It's hard to leave a scathing review when this hotel is very keenly priced, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for,” very much applies here. I stayed here for just a few hours as I was due to catch an early morning flight out of Nantes. Small, dirty, smelly, unkempt, tired bedrooms with an odorous, caravan-type bathroom covered in someone’s hairs and barely fit for purpose. I have been in far superior HOSTELS (that is not a typo)! The only positive comments I can offer are that my car was still intact in the hotel car park the following morning and the staff member we met was friendly.
If budget is a limiting factor in your choice of hotel, then take my advice and do yourself a favour – sleep on a seat at the airport.

Disgraceful service! I booked for one night 16th october . I arrived very late in Nantes Airport 11.30 pm.
I had to take a taxi to the hotel which cost 20 euro. Then when I arrived at the Hotel my reservation had not been registered. I was forced to take a room with Campernile which cost 95 euro and a taxi back to the airport next day, another 20 euro so I am 135 euro out of pocket. Utterly disgusted with your organisation and I will not ever use it again and I would like compensation of the difference in Hotel charges of 43 euro.

Had booked 3 rooms arrived to find none of them ready, told cleaner had not turned up that day this was 3 pm in the afternoon. We were given keys to the rooms and told that we could leave our cases in the room until they were ready. The mattresses were dirty and marked the duvets were dirty. The sheets and covers were clean and the room was cleaned eventually. Slept on top of the bed on our own towels, would not recommend

They had no record of our reservation, and no rooms available. The hotel next door contacted the manager and we basically told to F off and find alternative accommodation. At this stage it was nearly 1am and getting a taxi into the city to find a random hotel was not possible either practically or financially.
Fortunately as we were attending a festival we had tents, which we ended up setting up on the grass outside the hotel. If we didnt have tents we would have been sleeping outside on the ground. Far from ideal! In the morning i checked with the premiere class reception and they also had no record of the booking.
I have received no contact from premiere class despite numerous attempts regarding refunds or compensation. I will not be staying at any of their branches again and strongly advise against anyone else staying there.

Déçu, nous utilisons régulièrement cette chaîne d’hôtel pour des étapes, nous étions au premier abord satisfait car chambre refait à neuf, bonne literie sauf que mauvaise surprise au moment du couchage : les draps étaient tachés, de plus WC non nettoyé, le porte savon ne fonctionnait pas. Et pour finir nous étions au 2ème étage à côté d’un bruit de soufflerie toute la nuit. Vraiment dommage.

Globalement, l'hôtel est quand même bruyant. Et l'accueil n'a pas été exceptionnel.

Chambre réservée pour 2 adulte et une enfant de 14 ans et pour eux enfant c'est mettre un petit lit à côté du nôtre alors que elle est considérée comme adulte donc il a recherchéune autre chambre avec un lit superposé. Très bien placé ! À un quart d'heure en voiture de l'aéroport, et 3 mn à pied de Trentemoult (ancien village de pêcheurs mignon comme tout). Le personnel a été très agréable, à l'accueil comme au petit-déjeuner.
En revanche, je n'ai jamais vu un petit-déjeuner aussi peu varié dans un Première Classe.
Si je dois à nouveau dormir à l'hôtel avant de prendre l'avion je reviendrai sûrement ici, pour la localisation et l'amabilité du personnel, mais je prendrai mon petit-déjeuner ailleurs.
