This is the worst stay ever and I hope to be able to submit photos. First thing noticeable was the smell of damp but it gets worse. The floor grout in the bathroom and the shower was brown and filthy. The remote didn’t work for the tv and there were other areas showing lack of cleanliness and care. I hope never to encounter another property this filthy and this property should be dropped from all booking platforms.

The room itself was tiny. That was ok bc it was close to Hyde park and convenient to both lancaster and paddington tube stations. No ac but it was fairly cool and we knew this in advance. Room was advertized as having a kitchen and pics showed kitchen and dining area. In reality kitchen was one ciunter w sink microwave toaster and kettle. Dud have dishes for 2 but nowhere to sit except on the bed. Entire place i cluding bathroin was about 10x10. Never got clean towels despite asking for them. No maid service at all. Funally found towel storage and got our own. Water smellsd of sulfur. Not hotels fault but smell became too strong after wet towels sat in bath for days. Also a lot of street noise at night and people rattling doirs all night. Would not recommend

Room was clean. And a good size for a cheep room in london. I was on the 3rd floor. If i had heavy lugage it would have been a challenge get it up to the room. However would stay again as the microwave and fridge was realy handy.

Room was large and clean, but underground and no way of escape if there was a fire. The window was barred as it was on the street. Had no privacy as you could see em through window from the street and cleaners accessed a cupboard which was right by window. The room was extremely hot , there was a fan but didn’t do much.

Words can’t describe how disappointed my family and I were with this property. I am only giving it a 1 star because I have no option to give it a zero. If I could I would. This had to be the worst place I have ever stayed at. The smell coming from inside and outside of this apartment were nauseating! It smelt of rotting rodents inside the apartment and sewage coming from outside the apartment. Even opening the windows and using a fan did nothing to cure this issue. The shower had hair still in it and the room needed to be cleaned. When we arrived to the room the heat was turned up high and the difference between outside the apartment door to the temperature in the room was at least 20 degrees. We had to hike up 5 flights of stairs to the top floor and stayed in Room 18. The “desk” in the bedroom had water stains and mildew on them as well as the “closet”. The pull out couch bed was broken and the couch cushions were heavy stained. The images shown on this site do match the room but the condition is much worse than shown. The other rooms seem to be updated but this one lacked upkeep. We requested to move to another room but they were fully booked. We were offered the opportunity to move to another room the next morning but communication/move never occurred and the room was given away. The owner was contacted as we had request a refund so that we could leave that evening to stay somewhere else and it was denied. Truly a disheartening experience, do not stay here!

The room was dirty and smelt like sewage! The shower was broken and did not hang on the shower wall it was just hanging and would not turn on/off at times!
The kids laid on the bed which they fell through because the bed was broken and not safe to use! And to top it off there was a bed bug crawling along the rug in the room.
My partner went to reception to ask for a new room and was told no as they have no more rooms and there is no shops open to allow them to fix the bed or shower. So told her there is nothing that can be done!
Her and the kids were so upset I rang the hotel and stated this is not acceptable and if they have no more rooms to put them up in a different hotel or at least offer a new bed! The reception man stated “she did not ask for a new bed she has to ask for one if she wants one” surely it’s common sense to offer a new bed if one is broken!!
The reception man also said they can get a full refund but they have to leave the room now so he wanted a women and two young kids to be on the streets of London at 9.30pm with suit cases hardly safe and reasonable!
I asked to speak to the hotel manager which he refused. PLEASE DO BOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!

The location was great, and the bedroom was comfortable, much appreciated aircon unit (it was extremely hot in the apartment for February), good price due to Tesco vouchers, but I wouldn't stay here again. The \"deluxe apartment\" was very small, bedroom was fine, but living room was tiny, we were not in it much so not a huge deal but not very deluxe. It was on the top floor, no lift and around 6 sets of stairs up, so hard going after a long day in London. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, maybe ok for young children but too small and uncomfortable for ours.

Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date.

I had a really lovely stay at the Hyde Park apartments. I stayed 2 nights and would happily stay again.
The room was a really good size, bright and airy, had lots of amenities and the bed was very comfortable.
Everything was clean and well appointed and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
The floor could have done with a bit more of a thorough sweep but that would be the only very minor piece of feedback.

Rubbish it said kitchenette the cooker didn't work there was 1 fork no teaspoons no cooking pans at all no plates just completely false advertising!! Not impressed

Good value for money for a property in a great area. Close to Paddington Station and other Underground stations, next to Hyde Park and endless establishments for food and drink. The only downside in apartment 1 is that the double bed is actually only two single mattresses pushed together. Nice firm mattress otherwise.

Solid option for a solo traveler who is planning on being out and about. The bed was comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm. A couple of complains are, the heater is not very strong. It wasn’t cold when I stayed there, but I feel like it would be inadequate on a cold night because the window does let in a little air through the cracks. Also the toilet paper was like fast food napkins, so I had to bring my own.

A good location, nearest tube 2 mins walk. Close to Hyde park and with a few bars and restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable with good facilities. The only drawback is there are no lifts. Carrying luggage up several flights of steps to the loft area is oxygen depleting!

Very good. More than I expected for the price. Shower was on the small side but they have a seat so was manageable. Was very hot so given it was a hot day they should invested in better fans or air con units but was only one night so I could cope.

Überall Schmutz, Schimmel, Kalk und Flecken. Im Bad waren Handabdrücke der Vorgänger zu sehen. Geputzt wird hier wenn überhaupt nur sehr sehr sehr oberflächlich. Der schwarze Schimmel in allen (wirklich allen) Fugen im Bad ist gesundheitsgefährdend.
Alles ist kaputt: Lampen funktionieren nicht, der Duschkopf ist verstopft, Sockelleisten fallen ab, Schwellen sind zerbrochen, das Bett hängt fast bis zum Boden durch. Die Ablage neben dem Schreibtisch hatte mehrere Einschnitte von einer Stichsäge, so als wäre sie als Werkbank genutzt worden.
Die Treppen sind sehr schmal und steil, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Man müht sich extrem ab, sein Gepäck nach oben zu bekommen, Hilfe bekommt man keine von Personal. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht über war ein Kommen und Gehen. Überall polterte und krachte es, die Treppen und der Boden knarzen und generell ist alles in einem sehr sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Zu allem Übel hat sich im Nachbarzimmer jemand die ganze Nacht hindurch übergeben und es hörte sich so an, als würde er es direkt neben unserem Bett machen. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen das Hotel so früh wie möglich (vor 6:00 Uhr) verlassen und die Zimmerkarte einfach in die Rezeption geworfen.
Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Zumutung und wir können die positiven Bewertungen in keiner Weise nachvollziehen.

L’hôtel est tres bien placé et le personnel était sympathique, en dehors de cela pas grand chose de positif… Un canapé lit plutôt 1,5 place que 2 avec des lattes pas fixées, une douche anémique d’où l’eau s’arrêtait régulièrement complètement de couler, une kitchenette qui sans équipement de cuisine ni table dans la suite était plus décorative qu’autre chose… Les chambres sont sans doute très différentes les une des autres mais la nôtre au 4ème étage (la montée est plutôt rude) n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et ne ressemblait pas vraiment aux photos des chambres que l’on peut voir sur le site…

We waren bij aankomst veelst te vroeg, maar omdat het Appartement al schoon was, mochten we er al in. Heel dichtbij leuke koffiezaakjes, restaurants en underground Paddington. Ook de supermarkt was op loopafstand.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du métro et des commerces idéal si l’on veut visiter Londres. Malheureusement nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir une souris dans la chambre heureusement le personnel a été réactif et nous a immédiatement changé de chambre.
