The pool was nice and the bed was firm and good for my back. The staff was great.

The hotel needs thousands of dollars of repairs, almost everywhere you look things are broken or in disrepair. The restaurant is no longer open either.

The airport is an easy walk if you don't have much luggage.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. While its easy to walk to the airport from here the hotel is loud, noisy and the front desk staff were unfirendly. The hotel is WAY Past needing an update. Only redeeming factors were that the shower pressure was good and the air conditioning worked. From around midnight to 5am a roudy group of people yelled, screamend and were obviously drunk. You could here them all over the hotel as the walls are thin, Around 5:15 they stomped upstairs and starting fights and slamming doors. It was awful. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep and the hotel did nothing to stop them from making all the noise they wanted to make. I had 3 rooms booked an no one could sleep. The one bar they have was to open at 3PM....hadn't opened by 4pm so we left. When we came back around 8pm it was open. That bartender was nice but that was the only person we interacted with who wasn't unfirendly. Avoid at all costs.

Very decent to me, staff was nice and helped with all my needs. Room were very clean and inviting nice views pretty quite yea u can hear a little of the town partying but it’s an island nothing to serious. Air was working fine in my room, no breakfast just muffins and stuff like that. But I’m not really a breakfast person so I don’t look for that but it is the sister resort across from there where everything is nice little 5 to 8 min walk u can see the ocean as u walk so pretty cool to me. Everything was fine I would stay again, no it’s not the Hilton or Westin but it’s nice and affordable so you enjoy your vacation.

We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. Very outdated but it was convenient to be so close to the airport.

Staff has no customer service at all. Service was horrible. Tv , nor internet works. This is my second stay in 3 months I cannot do it again so disappointed. However area view is great, proximity to airport is great close to the beaches. Pool n bar are nice and great view. Cost not worth the service or room . But can manage for quick turnaround.

My room was very moldy smelling, furniture outdated it didn’t have an refrigerator or microwave so I had to keep throwing my food away.as much as my and I spent we wasn’t happy at all the tv remote didn’t work and the tv channel didn’t work either. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

I like the colation, literally steps from the airport, amazing views to the ocean and they have great coffee available and free in the lobby.
I don’t like that there’s still opportunity to improbe the cleaning. The tv only have 4 channels and it was impossible to connect it to the wifi

Air conditioning went out middle of nite, power in bath went out, shower flooded the floor thru the tile. No courtsey of refund considered. A tiny bottle of body wash. I used our own soap I had tossed in my bag. No restaurant now either. We had to take a cab to eat.

The staff was amazing but the water went out and we didn’t have water to shower. other people the were staying at the hotel were in the lobby complaining because the water was out and we couldn’t shower. The pics didn’t look like the actual place and to go to are room we have to go on the other side of the hotel and take stairs with are luggage. I wouldn’t stay in this property again.

This hotel is walkable from the airport and has a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We were greeted with smiling faces and had complimentary lemon water upon arrival. The queen bed, ocean view room was fabulous. It had everything we needed and nothing extra. The air conditioning worked wonders. We had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, along with muffins for breakfast.

Stayed here with a friend and i will rate it a 7/10
.. cleanliness could be a better with receiving a semi
dirty room.
.. from my knowledge there’s no big breakfast but they provided muffins , coffee and lemon water .
.. there’s a bar that’s supposed to open at 3 but it can opened at later times depending on the workers (the latest 6:45) and it closes at 9
.. staff was very nice , upgraded my room & places I can go near for either food/ toiletries or nightlife.
I love the view with my balcony ocean view room!
I most definitely will stay at this hotel again the next time i visit , i will just be more prepared.

Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.

There was no Internet access on the TV so I couldn't watch TV for 3 days. I paid for a King bed and was forced to settle with a double bed room, staff lied about putting me in King room on day 2. I never was accomodated, the shower didn't drain properly so water was floating from the drain as we took showers, the property has several visibly sick cats living there, the front desk staff lied about the Internet not working because of a \"storm\" earlier in the day. The Internet connected to phone fine but wouldn't connect to the TV. The front desk said they don't offer accomodations for any mishaps with bookings. It's a convenient location but the staff isn't friendly and the hotel itself isn't worth the headache. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

We had the private villa with the balcony . The place it self is nice with an ocean view. The bar is only open until 9 which is a downer but the drinks are reasonable priced. It is a 5 minute walk from the airport so no need for a taxi to get to and from which I liked. Right by the beach which was nice. You can tell the property is older but it is nice and quiet. They have cats and roosters on the property. Seem like the island is known for that, they don’t bother anyone tho.

Read the previous reviews so I had very low expectations. Short walk from the airport was nice, quiet place to lay my head at night. Things were broken in the room and you need a taxi or to rent a car to go anywhere. We had no running water the last day and the staff said that had been an on going issue for weeks. No apology they just brushed it off.

There was many repairs that needed to be made to the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. There was no hot water the faucet to turn the water on was broken. They didn’t come and change the sheets or gift towels. The whole property seemed old and ran down.

The hotel is nothing like the photographs posted by the hotel. It was severely damaged in hurricane Irma and has not been remodeled adequately. Broken tiles, no furniture in the bar lounge area except plastic chairs. There is no restaurant only a bar that serves chips. But the bartender was really great! I would never stay at this hotel and would never recommended to anybody until they bring it back up to a better level of cleanliness maintenance and service.

Was a fabulous stay staff was real friendly accommodating at every chance we loved a lot of them. The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. We walked the emerald beach every night under 🌝 moonlight all and all living in a picture or a dream.

The view was beautiful. It was a view of an ocean and a small mountain. It was very peaceful and surreal. The room was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helped us find a cab. I was able to walk to Lindberg Bay Beach from the hotel. Nearby were beach activities like jet ski, boats and the taco bar. The hotel is right across the street from the airport and I was able to walk to the hotel, so that saved me money not having to get a taxi. One unfortunate thing happened that ruined my stay. I am extremely afraid of roaches, and there was the biggest cockroach that I have ever seen in the bathroom when I got up to use it in the middle of the night. Maybe it's because it's the tropics and that's unpreventable, but that scared the mess out of me. Not only that, there is no restaurant or bar on-site. You have to go offsite for any activities.

I must say I had a multitude of problems. The first being that the room had roaches. And I found this out in the middle of the night by one crawling at my arm as I was using the restroom and grabbing toilet paper. The TVs in the room do not work. There was one channel that is completely static and that was it. There was Minimal water pressure and No hot water. The bathroom area smells like mold, and the room is only partially renovated. The hotel attempted to adjust the pressure for the showerhead, but it did not get better, we had to bathe from the faucet and splash water on ourselves because I refuse to sit in that roach bathroom.. I asked to speak to a manager. No one ever contacted me to change rooms it was actually no response from them at all. So I spent six days in a room with roaches and no TV while traveling on vacation with kids. The only beneficial thing is that the one staff I spoke to at the desk was polite and apologized about the problem but did not solve them. Ultimately I paid too much money for this hotel to bathe in cold water, have roaches crawl on me, not have a TV and to not fully enjoy my vacation.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the BVIs so only spent about 18 hours here. The property is certainly dated and they have pretty much given up on the bar/restaraunt and the man-made beach. Pros: clean room, cold AC, complementary muffins and coffee, good view and clean pool, walking distance from airport and beach. Cons: Dated, no other amenities, sliding patio door difficult to open, helpful front desk for calling cab.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is very run down and clearly not well maintained. There’s no restaurant on site, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. To make matters worse, the vending machine was broken, and the ice machine wasn’t working either. Overall, it felt neglected and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property wasn’t ready, most of the property wasn’t available. Our room was on the bottom level. I had to have prior water damage. The television didn’t work the balcony door wouldn’t close. The bathroom had rust around the bathroom in and out the bathtub around the counter top. When you’re at a hotel or villa your supposed to receive towels and toilet paper. We had to walk over to the main building and request it the young lady gave attitude because we interrupted her scrolling on her phone. The next morning we went to get coffee and muffins into our surprise. The woman at the breakfast is over at 9:30. My Daughter said we don’t want breakfast We would just like a muffin and a cup of coffee. She then said it’s complementary and we close it down at 9:30.,the day before we had coffee & muffin at 11:00 how had a muffin and coffee the day before at 11:20 so how come we had breakfast is over when you’re on vacation who wakes up at 9:30 in the morning on vacation. A vacation is to rest and enjoy yourself. Manuel, the property manager was very accommodating show us a great locations. He was our driver and it was a beautiful experience.The property needs some serious upgrades. Thank you. I would love to come back after your renovations are completed. Maybe in April next year for Carnival. Can’t wait to see the change.

If you are only staying a day or two and want close proximity to the airport this place is perfect - you can walk to the airport.
The view of the bay is beautiful and the office staff (especially Vika) are very accommodating and helpful.
BUT if you're staying longer... there's no restaurant or beach access, you need to walk to the Emerald Resort across the bay. Not a terribly long walk, but inconvenient.
A taxi to the nearest grocery store will cost $20 for the round trip, but luckily there are always taxi drivers waiting in the grocery store parking lot.
The property needs a LOT of repair and could be at least made more ascetic through clean up.

The property was located in a convenient spot near the airport. It is a diamond in the raw. Very Raw. The so called continental breakfast was a muffin and coffee. The restaurant was closed for some time. So the only place to eat was at the airport or the next resort down the bay. Don’t get in the upper pool until they clean drain and fix it. The place has potential to be nice venue , but will need a lot if work. I give a thumbs up to the staff for trying to keep up with this dated place. We stayed in a villa with a beatiful view. The room was clean and recently renovated. They at least need a shuttle to the next resort where you can eat and hang in the beach.

The best thing about this property is the view and essentially that is what you are paying for. Waking up everyday to the gorgeous ocean and Mountain View was magnificent.
You're right across the street from the airport so it's very convenient location but you can hear the planes taking off but it's not too bad though.

My room was near where a lot of cats hangs out so as soon as I opened my door it smelled like an old litter box even though it's outside air I'm inhaling.
The hot water doesn't last long at all but I assume that's an island issue.
There were 4 people in my room that had two double beds but we only had towels for 2 people on the first day and when I tried to get more towels, they said they were out of towels and had neither bath or beach towels.

The property has a lot of potential and it's disappointing to see it's not being used to the fullest.

The pictures and descriptions of this property is very deceptive! It’s old and rundown. Cracking the building structure, cracks in the floors, dirty and old refrigerator, tv and sink didn’t work, one of the pools is small and dirty. Not handicapped accessible. I would not recommend this property to a dog if needed shelter. It was ocean view that’s it.

Overall the stay was good. We had a kind ocean view room. The view was gorgeous, and it had a nice large balcony. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. Our room was not ready at the 4p check in and we had to wait an hour and a half, and the communication was not the best. The electrical in the room was a bit iffy as well. One side table light would not stay on. The coffee machine would not stay on in the outlet it was plugged into, so we had to move things and unplug things to use it. The location to the airport was great, at most a 5 minute walk and also at most a 5 minute walk to Emerald Beach, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

My partner and I have been coming here for about 5 years. During this period we've stay at this hotel about 9 times. When we first started coming here, there was an active bar/restaurant. Through the years they closed it so if you have to get a meal or drinks you'll have to go to the sister hotel which is on the beach. Although their televisions have not work the last 3 times we've stayed here, we still chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport so don't spend you're money in transportation. From this hotel to the beach its an 8 minutes walk and a $6 per person ride each way. The staff are amazing!!!!! Very helpful and attentive. I just got back home and I'm planning my next trip out there.

Stay at this property for a week and would not recommend to anybody. Day 2 my partner and I experience a bug infestation. Our whole week stay we didn’t have any tv to watch. No restaurant on the premises like they claim they have. Soda machine down. Light switch controls all the electricity tv outlets etc. No hot water. Doors coming off hinges. Was not a very pleasant stay for my partner and I.

We stayed in the King ocean-view Villa Suite ( The Hibiscus Suite)- definitely the nicest suite. Sweeping views of the Caribbean. Very private and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property in general is showing its age. Our TV remote was missing- so no TV. Coffee pot was inoperable- but coffee available in the lobby. The villas are a step above the hotel rooms. We walked to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Inconvenient for access to restaurants or grocery.

I went to this hotel because the app say it was a restaurant on the property. The front desk say the restaurant been closed for two years.
You will have to across the bay to their sister restaurant and it closed early. The pool was dark at night no lighting around it. The location is good. They doing work on property. My birthday and no restaurant open after 8. Taxi are over rated anywhere you go. Charge for book bags as luggage for $3.00 only cash for all taxi $7 to $30 dollars around trip. Emerald beach resort where the restaurant and food is on St. Thomas if you come to this hotel you will be disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Beaten down hotel. Spiders in the beds. Dead cockroaches ceiling falling down. Trying to get my money back. We checked in and out within 15 minutes.

Close to airport, old hotel, tv doesn’t work, nice view, there’s a pool but they’re doing some landscaping so you can’t really use it.

It’s more if you need a layover near the airport that’s about it
