Other than the fact that the 3BR villa was not ready until 5pm on day of check-in, and with 3 children under the age of 4, the waiting was quite difficult……everything else was wonderful!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience however, the food on property was limited and not very good. You had to shuttle to the two other properties nearby for any type of quality cuisine. I also found the restaurant staff to be very lackadaisical. The only one who is a true gem was the launch server, Sharon. She made a point to take care of your needs quickly and be very friendly.

We loved our two-room partial ocean-view villa. Clean, quiet and not too far from the pool. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant by the pool, Jermaine at the bar was a pleasure to chat with and he even got to know our favorite drinks. We enjoyed the property overall, but I wished I knew it was a timeshare property. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I received at least 10 calls & texts (before and during our stay) to sign up for a \"free gift\" in exchange for going to a presentation. Apparently no doesn't mean no because no matter how many times I declined, I still received more texts/calls. Even after calling the front desk. I wouldn't book there again for this reason.

Felt like a holiday inn express… the pool was old and there were no chairs ever available. They didn’t clean at all besides a “tidy” every 3 days and the even forgot to give us fresh towels on day 3. It felt pretty gross. Room was spacious though. Bummed we didn’t stay at Westin or a house on St. John. It was a last minute plan… we also paid for ocean view and the pictures looked like you were walking out on patio looking at the water and nothing else. We were four buildings up and we could see mostly building and a little bit of water. It was very disheartening.

We checked in and the person behind the counter said she didn't know where the room was located. We had a room number and that's it. We had no idea, where to go. At least if she told us the name of the building it would have helped. Later after we found our room, my husband went back and told the person who checked us in, that she should at least know what building the rooms are located.

It’s a beautiful resort but the service was terrible. The staff was rude, they all had bad attitudes. Asking for directions on the property was just awful nobody knew where nothing was. The restaurant food was disgusting, the servers were even worst. Especially at explaining the menu. The manager was rude as well, she later apologized when confronted. They sneak at night and take pictures of your balcony. Enter you room when you’re out. Completely disgusting!

We had an amazing experience at Marriott Frenchman’s cove. The villas were clean, spacious and granted us a perfect view of the beachfront and pool every single day. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs for use on beach or poolside. We never had to fight for a chair. The service at the restaurant was a little on the slow side but understandable as it was the only available restaurant during our stay. The food was still delicious and the tropical rum drinks were on point! We will definitely return!

Two nights in St Thomas
Pool atmosphere was fun, probably not enough room if it were busier. Beach was small but nice and close to the pool. Getting back-and-forth from the pool area to our room required walking across the street and using multiple elevators. Our room layout did not separate the bathroom from the bedroom, this means if one person is sleeping and the other uses the bathroom area it’s not very convenient. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I really enjoyed having the convenience of a washer and dryer inside our room. The computer was not set-up in the media room. One of the front desk employees stated that I could not print if it was a lot (but it was only 3 sheets that needed printing), because printing paper was scarce. Two others assisted me, letting me know it was alright to print my child’s school assignments.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay in St. Thomas. I was immediately greeted upon entering the property by a very sweet employee. She got me checked in quickly. She explained the property well including how to get to the bar/grill, pool and beach. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous. Clean, updated with amazing views of the ocean. I stayed in a 3 bedroom beachfront villa and this was hands down the most beautiful villa I have stayed in while on vacation. The villa had all the amenities I could ever need. The washer dryer in unit made it easy to do my laundry before I left so I didn’t have to do it when I got home from vacation. I highly recommend this place. I am in love. I will definitely be back.

We were not able to checkin to our room until an hour after the designated check in time. The property was nice but the pool and beach are too small for the number of rooms/people when full. We were there over Easter. They were not cleaning rooms due to Covid but we did ask for more coffee grounds. We waited for 1.5 hours and finally left to start our day. They never did drop off the coffee grounds. There is only one restaurant and it is next to the pool with not a lot of seating. They do have a marketplace with eggs, bagels and other food items. The view was pretty and the room were nice and had a kitchen and washer and dryer.

The pool area is nice. They did have a small “restaurant” with burgers, salads, sandwiches etc and a bar. I think at full capacity the pool would be too small to be accommodating. There is beach access that is a few stairs down from the pool area that has lounge chairs. The water is clear. There are foam “floats” that are anchored out in the water that you can sit/lay on which was really nice. The rooms were nice. We had a full kitchen with amenities. Beds were comfortable. Has a balcony area attached to living room. Staff were very friendly.
