Start with a positive. The staff was nice and did their best. The room was a tragedy. Hairs on the bed when we checked in mold everywhere in the bathroom dirt just filth and the entire room smelled of old cigarette smoke that would not go away we even bought a can of Lysol and tried. It is clear no one cares about appearance. The floors were filthy in the room and the rugs throughout the hotel were stained and also disgusting. It doesn't cost much to at least clean a place even if you don't want to overhaul it. If you're thinking about staying there you've been warned.

STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED.
WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST.
EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.

Jacuzzi impossibly slow, low, flow to fill, Massive plumbing problems - water on floor inside the bathroom and the main room night before seemed to be from getting in out of Jacuzzi. But next day seems to be coming from a persistent drip in wall and possibly from under the floor of bathroom. All water off but continuous dripping sound all night. Shower fixtures rock back and forth 2-3 inches when you touch the fixture to turn it on. wall around pipes cracked. Wall & paint around bathroom chipped and had obvious water damage. Water pressure low in actual shower. REALLY Cheap toilet paper. Thin walls, loud neighbor, Scratchy sheet,No chair for desk. Red smear on curtain and rust or something red on lamp base. Exterior side door had a broken button that needed to be pushed to open the door to go out. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out early - before 7 am. sign said be back in a few minutes, I waited at least 15 min. no one showed up. Other guest was also waiting. Checkout key return is an open bowl and anyone could grab a key. Expedia said included breakfast but check-in clerk said we had to go to hotel down the street and show our key but sign said no breakfast. Highly disappointed. Expedia refunded only our unstayed nights. Still waiting to hear if Super 8 will refund the night we stayed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in after traveling ALL day from CA, we would have immediately left before discovering the water and plumbing issues.

Parking was easy and convenient. Continental breakfast was not available - I think due to the remodeling. Room floor was dirty but rest of room was appropriately clean. Building was old, but I think it is going to be remodeled.

Other lodging options in this suburban Rochester area are worse. Room prices within a 25 mile radius were at peak rates— and almost all other properties were sold out. Super8, Henrietta, NY were about double normal rates for the same rooms. The refrigerator was not working and exhaust fan made loud noises but parking was easy, bathroom was clean, towels like new, and unsecured WiFi was reliable

You get what you pay for. But overall it was better than most in less better conditions. The hot water in the shower could use some tweaking since it literally only gets lukewarm. Other than that it was used for what it was intended which was mostly to sleep. I would’ve given better rating if the laundry, vending machines, bathrooms in the lobby weren’t out of order and the breakfast area had any food or allowed outside food if they weren’t going to offer any themselves.

With the new renovation to the property, this room had water damage in the shower. It looked just awful. It should have been an easy fix. Plus they stopped offering breakfast even though it was advised.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at hotel staff was not helpful. On the site it says they serve breakfast but when I got there, there’s a sign saying breakfast has been discontinued. That’s false advertising. I stayed for 2 days and staff didn’t change my linens. They didn’t even have forks when I ordered takeout. It was just a bad experience overall

Según no se puede fumar y en todos lados olía mucho a marijuana era bien desagradable para personas que no fumamos. Luego al día siguiente no limpiaron el cuarto ni tampoco colocaron tuayas limpias ni papel tuve que comprarme porque simplemente no hicieron mantenimiento y por último pero no menos importante algo me picó en mis piernas revisé si eran ácaros pero no vi, entonces no estoy segura! The bathroom floor was not clean, there was hair. Bed sheets felt sandy and had stains all over them. When we asked for new sheets staff rudely handed us a sheet and walked away. The smell of weed was everywhere in the building enough to knock you over and staff was aware but didnt care. It was noisy with yelling people. No breakfast as advertised. A dirty coffee machine with no lids, spoons, creamer or anything. Broken steps and fire extinguisher boxes, not well maintained. Couldnt find the elevator to take with my hurt knee.

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to problems. The first room had 2 neighboring rooms that needed their smoke detector batteries changed, and the once per minute beeps (which they said they couldn’t do anything about until the next morning) were going to keep us up all night. They finally got that to stop, but there was no hot water. so we moved to a room where the heater sounded like a leaf blower. The next room had a tv that didn’t work. Finally, we got a room that functioned, although the toilet ran unless we took the tank lid off and positioned the flapper.

The room was otherwise fine, and the wifi was good. But our neighbors (who live in the hotel) smoked a lot of pot, which stank up the place. Many people are living at this hotel. Also, the free continental breakfast has been discontinued. They offered free breakfast across the street at their sister hotel, but that was not convenient.

That all being said, the staff was helpful and the room was clean. It just needs a major upgrade, and maybe keep the residents in a separate wing from the hotel guests.

The pictures make the place look updated however it is not. The shower did not work and the water didn't get hot enough to shower even if the shower worked. The hallways smelled terrible.
They also do not have an breakfast as advertised or any vending machines. It's an old building trying to survive. The desk clerks were kind. They seemed frustrated but doing their best.

The staff was rude and gave zero direction they act like I was bothering them to ask where my room was even at I was misled about breakfast until after I checked in I was charged a deposit that I was not told about the room was dirty. the sheets was dirty. The whole entire hotel smelled of smoke. It was an absolute letdown to stay at this hotel.

Hotel listed that breakfast was included, it was not. There was no breakfast at all. A sign at the hotel stated “no smoking within 50 feet of the hotel.” When we entered the B entrance on the first floor it smelled very strongly of marijuana. It was so bad I thought we would have to leave. We turned the fan on in the bathroom to try to rid the smell. The fan was so loud it sounded like the metal blades were hitting something. We will not be staying here again.

Mold was legit growing in the bathroom on the wall like a huge spot. Paint was peeling right off. Just gross. I’m legit homeless and I would rather sleep in my car. The hot water is non existent. People fighting screaming in the hall. It was a very interesting two weeks. Never again.

the jacuzzi in the room was great. The room was in good condition, not the cleanest but not terrible. The entire floor we were on smelled like cigarettes and allegedly there was supposed to be free continental breakfast but that was nowhere in sight.

Every soda machine or snack machine was \"out of order\" so no breakfast and no snacks available. disappointing. Also, just weird vibes.

No heat turned on in room when we first arrived, meanwhile it was 12 degrees outside, breakfast was temporarily discontinued, so do t be fooled with the picture of a breakfast area. It’s now a bunch of stacked tables and chairs. The heater in the room only worked all the time or not at all. So you were freezing or burning up. We did however hear a lady asking for extra towels because they only provide two for a three party room. They responded to her with we are fully booked and can’t give out extra towels. So that was nice! Yeah total not what the reviews described.

The staff was helpful. We reserved two rooms. One reserved room took four tries to get a clean room. The other room took two tries to get acceptable.
The first room was extremely dirty-sheets all over the place and whatever else the previous customer left. The heat in the second (replacement) room didn’t work. The third room wasn’t cleaned from the previous customers. The staff finally found a clean acceptable room on the 4th try.
The second room was not sufficiently cleaned but the second try was barely acceptable. The smoke detector was hanging by wires and other minor stuff. When we returned in the evening, the key card didn’t work.
The staff was very helpful.

We did not have conditioner in our room just shampoo, and sometimes when coming inside to head to our room it smelt like cigarettes/weed. Our door dead bolt lock was broken so we only had the door lock on the handle part to lock. Other than that the stay wasn’t bad.

The hotel is older and needs to be renovated. The worst part of this hotel was there is no elevator and is didn't appear to be wheelchair accessible. Be prepared to walk a lot and carry your luggage upstairs.

Do not stay here!!! After driving 5 hours we came to this hotel only to come into the first room where the door wouldn’t shut and the tub faucet was running in the bathroom…we tried to shut it off and the tub was grimy and it wouldn’t shut off. The front desk woman kindly switched our room only to get into another room with no towels, the walls were cracked, the floor was sticky, the headboards were covered in dirt and dust….so I pulled the covers down to see if the sheets were even clean and found a hair in my bed and to my absolute horror found pubic hair all over the sheets to where my son was supposed to sleep!!!!! Filthiest place I’ve ever ever seen!!! If I could I’d attach the pictures…we came up the road to the Fairfield Marriott and have had the best experience with the nicest rooms and couldn’t be happier. Drive the extra 3 mins!!!!!
