The pictures make the place look updated however it is not. The shower did not work and the water didn't get hot enough to shower even if the shower worked. The hallways smelled terrible.
They also do not have an breakfast as advertised or any vending machines. It's an old building trying to survive. The desk clerks were kind. They seemed frustrated but doing their best.

The staff was rude and gave zero direction they act like I was bothering them to ask where my room was even at I was misled about breakfast until after I checked in I was charged a deposit that I was not told about the room was dirty. the sheets was dirty. The whole entire hotel smelled of smoke. It was an absolute letdown to stay at this hotel.

Hotel listed that breakfast was included, it was not. There was no breakfast at all. A sign at the hotel stated “no smoking within 50 feet of the hotel.” When we entered the B entrance on the first floor it smelled very strongly of marijuana. It was so bad I thought we would have to leave. We turned the fan on in the bathroom to try to rid the smell. The fan was so loud it sounded like the metal blades were hitting something. We will not be staying here again.

Mold was legit growing in the bathroom on the wall like a huge spot. Paint was peeling right off. Just gross. I’m legit homeless and I would rather sleep in my car. The hot water is non existent. People fighting screaming in the hall. It was a very interesting two weeks. Never again.

the jacuzzi in the room was great. The room was in good condition, not the cleanest but not terrible. The entire floor we were on smelled like cigarettes and allegedly there was supposed to be free continental breakfast but that was nowhere in sight.

Every soda machine or snack machine was \"out of order\" so no breakfast and no snacks available. disappointing. Also, just weird vibes.

No heat turned on in room when we first arrived, meanwhile it was 12 degrees outside, breakfast was temporarily discontinued, so do t be fooled with the picture of a breakfast area. It’s now a bunch of stacked tables and chairs. The heater in the room only worked all the time or not at all. So you were freezing or burning up. We did however hear a lady asking for extra towels because they only provide two for a three party room. They responded to her with we are fully booked and can’t give out extra towels. So that was nice! Yeah total not what the reviews described.

The staff was helpful. We reserved two rooms. One reserved room took four tries to get a clean room. The other room took two tries to get acceptable.
The first room was extremely dirty-sheets all over the place and whatever else the previous customer left. The heat in the second (replacement) room didn’t work. The third room wasn’t cleaned from the previous customers. The staff finally found a clean acceptable room on the 4th try.
The second room was not sufficiently cleaned but the second try was barely acceptable. The smoke detector was hanging by wires and other minor stuff. When we returned in the evening, the key card didn’t work.
The staff was very helpful.

Toliet in the room wouldn't flush right. All three toilets in the ladys room wouldn't flush and all full. Told the front desk and didn’t do anything about it. First started staying there and it waa nice and no problems. Last few time's each time the quality has been slipping.

We did not have conditioner in our room just shampoo, and sometimes when coming inside to head to our room it smelt like cigarettes/weed. Our door dead bolt lock was broken so we only had the door lock on the handle part to lock. Other than that the stay wasn’t bad.

The hotel is older and needs to be renovated. The worst part of this hotel was there is no elevator and is didn't appear to be wheelchair accessible. Be prepared to walk a lot and carry your luggage upstairs.

Do not stay here!!! After driving 5 hours we came to this hotel only to come into the first room where the door wouldn’t shut and the tub faucet was running in the bathroom…we tried to shut it off and the tub was grimy and it wouldn’t shut off. The front desk woman kindly switched our room only to get into another room with no towels, the walls were cracked, the floor was sticky, the headboards were covered in dirt and dust….so I pulled the covers down to see if the sheets were even clean and found a hair in my bed and to my absolute horror found pubic hair all over the sheets to where my son was supposed to sleep!!!!! Filthiest place I’ve ever ever seen!!! If I could I’d attach the pictures…we came up the road to the Fairfield Marriott and have had the best experience with the nicest rooms and couldn’t be happier. Drive the extra 3 mins!!!!!

Parking area and lobby were in good condition and safe.
Rooms were ok, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, all except the slamming of other people's doors early in the morning, that you get from any hotel. There was no breakfast, but a great restaurant right around the corner. Our tub was a little dirty, and the bathroom could use some upgrades, but other than that, all was good.

This was one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed at. There were hand drawn crosses with some kind of oil on the windows and headboards. The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck, there were bugs on the bathroom floor and some kind of disgusting smears on all of the walls. There was coffee from a machine but no cream or half n half. No food available either. Place looked empty and they would not let us check in early. Would never come here again and would not recommend.

Staff was borderline combative when we brought up issues we had with our room. Issues being dirty and disgusting conditions of everything from the hot tub and fridge to the paint peeling and water damage in the bathroom. The bed was split in half width wise, and couldn't support an adult pressing their hand on it. The broken fridge looked like it was picked from a dumpster, completely iced over, couldn't close and had a yellow liquid in it. The hot tub had hair and grime all in it, absolutely atrocious condition. The room smelled like an ashtray. There's gaps under the entry door for the room, and the exit doors were held open and unsecured. After we had checked in, we looked at room and decided to get dinner as we had been traveling all day. When my wife said she didn't feel comfortable staying, we went to the office to cancel and get a refund. It had been 57 mins since we were given our keys, and refunds are only issued before 30 mins. Broken windows let in a draft and had crud all over them.

I got this room because on their website it showed that breakfast was included. When I got there, I was told no breakfast so that was a major dissappointment but even worst was how disgusting the room was. The bathroom had mold around the tub and the ceiling where chipped and pealing everything needs updating the sink was broken. I can't believe that the Wyndham name is attached to this because I am used to staying at Wyndham hotels and been very happy with them. Don't stay here its really bad.

Bed bugs!!! First off, the continental breakfast has been discontinued and the vending machines were out of order. Then we found a bed beg crawling across the sheet of the bed, I wish I could upload the photo of it but there isn’t an option to add photos. The staff did nothing. Not even a discount for having disgusting bed bugs. I would never stay there again.

There was no shampoo, conditioner, or tv remote in the room. Also two pillows in a king bed not enough. The room window was wide open with no screen good thing it was on the second floor and no locking latch on the window.
No bath mat which is a safety hazard as I almost slipped getting out of the tub. Soda machines were out of order and no ice machine.
Also security has wires all over the hallway causing a tripping hazard as well. I know it a super 8 but I still expect better.

Room had damaged walls, a lotion dispenser falling off the wall a poorly reinstalled towel rack and inadequate lighting. There is also a sign posted at check-in that the hotel has stopped breakfast service and they apologize for any inconvenience.

We are happy to report that Super 8 has been updating its rooms and the stays here are comfortable. Although they discontinued the pretty good breakfast that they used to provide without prior notice, the value is still good given the cost of other comparable hotels. We will likely stay there next time we are in the area.
