Staff was amazing and trim was immaculate and comfortable (and very quiet). Breakfast was varied (but I am a very picky eater, and I only could eat a danish, as I didn’t see anything appealing that I would eat. Fresh fruit variety was very limited (usually I can count on lovely fresh fruits, but understand seasonal availability). Wish I didn’t have to pay extra for a glass of juice.

This hotel was OK but the price point I think it’s a little bit expensive for what you actually get for when anyone from the airport can enter into the room areas there’s no lock and you don’t need your key card to get access. I saw people sleeping on the floors and things right in front of the door, which didn’t feel very secure. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the best part of this experience hands-down they were attentive. The food was phenomenal. The room seemed kind of moldy and tricked my allergies, but otherwise the bathroom was clean and so were the sheets in bed. Overall, I will write this experience a three out of five as far as accommodations go at the airport. I’ve stated on the airport hotels in this airport and this was one was just mediocre for the price. I did not get to use the pool because I arrive late. Maybe if I was able to use that my experience would have been different maybe people pay for that however with that being said I feel like the price point was too high for what you get in the security and people being able to enter, the room areas was definitely a downside so ladies, if you’re traveling alone, I would definitely choose the crown Plaza or something else.

Had a great stay at the terminal 1 Aerotel at Singapore airport. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient being right in the terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was — much larger than I expected. Perfect option for a transit stay or early flight. Would definitely stay again.

We were not able to get to the hotel due to immigration requirements of showing the boarding pass which was not available due to check-in desk was not open until 4 hours before departure. We booked a 12 hours stay. Please reconsider to refund without penalty as weren’t notified of this restrictions when I spoke to your agent the day before the check-in date. She was notified of our flight departure but did not advise us otherwise of such restrictions. It was such inconvenience to wait and stay at the terminal for more than 12 hours without sleep. Please confirm that my complaints have been validated.

Convenience is the greatest asset. Staff very well informed. Easy to find, a good locality, although small, a bed, towel and water jug are all that’s provided. Showers and toilets are close by. Bring warm clothing, although you will get a blanket, not too thick, if you ask. The room is very cold due to a fixed air con setting. A choice of six dishes is provided for your free meal. Once your time is up you can avail yourself the opportunity of killing time waiting for your flights by using the area where breakfasts are eaten. There is also extra showers and toilets here. It serves its purpose.

At check in we were informed that our booking was for only 6 hours and not a full day!!! I looked up our confirmation from Expedia and there is no mention of an hourly limit for our reservation. Definitely avoid this hotel unless you plan on only sleeping in the room for 6 hours!!

2nd time staying here as it is easy and convenient if you need rest and sleep during a long transit of 6 hours or more at Changi. For the price paid it is a bit expensive but I guess it is normal in Singapore. Single rooms as usual were a bit noisy with guests opening and closing doors. Walls are very thin.

It was perfect for our 8 hour stopover. We booked for six hours, slept for five and then went to the breakfast area to have our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful in ordering the meal. Catered for vegetarian and made the process easy.

It is also a lot cheaper than paying for a business class seat with idea of getting to sleep. Second stay here. Convenience to departure gate for early am flight is great. Beds comfortable but light under bedside table cannot be switched off, so room illuminated all night. Bathroom this time was grotty - tiles behind showerhead mouldy, tiles on shower floor felt slimy and the shower drain smelled musty. Not the fault of regular housekeeping, the room needs to be put out of action for deep cleaning. We booked for 12 hrs and wanted somewhere to store our luggage while we attended the free Singapore tour, but not possible at this hotel. Only option was checking in early, which would have meant checking out early, impacting sleep. The first check-in agent kindly helped create a solution, but by the time we returned that agent had finished for the day. He had left notes for the next shift, but the second check-in agent was totally inflexible, refusing to allow us to check in even 20 minutes early so we could drop our luggage and make the tour on time. The price is around triple other comparable options in Singapore, so it was disappointing to find the second check-in agent's service to be so inflexible. We already paid much more for the convenience of staying IN the airport, having to also get up 30 mins earlier and lose the sleep meant paying this extra was wasted. Would have been better staying somewhere else and paying the taxi fee to get to the airport. Would still have had to wake up at the same time, but would have saved $100+. Unlikely to stay again because of this

There is mould in Room 16 bathroom above the tiles in the shower - either the fan isnt being used often or it's ineffective at removing steam/moisture. The mould is unhealthy and needs to be removed and action needs to be taken to prevent it from reoccurring. Ive taken fotos so please contact me if you would to see what im referring to.

The temperature in the rooms seems to be set centrally by the hotel. Our AC panel on the wall said 21degrees Centigrade. This was very cool, altho not too cold. I tried pushing the warmer button several times (the fist press turned the display to 20degrees C) until the display showed 23degrees C. The panel then set itself back to 21degrees C. I think it would be nicer if the hotel cooled the rooms to 22degrees C
