At the bar/eat in area, we had an argument with one of the young ladies there, as we had voichers for food abd upon leaving the area, she stopped with physical touch my sister who has alzheimers/dementia and staff was well aware of this and role her she owed money. Upon one of my sisters walked back because my ill sister wasnt behind, she kindly tapped the young girl just to ask what happened and the staff, the young girl, yelled, dont touvh me! You have to pay. There is so much more to this but noone there repremended the staffs behavior or qnything. We did erite complain for management. Hopefully womething is resolved

The general conditions of the hotel is dirty. Felt unsafe, staff ignored issues and left me on my own to resolve. The cost of the stay was significantly higher than I expected. I had to cancel my credit card because of all the bogus charges some occuring post check out. Beach several blocks from the hotel. Chairs and umbrellas were rarely available and then they were they were broken to the point of being unsafe.

I was charged a bogus smoking fee that was eventually removed only after escalating the matter up to the CEO. I spent a considerable amount of my vacation disputing this scam of a fee. I also had two incidents of staff going out of their way to be intentionally rude.

I only stayed two days and I must say the hotel itself is just okay. The room I stayed in was spacious but the bathroom was very small. It was no room for two people and it was just myself and my husband. The shower was very cold even when I turned on the hot water and I am pregnant I couldn’t take the cold showers. The complimentary breakfast was mid I have orange juice and cold eggs one day. Oh and the toaster for the bread, bagels and etc., did not warm anything. All in all I would not come back to this hotel.

We were charged for a \"smoking fee\" when we don't smoke AND was in a massage appt at the time of the \"incident\". When I asked about it, I was told it happens ALL the time and I'd have to dispute it with my CC co. THEN they charged me for it AGAIN!!!

The pool area was a highlight although a DJ played music SO loud after about noon each day. If you are looking for a relaxing pool experience this may not be the place for you. Food and drinks available by the pool with a nice hot tub. Free breakfast was very good with made to order omelettes. They had an evening reception where you could get a free drink (the wine was pretty ok). Bed and the room were both comfortable. Not the cleanest place I have stayed but not bad. They have a convenient guest laundry for $6 per load to wash and dry right next to a nice gym area. Convenient to the airport but could not hear the planes very much.

Embassy suites is a great place to stay for the fun activities drink some food but most of all customer service is superb… front desk, everyone was very helpful, very friendly tentative…. There is one person that I would love to give a shout out to you. Her name is Diane. She was freaking wonderful. She actually sent a food plate and water so our room she gave us a $50 food voucher and treated as very kindly very helpful we were so grateful all the staff is wonderful… there’s another staff member. She was very kind told me which mall to go to, and which mall was the cheapest. She also talks to me about the bird that lives at the Embassy I love it. I thought it was too funny. You had a whole conversation I about the bird and how he won’t leave. I really truly appreciated the staff to security…. the helpers the housekeeping everybody was wonderful once again. We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Our only suggestion would be to keep the pool bar/restaurant open later. We would have loved to stayed out there for a pre-dinner snack. Overall, would stay again and recommend 100%

Fresh towels, soap, accessories restocked every day. Then entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very decent complimentary breakfast every day and we loved the happy hour. The room was comfortable, but the staff was unhelpful when we arrived. They directed us to different doors, claiming someone would assist us at another door, but no one was there. I had to carry all my bags from the parking lot with my toddlers, which was extremely inconvenient.
During our entire stay, the parking entry gate didn’t work with keys. I had to wait in 10-15 minutes to validate my parking ticket every time I left the parking lot, multiple times a day. The staff was aware of the problem but didn’t offer any solution.

The hot water in our room didn't work usually so we had to take cold showers, even leaving the water to run and 'warm up' usually didn't help. In the middle of a cold shower, you might get a few min of warm water and then back to cold. Washing my hair there was awful. We told the front desk and they sent someone to look at it but it wasn't fixed. The hot tub didn't have bubbles but it was otherwise very nice and the pool was chilly but beautiful. Breakfast was fine, just the coffee was disgusting.

The air conditioner in our room was stuck and would not cut off or cycle. After contacting the front desk 3 times they sent an engineer to the room who told us he didn't have time to fix it. Despite reserving and paying for a king bed on 8th floor ahead of time, we were denied this room and given a double bed with no recompense. The next day we had to argue with the front desk before the paid for room was provided. Then, that room they gave was occupied to our and the other guests embarrassment. Unacceptable.
