Nice hotel, staff was excellent, easy going and friendly. Room is small but fine for two people besides it’s just for sleeping! A bit noisy, you can hear people walking in the hallway but there was only 3 rooms on our floor. There’s no elevator so prepare to walk up, we were staying on the 4th floor. The room was clean with everything needed. I would stay again. Very close to Hyde Park and to restaurants. Easy walk to Paddington Station.

The location is fantastic and extremely close to public transportation. The hotel itself is older (no elevators) and there is carpet everywhere. The room also had carpet but there was a weird smell and some bumpy parts. The shower was also extremely small - I was able to make it work but if you are a larger person, I would not recommend this place. Overall, the stay is great if you’re not planning to stay in the room and you don’t mind being cramped as the price for the location is very very good. However, I would not recommend to someone who enjoys spending some downtime in their rooms

Clean, comfortable, easy place to stay. Very accessible for all public transport, walkable to dozens of restaurants. There is no lift in this hotel but the amazing stay lugged out giant suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice big window that opens all the way for good airflow in the room. Quiet area of town but easy to get to the heart of London. Close to the park! So happy we chose this place, excellent value.

The property was in a good location and the room was small but neat. But I'm upset with the management because a day after I checked out, when I got to my destination I found out that I forgot my designer sunglasses and I contacted the hotel immediately but they claimed that the cleaner hadn't seen any sunglasses which is clearly a lie by the cleaner and very disappointing!!! I will definitely take this matter up as I won't accept this theft from the hotel and its staff.

This hotel was small but comfortable. Needs a little TLC but good overall. The only issue I didn't like was the aircon set to heat and couldn't change and the million stairs i had to climb to get to my room.

The hotel is well positioned with a pub on the corner and restaurants and bars near by.

Our room though has a smell of sewers in the shower room and the landing outside had a terrible smell, which worked into the room.

Then to make things worse once breakfast cooking started the kitchen extract was directly outside of our window.

The beds were OK, but not great.

We may have been unlucky with the room, and others are fine, but that's all we can judge.

There is not a lift, which is fine for us, but those with mobility issues should note.

The welcome was nice and friendly, and as I say, we may have been unlucky.

The paddington park hotel is conveniently located 5-10 mins from the underground and train station. There are many eateries and shops in the area. The hotel boasts a nice front with a view in to the breakfast and communal area. The hotel has Free wifi for guests that’s worked in my hotel room. The room was okay for a one person with a double bed and nice bathroom with nice shower gel and shampoos. Tea and coffee with a couple of biscuits was nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was worth it, freshly cook for self service, lots to choose from and some healthy options. The hotel staff and breakfast staff were quite friendly too. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location is great. The area is beautiful and it's conveniently located near Paddington station. I would suggest this hotel for short stays or trips where you plan to stay out most of the day. I got a basement room where I could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms and staff going up and down stairs. I recommend bringing earplugs.

The Paddington Park Hotel was a basic no-frills property with a really good location near Hyde Park at a five minute walk to Paddington station. The beds were comfortable, and there was a little bit of storage. There were a number of restaurants on the street and around the corner. The hotel is small, but but good condition. We had room number one, in the basement. It was a triple room that was small but functional and good for the money. The only complaint I had was that we could hear everybody walking around the kitchen and breakfast room early in the morning as that was right above our head. It was a little difficult to get our bags down the stairs, But that was not atypical for a hotel in this price range in London overall, if you’re looking for a low-cost property, you won’t be disappoint

I liked the location, easy walking to dining and underground tube stations. They could definitely buy new pillows as they were not comfortable. Other than that, reasonable place to stay. No elevator so be ready to carry your suitcase up several flights of steps.

The customer service was excellent; very friendly & helpful gentleman at the front desk. Breakfast was also excellent. Was not a fan of the basement room. It was clean, but the window opened to an area with a high wall which could not be climbed over in the event of a fire. Should also add that there was also a fire escape through several doors on the same floor. Didn't realize it would be a basement room.

Good hotel in Paddington

It is a good location near Paddington station with a number of good restaurants. I am very fond of La Meena. Check in was easy, the shower has good water pressure. The rooms are small but that is expected in a building of that age and location. But it is clean and there is reliable wifi, and it was quiet. There isn't a lift so you may end up climbing many flights of stairs. I am able to do that but not everyone can, so consider asking for a room on a lower floor if mobility is an issue. Otherwise a good place to stay if you are busy doing things.

The hotel has be done up nicely and is located near to transportation. Although quiet in the rear rooms it may be a bit noisy at the front. But this is a central London hotel and in comparison to other cities, London has overall got a lot quieter. So pack some ear plugs.
No elevator so be aware

The room was tiny but very clean. They changed our towels and tidied the room every day. Wifi was ok, sometimes a little patchy. There is no elevator. Breakfast buffet in the lobby area. Location was amazing, easy to walk to underground, museums and other tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel rooms are clean. Breakfast can be provided. Staffs are friendly. As a whole, I feel comfortable. However, as there is no lift, it becomes a good exercise to carry large and heavy luggage walking upstairs and downstairs while the staircase is narrow.

Avoiding this hotel!!

One rude receptionist called Alexander, make sure you aren’t check in with him. I booked the double room and I’m going with my boyfriend. He asked me to pay extra for adding one more person with really impolite attitude. Unreasonable rule: No visitor is allowed in the hotel. No lift and we have to walk to fourth floor with heavy luggage.

Hotel was spotless. Room was small but comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. Gentleman on reception was really friendly and helpful. I don’t think he went home lol.
Only suggestion I would give, is to put a mirror in the room.

Great stay for solo female traveler!

I stayed here on a solo trip to London. It was my first time in the city and as a solo female traveler, I felt so safe in the location and with the staff, etc. The location of this hotel is 10/10. Hotel was always clean. Only thing I didn't love was the shower was so small. It was difficult to even lean down and grab my shampoo. Other than that it was a great stay with great, helpful staff in the front!

Clean and modern fit out, including new modern bathroom with great shower! Best out of 5 other hotels/locations I have stayed at over the last 2 weeks. My room was located on first floor, so you need to walk up to your room, no lift, which may affect some visitors. Location excellent with 5 min walk to Lancaster Gate on Central Line.

I was so impressed. Great value for money, a few minutes walk only from the tube. Clean as a whistle. Comfortable bed, super modern. Lots of space. Air conditioning. Check in was super fast, especially as I arrived at about 2am. Friendly and polite. The only down side was that the TV wasn't picking up more than 5 channels, perhaps the signal was bad. But that's being picky. I can't find fault elsewhere!

Noisy Room

If you are wanting a decent or even half decent sleep then do not stay at this hotel. Walls and ceiling are beyond thin. Can hear the clear conversations of those next door. When i came to snoring I well as well have been in the same room as them. If you are unlucky enough to be next to a room where the people stay up talking until all hours of the morning or snore you may not get any sleep. They werent loud so couldn complain because all they were doing was talking. Just the walls are incredibly think. Was an exhausting week in London due to being severely sleep deprived. Hotel staff very nice, room very clean, bathroom very modern.
