This hotel is in a very quiet peaceful location walking distance to several beaches, as well as night life and shopping. 10 minute walk to Chedraui, the whole foods of Mexico. This place is a gem and often has a crocodile sunning on the float.

We bought our own paper towels, tissues, dish soap. 3 Star for inconveniences, but overall clean & spacious. Would certainly stay again if concerns where upgraded.

What an awesome find! The staff at Sina were so kind and welcoming. The property is lovely, I really enjoyed all of the greenery, the view of the lagoon, and all the birds. The restaurant was delicious too. I really appreciated not being in the middle of the craziness of the hotel zone, but walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The room was huge! The only thing that would have make it better was the bed we hard as a rock. Thankfully I had 2 beds so I switched. Make sure you catch a glance at the local crocodiles that like to sun bathe near the restaurant.

The staff, in particular Abigail in reception and Ramiro in the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. I lost my wallet and Abigail helped me call the US to cancel my credit cards, she also helped us when the internet didn't work in our room. The food in the hotel restaurant, La Isla, is excellent, and Ramiro is an excellent waiter; he will patiently explain the menu items to you and make sure you are happy with what you order. If you stay at this hotel, you will experience genuine, traditional Mexican generosity.

I stayed for a week and was there for dental work and mini vacation, and I booked the 2 bedroom Master Suite because I wanted the space and the view. Here's my honest review of Sina Suites...I'm trying to write the review that I wish I saw before I booked, and yeah I probably still would have booked.
Location: 7/10 It's slightly away, but still in somewhat reasonable walking distance, to the main areas of the Hotel Zone. I will say a good portion of the walk in between Sina and where everything is feels a bit sketchy at night in terms of both \"bad guys\" and wildlife, although I didn't have anything happen on my walks.
Quality of Room: 6/10 It's very basic and 3-star quality, mattresses were a bit sub-par. Was slightly disappointed because I paid close to larger/all-inclusive resort prices for the week. Upside was that it was clean, no bugs or any issues.
Overall Vibe: (Subjective) 8/10 It was great for me because I prefer a more chill experience and don't party, but others may prefer to stay elsewhere. I loved that it was relaxed and mostly quiet. Most common ages of guests ranged from 30s and up, and mostly couples.
Restaurant: 8/10 Food was good, service was great, view was excellent.
Staff: 10/10 Excellent staff, very professional and friendly.
Resort Nightlife: 5/10 The restaurant/bar closes at 10:30, go into town if you want to party.

We appreciated that the rooms were very clean, we liked the layout, where the parking lot had its own door and at the other end was a door out to the pool area. The unit layout was spacious and nothing felt crowded. The pool area was quite pleasant, and not crowded. The restaurant had a great location, overlooking the lagoon. The quality of the food at the restaurant was better than the local restaurants outside of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and easy to work with. The location of the hotel meant that it was quiet there all the time, and it clearly wasn’t quiet in other areas on the hotel zone.

Absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times. I know I’m a little different than probably most travelers from the US as I always bring a fishing rod with me and have called so many great catches off of the docks here. Very walkable to most of Cancun‘s Great amenities and beaches. If you’re looking for something that’s right on the beach this probably isn’t for you, but the beach is definitely within reach. I have stayed by myself and I’ve stayed with my wife both times. Had a great experience.

This is a great hotel! Abigail and Monserat at reception are fantastic -rooms are spacious and comfortable and. So well cleaned by the great staff! Breakfast is also great and Diego was excellent. The bar overlooking the lagoon is perfect and the cocktails are amazing- try the Ron Punch. So pleased we chose to stay here, you can reach the main area of Cancun and beach easily via bus or Uber. Such a beautiful place and the pool area is fantastic too.

They were painting in the unit next to me my whole stay. They did not give me the option to move. My roof was leaking in the bathroom of unit #133. They did not try to rectify the situation. The desk clerk Adrian had an attitude with me while explaining my situation. I did not have a pleasant stay.

If they had 10 stars I would give it. The property is gorgeous, well maintained, rooms kept up & super clean, most comfortable beds ever. Location is quiet, near dental clinics if needed, hotel zone, markets. The pool is spectacular, no screaming kids, people from all over the world. I am an older senior who traveled alone and was worried but I felt so safe here. The room was very secure, there is a safe in the room for your passport/cash and the Owner lives on the premises, 24 hour office.
Then there is the staff; I’ve never seen such kindness. We aren’t talking just professional formality but being treated as family. From the front desk (Maria and Adrian) to the manager (Lupita) to the housekeeping and wait staff. These people are the kindest, most patient & want to do everything they can to make your stay perfect. And the Owner, George, is such an incredible kind soul, I looked forward to seeing him every day, the most interesting man too. He went out of his way to make sure I got coffee every am, to even getting peanut butter left in my room as I mentioned I liked that for breakfast because of dental issues in conversation never expecting anything from it. This hotel is perfect if you're looking to stay off the main hotel strip and enjoy a more laid back/peaceful vibe. It's not a huge place and it's not fancy if that's what you're looking for. However, it's clean, the staff is absolutely amazing, and the pool and grounds are very well kept. It was right down the road from all of the action without having to be in the middle of it at the same time. If you want a cozy spot for you and your significant other without spending a small fortune, this is the place. Very good people, go see for yourself! :)

Beautiful walkways lead you to the pool, lagoon, and dockside bar. Very quiet & peaceful setting - perfect if you are in Cancun for a relaxing vacation. Not a party hotel - go elsewhere if that is what you are looking for. Adults only, no children running or screaming. Front desk staff friendly, helpful, and speak good english. Also - I used Uber to get around (not expensive here), but the cancun public bus picks up 2 blocks away on the main road. Loved it here - I'll be back!

The staff is wonderful especially Abigail. The suites are big but only AC in bedroom and AC needed in living room area. One of the beds mattress sinks in the middle and should be replaced. The suites need updated, painted etc. Not much in walking distance but it was very affordable.

Sina is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel - it is meticulously clean, quiet, and a short, easy walk from the dental clinic. We swam daily in the pool and ate several delicious meals at the reasonably priced outdoor cafe. All of the staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. Pictured is the shrimp kebab - it was so good!

My wallet fell out of a cab so naturally I assumed it was gone the next morning I get a call from the front desk the night staff found it and put it in my room key cubby! Such kind staff that went above and beyond! When in Cancun I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Sina Suites while getting dental work done in Cancun and really enjoyed it. The rooms are more like little apartments you get a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a decent fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink (just no stove). There’s also a nice balcony to relax on.
I noticed the pool is cleaned every day and there’s a small restaurant right by it. You can even get room service for no extra charge. The food was actually really good — I liked the burgers better than McDonald’s, and the burritos and fajitas were great too.
There’s also a tiki bar with plenty of seating, and a dock where you can sit and take in the view of the Ferris wheel and the lights from La Isla across the water at night its a really nice spot to unwind.

Despite a minor problem with check-in, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the service was excellent.
There was a small problem with payment as my arrival was delayed and the payment card therefore wasn't present when my travel companion tried to check in. This issue was resolved but I then found I was unable to use the payment card stored on the website as Amex is not accepted.
If I'd known this in advance I'd have given 5 stars across the board.

I liked almost everything about sina suites, the restaurant they have there is very very good, from breakfast to dinner! The staff were very polite, and courteous. The only thing i was not a fan of was the ants. They were in my kitchen area and the bathroom. Other then that its a great little place to stay for a few days

As an older woman in Cancun alone for dental work, this was a great place to stay. Restaurant and bar on-site and kitchenette in suite meant I didn't need to leave for the necessities. Staff were all pleasant, very helpful and accommodating, especially Ramiro, who went out of his way to make sure I got soft things to eat due to the dental work. Property well kept and clean.

Loud at night, can hear all the conversations from the rooms around us and from people in the outdoor pool. Awoken multiple times in middle of the night. Lighting in the room was incredibly dim. WiFi did not work for 2 days straight. The few positives: very friendly staff and free water.
