If the beach is important to you, this property is not a good destination, buffet could use lots of improvements. Staff were very nice and friendly, management staff are not on the other side.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this Hilton. While there were definitely some positive aspects, there are also areas that could be improved.

The bell staff and the team assisting on the beach were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the front desk experience felt less warm and could benefit from a more welcoming approach.

The beach itself was not as nice as expected, and the number of amenities felt somewhat limited considering the number of guests at the resort. At times, it felt a bit crowded.

As for the dining experience, the buffet offered a decent variety, but it lacked a “wow” factor and didn’t stand out compared to other resorts.

Overall, it was a good stay, but with a few improvement, particularly in service consistency and amenities, it could be a much better experience.

The property was nice, beach was a toiket as they were slow to clean the sargassam. The staff and hotel policy was a nightmare. Fyi If you have a Late flight, YOU CANNOT USE THE PROPERTY FOR FREE (t³n dollars PER HOUR PER GUEST). lots of lies, lots of fake smiles

Suites and restaurants were modern and of great quality. The pool area should be bigger or there should be more pools for the size of the resort and luxury appeal/brand that they intend to offer. I did not appreciate however that my family was told that we needed to pay an additional $20 each for lunch because our flight was in the evening and we had a late checkout from an all inclusive experience. This was unwarranted after spending a week in multiple rooms including a suite and we were offered lunch prior to check in upon an early arrival. If the brand and resort intends to cater to a caliber of customers and experience, this ask or request should’ve not occurred in any way and tainted the overall experience. The staff at the restaurants, house keeping and general support were all amazing and made our experience and stay wonderful, forgetting that there were only two pools given the size of the resort, the water slides and kids area is only for children under 12, and entertainment for both children and adults were lacking daily in comparison to other luxury all inclusive resorts of a certain caliber.

NOT A LGBT FRIENDLY HOTEL! My boyfriend and I stayed Feb 26- March 3rd. Our experience was just disappointing. We felt neglected and ignored by staff workers at every restaurant. Our final straw was our last night when we had reservations at 9:30 and never received our main entrees and when we asked about them they said the kitchen was closed. Keep in mind they close at 11 so imagine how long we waited for our food. Our server Luis never asked if we wanted another round of drinks or dessert. I went and spoke with the front desk about our entire experience. As we were waiting the night manager Oleg and a security came up to the desk. He called us up and greeted us with our room number. I explained our experience and how we’ve felt very uncomfortable during our stay. He told me and I quote “We have 3 gay people working here and we have no problems.” And then he proceeded to point to the security guard and say “shes gay too” SO UNPROFESSIONAL! After talking in circles he offered to get us room service, which takes 45 min to an hour. So basically he didnt help us with anything or offer anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. To everyone in the community do NOT stay here.

Yes the ocean was visible from the room if you get ocean view, the beach area its self is not the big, some sea weed but they did a good job cleaning up. The rooms were clean, staff were very nice and friendly, they were the best. The pool was also great they do a good job with pool activities, overall relaxing. The spa was wonderful

Stood for almost a week, the last week of February 19-26 and the place was amazing. About 15 min from the airport if you book private shuttle, to enter the hotel is like a 10 minute ride through mangroves but very peaceful. The food was very good, so many options and unlimited amounts of food. The room was very clean and they kept it clean everyday. Room service was pretty good for such a huge resort and the amount of people checked in. The lobby was super chill and had so much room to sit and have a few drinks which were DELICIOUS. The pool was very nice and the churrería behind the pool was a hit with the kids and us…ice cream, donuts, cake slices and churros. The best part of it was the service. The people working were always so courteous. Be kind when you visit! They work very hard.

The hotel is pretty new. Service was outstanding. Nice pool and private beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. My only complaint was toward the bathroom. Window walls give no privacy and at night when my.wife went to the bathroom and turned the light on, it woke me!

First of all they asked to upgraded from ocean view to ocean front for an extra $ 50 a night, so we did spend an extra $200 for the next 4 nights we were there around 1:00 and checking time is 3:00 and by 4:30 the room wasn’t ready.. after fighting with the manager we were able to get the room by than our afternoon is totally wasted, the food was not good for the Hilton name, there were so many broken titles and gravels in the adult pool and the hot tubs was l lite litelerly green color , i approached the pool person early in the morning about that , they said not sure what going on… inconclution I’ll make sure people that I spoke too will never book this hotel for the price that we paid also the waiter was never bring our drink after they asked what we want , it’s strange also this is our 6 times in Cancun area we had much better experiences in others not known hotel , 6,400 NOT WORTHED

Good hotel, not a fan of the layout, too many rooms but amenities not able to accommodate that many people. Expected to have larger pool and beach area. Buffet was decent but small room with food even though there was enough seats for more than 500 people. Lobby bar was nice but small for the amount of people they trying to alleviate the bartenders by using floating bars to help. Taco place, steakhouse, Italian, and Mexican restaurant were good food but I did expect better. The other places were not great. Maybe during slow season it is better because it is less people. Not impressed by nightly entertainment. The rooms were very nice and the hotel is new so everything was clean and modern that was impressive. The staff was friendly that was a plus as well.

My stay at Hilton Cancun was a spectacular experience. Hilton is beautiful, well kept, great staff, great food and drinks!! The room was perfect. I absolutely loved that there was separate area/pool for kids as well. The tacos by the pool were the best tacos I’ve ever had (and I’ve eaten lots of tacos in my life). We loved the bar at the night in the lobby. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. I would 100% recommend this resort to everybody.

Plus the water was not clean, looks like mug mixed with sand. + some seaweeds. They tried to clean them from sand but in the water…

The kiddie pool was closed for the first 3 days we fot there was not much entertainment or life , i also got sick and was throwing up , the water in the pools was cold we happen to be there when a cold front came and they did not heat the pools and actually closed the Jacuzzi later on

The food options are very limited. They close every restaurant from 5-6pm, with only the cafe open and the line is super long (understandable because nothing else is open)… the front desk for Hilton honors was very very slow. It took us an hour to get fully checked in. The kiddie pool was kept very cold, significantly colder than the adult pool so my kids couldn’t make us of it.

The wait staff in the vela buffet was terrible, they would literally just ignore us when trying to ask for a glass of water or coffee.

Not sure why this place got such good reviews, they tell everyone to leave them a review.. there are much better hotels to stay at. Don’t recommend

Room, staff, amenities, and everything the hotel provided was perfect. Our experience felt like Disney World. There were kids all over the place screaming, crying, running around, and the parents simply did not care. We were there for 5 days and never ate breakfast, lunch, or dinner without hearing kids screaming, running around unattended, or babies crying. Now I understand the \"adults only\" resorts. It was ridiculous.

The room was nice, balcony was peaceful, grounds were clean, wait staff at the lobby bar was great. There is not a lot of privacy in the in-room bathrooms having transparent glass walls. Make reservations for all your dinners as soon as you get there. The steakhouse books quickly. Avoid the Italian restaurant, not worth the time. The Asian and taco place were great.

We had issues with our driver being allowed onto the property to pick us up. The hotel worker-in reservation area, was extremely rude about this. This was not normal for a Hilton. The beach area was cleaned every morning. There were ample chairs on the beach and surrounding the pools. We would definitely go back.

I've stayed in Cancun many times and this was one of my favourite hotels. The hotel rooms were new and clean and very comfortable. We upgraded for an ocean view and it was beautiful. The food was amazing. The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. All staff members throughout the entire resort were very friendly and happy to be there working and wanted to make sure that all guest received good service. Every day we went to the pool and sat in the same section because we truly enjoyed Pedro. He made our trip. He was always willing to go above and beyond. If I were to give one critique, it's the beach itself. I loved the beach, but it was too small and I very much enjoy having beach chairs on the beach for at least one or two days of my vacation, but I was unable to do that. That wouldn't prevent me from returning to this resort because I found it excellent.

The room is clean- we had a pillow case with makeup smear on it ( I don’t wear any makeup, so it wasn’t mine) I assume it was a laundered pillowcase but it should have been taken out of the rotation for use-not a very good reflection of the hotel. Also could have used more towels in the room -only 1 washcloth for two people. We requested more and they came in removed our towels which we had hanging for another use , took the two hand towels we had but did not replace them, no wash clothes 🙁. Ended getting a couple later that day from housekeeping cart attendant. Beautiful resort, helpful staff, friendly too.
