Was there for a week and not one day I could find a lounge chair after 10am , food could sometimes be found floating in the pool since they allow you to eat there but people don’t clean after themselves. Food at the restaurant were ok . Staff at pool don’t attend to you like they do to others including at the bars . Will not return to this resort again . 2 out of 3 slides were close most of the time . Also the family allowed time at the arcade it’s ridiculous. You could only used the are an hour twice a day and it small that gets crowded and barely make use of the arcade.

Overall a good resort and stay. The pools were great! The biggest issue was just our shower draining into the bathroom—kind of a pain but just used extra towels to try and create a barrier. Seems like a poor design.

It’s was my first time taking my kids out the country!!I did my my research. I found this resort. it exceeded my expectation. everything was perfect. It had a good blend for adults and kids.

First family vacation. We were in the preferred club. My kids loved it! The pool was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly , i felt like they always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was nice to make conversation and jokes. The drinks in the preferred club were definitely better. Overall definitely planning to come back and definitely within hyatt for any future vacations. Would 100% recommend

This was my first stay at an all inclusive resort so I have no way to compare this to anywhere else that may be similar. I would give this resort a 5/10.

Positive - For the most part, the staff was very nice and attentive. The immediate area around the property is a lush mangrove and it truely is set back into nature. The food was decent and the layouts and ambience of the restaurants themselves were nice. Hanging out by the pool was fun with the kids.

Negative - One slide wasn’t open our entire stay. There was a huge plywood encased work zone directly in the middle of all of the pools. The property itself looked a bit raggedy in some places, particularly the areas near the slides and children’s swimming/splash area (rusty children’s splash area, and what I would assume to be cat or raccoon poop in places) as well as the hallways and corridors around the property itself (there was a massive, dead cockroach in the hallway near our room from the first day we arrived and it was in the exact same place the day that we left) The main entrance/lobby and areas near the restaurants were nicely maintained. The room itself was designed nicely and probably was great when it was newer, but it looked and seemed worn out. There was visible mold or mildew near a cover just above the door. Any electrical outlets or switch plates had mold or mildew on them and behind buttons. There were visible stains on the rug and sitting chairs and the table was chipped and scratched.

We had a great family vacation overall, especially because of how much there was for the kids to do.

The pools were amazing! Our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and all the extra water features. We also used the Kids Club one day, and they had a fantastic time. It's definitely geared more toward younger children, which worked well for us.

Our room was excellent. We stayed in a long room with a partial ocean view, and it was spacious enough for our family. The kids shared the pull-out couch, and we especially loved the bathroom layout.

The entertainment was another highlight. The breakdancing show was fantastic, and we enjoyed participating in the pool games and even joined the water aerobics. The swim-up bar was also a favorite for our family, although it would have been nice if there were a few more bars open throughout the resort to help reduce the long lines.

The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. Restaurant reservations were difficult because you had to use both the app and visit the restaurants in person. We were never able to get reservations for our entire party, even when trying to split into smaller groups. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. We were also disappointed with the quality of the buffet and the drinks at the bars.

Overall, this is an excellent resort for families with young children thanks to the incredible pools, activities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms. However, the restaurant were a problem.

We had a great stay. My kids loved all the pool options but their favorites were the lazy river and water slides. Some of the food was very good and some was just ok. Nobody in our group ever went hungry or left a meal without being full. My kids favorite thing was the rainbow drink. They drank them all day every day. The spa is amazing! I definitely recommend doing the hydrotherapy and massage. If I had anything negative to say it would be that sometimes the use of the app for reservations or room service could work better.

Overall, our family of three had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful, the pools and amenities were enjoyable, and the staff worked hard to provide great service throughout our vacation. We especially appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the effort made by the employees to ensure guests had a pleasant experience.

There are only two areas where I believe the resort could improve. First, we noticed several raccoons on the property, particularly during the evening hours. While they may seem harmless, raccoons can carry fleas and certain diseases, which may be a concern for families with children. Improved wildlife management would help make guests feel more comfortable and enhance the overall experience.

Second, the restaurant reservation system through the app could be improved. It was sometimes difficult to secure reservations, which can be frustrating for guests who are trying to plan their dining experience. I believe a first-come, first-served system, or a combination of reservations and walk-in seating, would provide a more flexible and fair process for everyone.

Aside from these two concerns, we truly enjoyed our stay. The resort offers many great features, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff deserves recognition for their hard work and hospitality. We made many wonderful family memories and appreciate the effort that goes into operating such a large resort. Thank you for helping make our vacation enjoyable.

This is my second time staying at this specific property and will definitely be back. Everything from the staff to property is nothing but 5 stars. The restaurants are all amazing - so so many choices. Rooms are gorgeous. Pools are beautiful. Can’t say enough about the service from start to end- above and beyond. When they say welcome home they 100% mean it.

We were there 2 years ago, and the property did meet the standards from last time. It was not maintained as well. The hotel was largely unoccupied. Because of this they were operating on a reduced staff. Many of the bars were closed and not being used, making the property feel abandoned. The food selection in the buffet was extremely limited. Large portions of the dining hall were closed off and not used. There were no food options that my kids would eat. Ultimately, we decided to check out a few days early and salvage our vacation somewhere else.

This property is definitely geared toward family. Very clean. The food was good…..especially the burgers!!! Seasoned to perfection!!! The staff was friendly and they took good care of my family and friends. The preferred club didn’t seem too exclusive because people were not checked to see if they belonged in preferred club. One of the watersides was closed and the zip line was not for people over 187lbs. Overall I would bring my family back.

This was a wonderful resort! I loved it from the beginning to the end. It was beautiful and most of the food was really good. The staff was wonderful as well and very helpful. 2 things I didn't like were that the activities didn't always have the location listed so we'd have to ask. Also, there was a lizard in my bathroom and when someone came up to get it, it had disappeared. And I was on the 6th floor. Other than that it was a great experience overall and I highly recommend it.

En general, nuestra estadía fue agradable. El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y se nota que está bien cuidado. Las instalaciones son cómodas y el ambiente es agradable.

Sin embargo, considero que el servicio podría mejorar. Da la impresión de que no cuentan con suficiente personal para atender la cantidad de huéspedes, lo que ocasiona tiempos de espera bastante largos. El servicio a la habitación tardó más de lo esperado y, en varias ocasiones, fue difícil recibir atención de manera oportuna.

El personal fue amable cuando nos atendió, pero claramente parece estar sobrecargado de trabajo. Con una mejor organización y más personal disponible, la experiencia sería mucho mejor, ya que el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para ofrecer una excelente estadía.

El spa estuvo muy bueno, vale la pena el precio. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer el masaje y el hydro estubo super tambien!

The staff were super kind and helpful, rooms were very clean, bathrooms were clean and chair turnover by the pool was great. If not in use the staff cleared chairs after 30 monites of not being used. Only downside of the resort were pool bars closed at 6 which isn’t very late, and there were wedding and parties almost every night. Felt like the weddings took away from the rest of the guest who were staying at the resort. The spa is a bit pricey but total worth it especially when there are deals going on. Taxi services are blocked inside the resort so you have to use the resorts transportation which is insanely pricey.

Overall, we had a good stay, but there were some areas that could be improved. The buffet offered a great variety of food, and we especially enjoyed the Asian and Italian restaurants, which had good food and service. Unfortunately, our experience at the Mexican restaurant was disappointing due to slow and inattentive service.

One thing that was not clearly communicated was that many of the spa amenities are not included. Even access to the sauna and steam room requires an additional fee. In many resorts, these amenities are included for guests, especially when using the gym, so this was unexpected and disappointing. The spa experience did not meet our expectations because of these extra charges.

Overall, the resort has some strong points, particularly the buffet and a few of the specialty restaurants, but guests should be aware of the additional costs associated with the spa facilities.

The only thing was the buffet at night is not open every single night, as someone staying there the whole trip I feel like as it should be open for the people daily. Or else you’ll be stuck in these two hour wait lines at the restaurants inside the resort. The hotel itself was kept clean 24/7.

The resort its self is beautiful! If you are looking for a swimmable beach this is not it! There are alligators, one day people saw 5. The food is okay the portions are small. Also be mindful that Chinese and buffet is close some days, but they don’t rely this information on the details before booking or checking in at the resort. Some lady said it was due to low season, which is not fair because we are paying same price as high season. Another gentleman said it was all year around, which they NEED to have this information. On Saturday both restaurants were closed and there were so many piss people because the wait was more than 1 hour if you didn’t have reservations. Other than that everything else was pretty good.

The sand is incredibly soft and the resort is amazing for kids. I love the entertainment and options for food. Foam party and the beach trampoline made the little one’s trip.

I liked the hotel, very clean and wonderful breeze. The only downfall is the restaurants are not open daily! They do not tell you that upon check in, and we missed a few restaurants we wanted to try because no one told us that the restaurants are closed on certain days. The buffet is only open breakfast and lunch so that made it extremely difficult if restaurants were full or if all reservations are gone. There is no where to eat. I think check in staff need to let the guests know at check in! That way they can plan accordingly or eat more during the day since you’re not guaranteed a dinner. For the price I would have expected there to be a dinner buffet option as well. We have stayed at the majority of major hotel brands in Mexico and this was our first Dreams experience. I can’t say I had a bad time but knowing what I know now I can’t say that I am blown away or super eager to return to a dreams property. I definitely do not think the price of the property matches the value. Beach is not swimmable as there is salt water crocodiles. It is a crocodile sanctuary.

The room was not that clean when we arrived as there was kaakaa on the toilet seat. The staff spoke poor English. There was some exceptional service people at poolside only. The manager was arrogant and rude. The pools could have music but other than that, it was nice. The maintenance people were fast. The room service always forgot something also we put extra towels in the drawers only to find out that the room service took out the towels. They go through your drawers, just a warning to guests. We had no welcome package. The food was poor. Other than that it was good to have some family time.

I had an excellent experience at this resort! The place was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

What really stood out the most was the food — it was absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. There were plenty of options, and everything tasted incredible.

This is a great resort to stay as a family! The food was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there was just so much to do. My kids had never been to Mexico before and everyone at Dreams Natura made it a perfect vacation for them filled with memories. Not the best dreams hotel I’ve stayed at. The pool area smells disgusting which I feel stems from the beach. The beach water is full of seaweed. There are not many amenities. This hotel is very wedding focused and forgets about the rest of the attendees. The pool area, bar and certain restaurants get closed to attend wedding which leaves the rest of the guest with less option. There’s only ONE pool bar so imagine closing that early. There was HARDLY any staff available. Upon arrival they were going to send my bags to a different room and I had issues with entering two restaurants even though I made reservations at the preferred lounge. One the the managers named Enrique was a nightmare! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE nor manners. In the check in and check out processed we felt very rushed and barely attended to even though we paid for preferred. The food portions were TINY and the buffet area had hardly any options. The hallways to the rooms smelled of mildew. The drinks were very watered down. Oh and bring your own straws because they will not provide you any. I’ve been to Mexico 5 times and I would say this was not the best choice AT all. Would recommend other dreams hotels.

The ocean had a lot of seaweed the smell was horrible the first day wasn’t able to get in the ocean WiFi service was gone for 6 hrs every day the light power would go out for couple of minutes. Overall I would recommend for anyone to go to a better hotel for the price I paid.

We traveled as a party of 9 with ages ranging from 7-85. The resort was very well laid out and everything was convenient. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. My friends had their wedding at the resort and everything was top notch. The service at every point was beyond amazing. Very attentive. The pools were not highly packed and even though there were families present , everyone was super respectful. There was never a moment where I thought i wasted money coming here and it was superb. Definitely would stay here again for a destination wedding or just for a getaway. The quality of food was so amazing and that's not always the case at some inclusive resorts.
My wife and I took advantage of the spa services which were extra charge but the price wasn't any crazier than other places. Top notch service as well. We did the fish foot scrub and whereas some places just let you stick your foot in and that's it, this service involved the cleaning and washing of our feet first. When we finally sat down and put our feet in the fish tank, we were also given heated neck pillows for comfort.
Room service was basically 24 hours and you can get anything from food to towels.
The coco cafe was 24 hours where you can grab small bite sized food to bakery items to smoothies and coffee. We went to the cafe a lot thru our whole stay.
My friends ceremony on the infinity pool was so amazing!!
The lazy river was super relaxing and never crowded with people.
Just a great weekend!

Traveled with three families with kids ages 4-7. The place was great: pools were awesome, food was better than expected. Staff was all around outstanding. Sometimes when busy was hard to get a sun chair, and dinner reservation system was a bit wonky, but we got everything we needed. Water slides and lazy river and kids clubs were major pluses. Beach is so-so compared with some others, but pools were great. Strong value for money.

Pool hair reservations were hard to get. You have to be up and at the pool before 6am to reserve a good spot for chairs. Spring break was busier than anticipated. It made the hotel feel congested. Reserving di ner reservations on the app was very difficult. We only got a few decent times, and the teppanyaki we never had a chance. It was booked the second the reservations opened. Liked the offerings, food and service, but the amount of people made it feel too busy where a larger resort may have been better.

Hotel was okay. Staff was good. The first guy, the baggage guy, was rude. Food was good, though the first day's dinner was almost impossible to get. Many people were looking for food but the waiting time was terrible. Room service was off and buffet restaurant was closed. The beach was dirty, lots of weed. The tractor was loud almost all day cleaning the beach. We were welcomed by a guy setting us up for a membership scam. He wasted almost half of our day. This is one of the reasons I won't go back to this hotel

Amazing staff. Spacious rooms.
Food leaves a lot to be desired. A few good things but overall just not great quality.
The resort is noisy. There is nowhere to escape all the noise. Not even your room. No adults only area or quiet area at all.
If you are a beach person this side of cancun is not it. There is an abundance of seaweed that comes ashore daily and you can’t escape it. It’s excessive and there is a tractor that tries to mulch it all day so the shoreline and ocean are unusable. I would not return.

Clean room. Excellent staff. Underwhelming gym with limited weights/machines. Resort was very centrally located and easy to walk around, but did make everything feel crowded. The food was bland in most places except for hibachi, Italian and French. They were responsive and quick with room service requests. Overall decent stay, but will be trying an adults only next time.

I stayed in a double swimout suite, and the swimout, itself, was lovely.

I enjoyed the varied daily menu at the World Buffet, which was open all day long, and so provided great flexibility for when I wanted to eat.

I appreciated the staff. They were all helpful, respectful and polite.

However, out of the four nights I stayed, there were at least two destinations weddings going on at the resort at the same time. Whether it was because of this or because of other guests having late night parties in their rooms, there was typically noise throughout the resort going into the early hours of the morning. One night noise was ongoing until after 2 am. This was due to specific inconsiderate guests who were noisily roaming the hallway and rambunctiously playing fuzz ball and table tennis. The sound really carries in this resort because of the many open areas and lack of any useful soundproofing.

The staff and guests are then up early making noise in setup of the resort activities, cleaning, etc the next morning (resulting in crashing, banging, and general noise) so there is no reprieve from the noise. I found after a few days I was sleep deprived and looking forward to going home so I could get better sleep, which totally defeats the purpose of my vacation. I booked my vacation here hoping to get a nice relaxing and restful vacation. That’s not what I got. But if you are looking for a party venue, and are not too worried about relaxation and rest, it might be an okay fit.

loved the hotel, i booked the ocean view and the room was breathtaking. They even had a nespresso machine i was happy. Loved the infinity pool and the slide pool as well. It was a family friendly resort will definitely recommend. The only downside is the beach is not the prettiest other than that the staff is friendly and welcoming. Will consider returning

Replenish of washcloths and towels was lacking. In a 4 day stay, no washcloths received. Restaurants were really good. Arcade hours for those under 13 need to expand as several nights, it was empty but our 10 year old couldn’t go in.

Everything was great except two things the AC in our room wasn’t work we couldn’t control it and it was a pain to keep calling so we called them to turn it off and we just left it off the the time we were there it was a pain to call constantly. And the food it’s not so great beside the wait time was to long and everything was reservations and the food was not good at all.

This is a very family oriented/child friendly resort, which is what we wanted. If you are looking for an adults only experience, this isn’t the place for you. Our toddler had a great time in the shallow pool, lazy river, and toddler friendly water slides. We got to relax and enjoy as well.

We were very happy with the dinners. Good breakfast buffet. I think the resort should have a couple of additional poolside lunch options like pizza or wings. The Italian restaurant has excellent pizza at dinner that would be a great addition at lunch. All restaurants had excellent dessert options. The coffee shop had really good lattes and ice cream. Breakfast always had delicious pastries. Happy with the food overall, which is not always the case at all inclusive resorts.

The furniture in the rooms had a bit of wear and tear which is surprising given the property is only 5 years old. These features make the rooms feel older than they are.

Great staff. Rooms are a nice size. It is a bit strange to not have an elevator on the 3rd floor but thankfully we were able to move to a different floor that had an elevator. I traveled with my husband and toddler. I am also 30 weeks pregnant so an elevator was needed. We would likely return for a family trip.

We have stayed at a lot of all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area and this one ranks in the middle of the pack for us. The resort layout was nice and compact and well laid out which was nice to have everything within a short walk. The pools were really nice and each pool had it's own vibe for whatever floats your boat. The water slides were a fun feature that kept the kids entertained. The lazy river was overrated for my liking and the lack of tubes made it hard to enjoy. It was more like a rapid river and we could not trust our 6 and 8 year old in there by themselves. We did love the zipline and just wish it was open more hours. The arcade was a nice touch, just wish there were some more games. The food overall was mediocre which is about what you would expect from an all inclusive. However, we have stayed at Dreams and Secrets before where the food was amazing, so not sure why it is not consistent from location to location. The entertainment and service was top notch, everyone was nice and the evening events were fantastic. All in all a good value and good resort.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. It was very hard to get a reservation to the restaurants, and the few we did get reservations to were subpar at best. Buffet was not the greatest. Also there are crocodiles that swim right by the resort. Water is NOT clear. Very murky.
