach were kind enough to direct us to the right location. Overall we loved our time there and have already recommended our friends and family to stay here.

Everything was great, loved our stay here but our drink vouchers were accidentally tossed to the trash by the staff, and accidents happen but when we tried to tell a women at the front desk reception, she was very rude saying it’s not their fault and that their staff wouldn’t throw the vouchers away. We hadn’t used the vouchers, much less taken them out of our room so it was very upsetting. After my fiancé asked to speak to her supervisor because we didn’t lose them, it was the staff who tossed them thinking it was trash left by the sink, she agreed to provide new vouchers but if somehow it happened again she would not give us another voucher. It was just upsetting because we hadn’t used the vouchers and were being accused of losing them, we did not mean to get anyone in trouble but accidents happen, just wish she took accountability and respected us from the start.

This was my second time staying here and I’ll definitely be back again! The pool and bar area were amazing, good food and everything was very clean. The best part was definitely Ricardo, Carlos, and Jorge at the poolside bar — they made the experience even better with their great service and energy. Great location and overall an amazing stay.

I stayed 2 nights with my elderly parents in a Accessible(Roll-in Shower) room. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable but the sliding barn door to the bathroom made no sense as it is very heavy to close/push for a person with a disability. My parents slept in the King bed(comfortable) and I in the sofa bed (extremely uncomfortable). The Breakfast was very good and great service. The pool area is beautiful, very large and clean but there was only 1 server for like 100 people so it took forever to order a drink as she had to handle going back and forth from around the huge pool to the food & bev station taking orders and walking back to serve the the guests, this was very upsetting. Also, my dad and myself had to wait for around 10 minutes for 2 lounge chairs to be available as all were being used. I asked an employee and was told there were no more available to which I responded \"so I have to sit on the floor and his response was you can do that as long as I'm not blocking the path, this is totally unacceptable and an unacceptable response. Also, BEWARE because if you think your room is all paid for, (reserved thru Expedia), when you get to the hotel they tell you have to pay a Self parking charge($50) and a Resort charge($45 per night), (hidden fees), or else. Again the hotel is clean and pretty has comfortable rooms but for the price you pay, there is a lot of room for improvement. I definitely won't be staying here on my next trips to Puerto Rico. However, very convenient hotel. It is about 10 minutes from airport, Old San Juan and 10 minute walk from beach, food, souvenir and pharmacy store.

We loved our stay here. The pool and other amenities are top-notch, the beach is just a short walk away and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We particularly loved our two bartenders in the lobby bar who could not have been nicer. We can't wait to come back!

This property is a few minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed playing at the casino. It rained so we didn’t get to use the pool but the area looks nice. The area has restaurants, pharmacies and the beach in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was absolutely amazing! I stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The suite was very nice, clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. I checked in early and they not only gave me access to the pool while I waited, but also allowed me early access to my suite which I truly appreciated.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. The location was perfect — conveniently close to both the airport and the beach. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed few times at Embassy’s, I was surprised that PR locations doesn’t have the waffle maker like other locations, my bathroom door lock did not work, hot water never work and for the last I woke up with a lot of bites, I’m assuming bed bugs this visit was really disappointing hopefully next time will be better.

Hello, my stay at Embassy was amazing!! It started off funky because we stayed at the Hyatt for the first night because of overbooking on your behalf. However, Ive stayed here before the pandemic at least twice with family and its still a nice place to stay...
What makes Embassy a place for me to stay are your staff members!! I would especially like to thank Raul, the breakfast KING! Blanca the kindest, most helpful woman at the front desk
and she's in the right spot too, greeting everyone and very helpful!! Also the bartenders at happy hour reception especially Adrian!! You all have made my stay that much more comfortable, thank you! I celebrated my girlfriend's 55 birthday here this week and we will definitely come back!!
Just a few upgrades to think about
Pool area (lighting maybe?)
Breakfast menu (add meat plz) ham and bacon are good options but plz add more! Maybe add some guineos too! Overall your establishment is amazing plz give these particular people what they deserve! They earn it everyday!! Thank you!

Breakfast during my stay was delightful. Wide variety of options including resort style made to order omelets which I was unable to take advantage of due to purposely getting up late. Lol.
The rooms are spacious and modern however no terraces/balcony.

The pool is very sneaky comfortable. I've made several attempts to go to the beach a block or two away but stopped by the pool and remained there two out of three days.
The staff is super helpful in making accommodations and pleasantly approachable.

That Casino... oh boy... it gives but it taketh away. Customer won my 58k Jackpot on the slots a day before I got there May 1. I arrived May 2...
I made every attempt to claim my throne as jackpot king but slots won... lol.

Overall... this Hotel is a sleeper hotspot and family friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a all in one stay in Puerto Rico .
