I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect. Breakfast was delicioso! If you're looking for a magical place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely one of those places. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. He also speaks 7 different languages, so he was able to communicate easily with every single guest. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooftop is beautiful. I can’t say enough about this place! I will definitely stay here again.

Showers don't have hot water, and have improper drainage so it fills up like a pool and stays there for a day or so. We have no glass in the window of the bathroom which is directly outside of a night club (which we were not told about) Music was extremely loud until 3:30am and people’s cigarette smoke would come into our bathroom. The bathroom had no air conditioning because of the wood slat window leading directly outside.. Cool idea of a hotel but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Ruidosos. Loud. Very very bad sound isolation. Can hear your neighbors and people outside the windows and doors very clearly. We had to move rooms because we heard our neighbors full conversations. Then in our new room we were woken up by a birthday party right next to our window .

Lighting was poor and there were limited electrical outlets. None of which were in the bathroom for blow dryer, straightener, etc. The shades were smaller in width in comparison to the windows in the bathroom, which allowed for anyone outside to see into the shower and bathroom. I had to use a towel with clips to cover the area. The mirror in the bathroom had a button to turn on for lightning, but it was inoperable. Staff later informed me that there was no electrical current to the mirror. The shower was open and did not have doors, which caused the entire bathroom floor to be covered in water, including the toilette area. To get around the marina, you needed to use golf carts which had a 5 day rental minimum. The amount of golf carts available were limited to the amount of guests in the area. In order to get an UBER, you have to walk away from the Hotel to the entrance of the gate, which is an approximate 10 minutes of a walk. Consider this when forecast is pouring rain. Hotel only served breakfast which is a separate fee and the pool, although visibly pleasant, is small. For the amount of money paid, I was left unsatisfied.

Normally I don’t write reviews on hotel stay because when I pick a place to say, I’m literally just taking a bed to lay my head and so there’s really nothing special for me to talk about. However, in this case, the entire property was absolutely beautiful. It was beautiful in the pictures, but real life. It’s even more beautiful. The front desk workers were so amazing and so kind and so helpful, the food on the resort was absolutely delicious and again everything was just so beautiful. I have already decided that my next time coming to the Dominican Republic I will be staying in this exact same location And hopefully I can bring my sister and a couple of other people with me. The experience was amazing and I really appreciate them for making my first time in the DR as amazing and as beautiful experience. If I can give it 100 stars I would.

What a little gem! Among the big resorts and fast paced hotels, this small boutique hotel stands out for its uniqueness, accommodations, and an impressive staff led by Jonal. Our room was well appointed with quality bedding, comfortable bed and quiet AC. We were upgraded to room #1 that has a private sitting room where we had morning coffee and breakfast and afternoon tea. The attention to detail and service provided by Jonal and staff needs to be mentioned because it was the highlight of our experience. Every morning we were greeted with an excellent selection of breakfast options, my favorite was the waffles and eggs Benedict. The preparation and service worthy of 5 stars. Outside the hotel within a short walk are some excellent restaurants; I recommend Noah’s for seafood and The Scene for authentic Dominican fare. Also, Dolce, for a great selection of baked desserts and gelato.
Unfortunately, we didn’t use the beach because of the seasonal seaweed that is attacking all of Punta Cana. But the community pool was a short distance and we spent an afternoon participating in the different pool activities. I should mention that the hotel has small pool, a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a cart that will take you and pick you up from the beach. The beach, is not walkable because of the road construction. Again, if you’re looking for a unique, slower, more personal experience, this is your place. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Well designed common areas. A few “bait and switch” moments. Beach is not a 4 minute walk away as stated in description. You actually have to ask the staff to drive you there. Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. I'm so sorry I forget his name, but you know who you are!) The breakfast was simply fabulous every morning and well worth the $25 for the quality and variety of the food you can order from the menu. It was simply devine. I travel a lot for work and also work in international hospitality so I mean it when I say it that you should try this hotel - you won't regret it!

Discovered Faranda Cap Cana by luck. Reviews were excellent. It’s newly opened. Great property. Very quaint and staff is excellent. Choose the breakfast option in your booking. It’s delicious. Little plunge pool was perfect to cool off and the roof top patio is beautiful. Would be nice to have a bigger pool but access to nearby resort is included if you want. API beach is private and stunning. A little on the expensive side but worth a day visit. Noah and Drago Grill were our two fave restaurants. Used the SI Fit gym a lot ($10 daily pass). Nice feature. All the staff at the hotel is lovely and friendly. Very clean. Feels like a Spanish village. Very unique. We like quiet so it was perfect for a relaxing week. Set on the nearby marina and the views are beautiful! Recommend!

Neal was beyond wonderful and drove us to the beach even tho he didn't know where we were going exactly. The bartender ws gracious and made excellent drinks. The hotel is situation in a nice, quiet marina area. There are multiple restaurants and activities within a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and welcoming. I was able to manage well with only knowing a little Spanish. The staff was patient with me and there was someone on site that could speak English. The drinks and breakfast were delicious. We only had one issue with the hot water being out, but this was fixed rather quickly by the staff.
