I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.

We paid over $90 for this stay, and honestly, this place should not be open for business in its current condition. As we walked across the wooden slats, water came out from underneath them, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, the covers had white stains on them, making the room appear unsanitary and poorly cared for.No guest should have to stay in these conditions after paying for a room. This property needs immediate attention and proper cleaning before accepting more guests. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was extremely dirty. The towels appeared only partially clean, the curtains were stained, and the bathtub was filthy. There was hair in the bed when we arrived, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. The pool was also filled with sand and poorly maintained.

The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting mostly of juice and bread items, and guests were required to eat in the breakfast area. For the condition of the property and the level of service provided, the nightly rate felt far too high.

We had three people in our room, but only two sets of towels were provided. When we requested additional towels, we were told we could only exchange the ones we already had. Due to the condition of the floors and bathroom, we felt uncomfortable walking barefoot and even kept our shoes on while showering and moving around the room.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

No idea where all of those \"10/10\" reviews come from. This place is a 2 at best. This is your stereotypical cheap FL motel that you see in the movies, and the people staying there were a reflection of that. Loud, dirty, careless, inconsiderate. Screaming kids with no supervision, loud phone conversations outside so everyone can hear your drama, working on vehicles in the parking lot, playing music outside until 1-2am on a weeknight, almost every room had a makeshift table for smoking and drinking outside the door. But those are the people, and I'm just setting the scene for the motel review...This place is trash, but they're very proud of their trash. The first thing I noticed was a sign at the check-in desk saying not to put the towels and washcloths on the floor because they'll get dirty and you'll be charged an extra cleaning fee... Um, the only way they're getting dirty is if the floors aren't clean. Once I got in the room, I saw that they definitely were not. Especially in the bathroom. Floors were visibly dirty, and even had somebody's buttcrack-rolled toilet paper on the floor. And those towels they're so protective of are see-through, and the washcloths literally had holes worn in them. Most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on. I stacked the two together to try to get some relief. Not sure if it worked, but I went with it. Clothes rack was rusted and corroded. Poorly repaired holes in the wall. Coffee creamer packets so old they were solid like hard candy.

While the staff were nice, this property, or at least the room I was in is in horrible shape. Water stains and bubbles on the ceiling, loosing and warped linoleum on the floor from flooding? Stains on the walls. Sheets had someone’s hair on them. Just bad.

Bed was nice and comfortable. Gave us in room coffee that required a coffee pot but not maker. Was told on check a hidden deposit of $20 was required in case we put towel on floor or staind the towels. The tub in our room floor was soft. Wifi was great and good tv channels. Waffles for breakfast was great. Our room next door stayed outside smoking pot all night yelling on her phone. Surprisingly quiet for the closeness to I-95. But for the price we'll worth it. Would use them again when it really was just a place to sleep for us.

It was a bed to sleep in at night. They allow dogs and the room we were in must have had them prior because every time I entered i immediately began an allergy attack. Was told that if the towels were stained we would get charged, however upon inspection they were already stained. Bugs/gnats all over my daughter’s bed. Never saw a cleaning lady for 3 days. Soap in dispensers smelled awful. The waffles were good but the toaster didn’t toast bread.

Extremely dirty rooms. Layers of black dust on bed frames and room furniture. Microwave made loud alarming sounds like it was about to blow up. Faucet was old and rust, came off Avery time we used it. Shower curtain is brown and moldy. Toilet knob got stuck at every flush. Worst was the floor. They have this fake wood gray flooring that’s better than carpet however, they don’t mop it. Your socks or feet turn black as though walking on soot. No pool. They filled it with sand and cement.
You get what you pay for but proper hygiene is not too much to ask. This hotel needs to hire actual housekeeping staff. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

Being prior military, I can sleep just about anywhere. The AC worked good. But the room hasn't been maintained. The entry door wall bumper was hanging on the wall. The bathroom door was seperating (coming apart). The sink has cracks. The tub vent cover is corroded and lose. The lounge chair was old and stained. The paint job is bad; paint on switch covers, tissue holder and certainly didn't cut-in along ceiling before rolling the walls. If you're looking for a place to stop and rest, it's ok. The owner(s) sure didn't want to spend money. The breakfast did look very adequate though i didn't partake. I would not subject my wife to this.

During our 3-night stay we ran into issue after issue.
When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in window. We waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came out of one of the hotel rooms to check us in. I knew there would be a pet fee, but we were surprised to learn it was $20 per day.
We were also looking forward to using the pool, only to find out it had been completely filled in, which was never mentioned anywhere on the website.
Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the AC barely worked, and the TV was stuck on a tiny, low-resolution display. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and the customer service was terrible the entire time.
On our last night the power went out. When we asked the front desk what was happening, we were met with responses like “How would we know?” and “Dunno” when we asked when it might come back on. We had a 6-month-old puppy with us and couldn’t stay in a room with no AC or lights, so we booked another hotel that night.
The next morning we returned to check out and asked about a partial refund. We were told it wasn’t their fault the power went out and that we had to contact the third-party service we booked through. In the end they only agreed to refund half a day.
Do not book here. This was an awful experience and a complete waste of money. Honestly, I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again. I am shocked they’re even open still.

So they give the same song and dance for every bad review but the same problems are still there. Lip Service
Hotel is Grungy-Old and Grimey which would be fine if the facilities were clean.
Bedboards and bedside table were very dirty - had to break out the Clorox wipes which I presented to reception. Smoke detector was covered with a a black plastic bag and masking tape. Floor was gritty and the kids did not even want to walk on it. Had to wash the whole floor with a bathmat despite requesting housekeeping to please take care of it. Long black hair on the toilet - definitely not mine. Shower curtain was yellow and dirty at the bottom. Bath had cigarette burns. Inside the bath the resident insects were dead. The shower water had a funky smell. Basin plug only had one position \"Closed\" so water would not drain. When walking into the room it was very musty smelling. I actually kept the door open for fresh air. TV was not working - they were asked to please have a look but they had no clue. This is a great location but without a facelift I wont be back nor will I promote them for my functions. Rooms had limited coffee facilities. This is not their fault but big pickup truck sit idling in the parking lot outside the rooms for up to 10 minutes before they leave - maybe instead of telling people they will charge them for a towel that was on the floor - they should ask their guests to be more considerate.

Very old - very dingy - they said they revamped with a coat of paint. Old/Dingy/Clean - YES - Dirty - NO.
Light fixtures are rusted - they are falling off the wall. Bed boards are very very dirty - had to break out the clorox wipes which I showed them at reception. Floors were gritty to walk on. Apart from the rust doors were splattered with something liquid that was never wiped. My friend had to wash her floor with the bath mat because her children would not walk on it. The shower water had a \"funky\" smell to it. The smoke detector covered up with black plastic and masking tape. Photos attached. Toilet had long black hairs on it. Shower curtain had yellow funky dirt on the bottom. Bath bad cigarette burns and dead insects inside. Not their fault but guests with big trucks let the trucks idle at 5am outside your door. When checking in they tell you they will charge you for a dirty towel that was on the floor - maybe instead they should ask their guests to be considerate of other travelers. Very very basic breakfast but enough to get you going. Basic coffee necessities in the rooms. Great location but unless they have a facelift I can not see myself going back or promoting them for my function.

This was a last minute booking as we were roadtripping from New York down to Florida. Upon arrival to the room, the first thing we noticed was the bed side lamp shade was coated in a dark wax and had stains all over it. The sheets had make up stains on the sides and bed was barely made. The bathroom sink was cracked and the shower was filthy. Very disappointed with our stay.

This is a classic highway 2star crappy motel. Small. Crappy rooms. Bad smell. Bad breakfast. No bar soaps. Old a/c units. Bathroom had no hot water in the shower. The. Plumbing in the shower was deffective with a running water problem in the bathtub. It has a microwave and a small fridge. TV is flat and pretty big. Smart TV. Beds mattress are not so comfortable. Old and Musty smell in the rooms. This motel should normally cosy $50-$60 the night but I ended up paying. $130 the night because of its location near St. Augustine and also during the Holidays.

The room showed some wear but was pretty clean, with just a few spider webs. The front desk staff said my room number aloud upon checkin, so a training opportunity there. Highway noise was awful. The second night I kept the bathroom vent fan on to help provide a constant steady noise to drown out the highway. Either it worked or I was so exhausted I slept through the noise.
