Took a family trip, stayed here for a few days. It's a smaller hotel but provides a more intimate feel. We got a larger room to sleep three people. A large soaker tub out in the open (not for anyone who is shy!). 2 minute walk from a bus stop and about 12 min ride down to the main area/train station. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful!. One unfortunate thing was the room we were in had a sloping ceiling that came down low and I smacked my head off the stucco twice, left a scrape on my head...also found it a bit weird that there was a small sliver of glass that allowed someone on the bed to see the person showering, and nothing the person showering can do to prevent it except fog it up. Other than that, great, quaint, and unique hotel, very much enjoyed our stay.

I was a little concerned about staying outside the Luzern city centre, but the transit was SUPER easy.
The hotel was clean and modern, very comfortable.

Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits.

It was a horrible hotel. It was so hot and they even did not have a fan for us. It was very noisy since it was next to heavily traveled street (busy even at night). People honk and drive fast during night which made it so much difficult to sleep during night.

Wir waren mit unseren Aufenthalt in dem Hotel äußerst zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, und der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert.
Besonders gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre, die für erholsame Nächte sorgten.
Auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, höflich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an regionalen Produkten.
Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Gästekarte enthält leider keine gratis Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Luzern, da das Hotel in Horw liegt. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und ausgestattet, also alles sauber und gut. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Das kleine Stück Schreibtisch war zum Arbeiten nicht wirklich brauchbar. Keine Minibar, dafür Kühlschrank im ersten Stock. Sehr gut war das Essen im Restaurant, schönes Ambiente und gute Auswahl. Nachteil: Man kann das Essen nicht aufs Zimmer scheiben lassen, so hat man 2 Belege. Ist nicht wirklich schön.
Das Hotel ist für die Zimmer viel zu teuer. Ich buche wieder mein Stammhotel in Horw, das Restaurant werde ich aber wieder besuchen.
