The pictures and descriptions of this property is very deceptive! It’s old and rundown. Cracking the building structure, cracks in the floors, dirty and old refrigerator, tv and sink didn’t work, one of the pools is small and dirty. Not handicapped accessible. I would not recommend this property to a dog if needed shelter. It was ocean view that’s it.

Ocean was visible lovely view but the glass sliding door didn't work you had to be strong to up open it. One light worked in the bedroom. The bathroom light work the vent might be fake no switch for it. the water pressure was really low the safe had no batteries to store your documents and the list goes on

Overall the stay was good. We had a kind ocean view room. The view was gorgeous, and it had a nice large balcony. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. Our room was not ready at the 4p check in and we had to wait an hour and a half, and the communication was not the best. The electrical in the room was a bit iffy as well. One side table light would not stay on. The coffee machine would not stay on in the outlet it was plugged into, so we had to move things and unplug things to use it. The location to the airport was great, at most a 5 minute walk and also at most a 5 minute walk to Emerald Beach, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

The balcony is very small and they have no elevator so you hang to carry your luggage up some stairs
I booked there from Friday to Monday and left on a Saturday because the room was filthy

My partner and I have been coming here for about 5 years. During this period we've stay at this hotel about 9 times. When we first started coming here, there was an active bar/restaurant. Through the years they closed it so if you have to get a meal or drinks you'll have to go to the sister hotel which is on the beach. Although their televisions have not work the last 3 times we've stayed here, we still chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport so don't spend you're money in transportation. From this hotel to the beach its an 8 minutes walk and a $6 per person ride each way. The staff are amazing!!!!! Very helpful and attentive. I just got back home and I'm planning my next trip out there.

Stay at this property for a week and would not recommend to anybody. Day 2 my partner and I experience a bug infestation. Our whole week stay we didn’t have any tv to watch. No restaurant on the premises like they claim they have. Soda machine down. Light switch controls all the electricity tv outlets etc. No hot water. Doors coming off hinges. Was not a very pleasant stay for my partner and I.

We stayed in the King ocean-view Villa Suite ( The Hibiscus Suite)- definitely the nicest suite. Sweeping views of the Caribbean. Very private and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property in general is showing its age. Our TV remote was missing- so no TV. Coffee pot was inoperable- but coffee available in the lobby. The villas are a step above the hotel rooms. We walked to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Inconvenient for access to restaurants or grocery.

I went to this hotel because the app say it was a restaurant on the property. The front desk say the restaurant been closed for two years.
You will have to across the bay to their sister restaurant and it closed early. The pool was dark at night no lighting around it. The location is good. They doing work on property. My birthday and no restaurant open after 8. Taxi are over rated anywhere you go. Charge for book bags as luggage for $3.00 only cash for all taxi $7 to $30 dollars around trip. Emerald beach resort where the restaurant and food is on St. Thomas if you come to this hotel you will be disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Room definitely felt neglected. The hotel was old outdated and in need of major repairs. The room was not clean, there was a dead roach in the doorway. There were spiders on the bed, hair on the tub, urine around the toilet, residue on the counter, stains on the floor, trash under the bed, the balcony door was off track extremely hard to open and would not close completely. The key cards continuously deactivated. The hotel could not change our room due to the fact it was completely booked because of flight delays. There weren’t any restaurants or amenities at the hotel. It felt like a disgusting motel. Under no circumstance would I ever stay there again.

Rooms very clean. Pool really nice. Still rebuilding from hurricane, but getting there and second deck was well on its way which will be a great addition to sit, sun and enjoy. Views from room balconies stunning. Please be aware at present there is no restaurant or bar, but with fridges or cool boxes supplied (very good ice machines in each area) any bought in drinks can be enjoyed extra chilled. Food kept chilled and microwaves used. But go out enjoy the island and its foods - their sister hotel is a ten minute walk round the bay as well!

My sister and I went to St. Thomas and stayed at Lindbergh hotel from February 12, 2026 to 16th of February.
On first day we had cold water and after complaining to staff we were told they would have it checked out. We had just gotten if a four hour flight and had a greet and meet night so we said we'll take a shower when we got back to hotel. Upon our arrival back to our room (room-217) there was no hot water, and after long flight and meet n greet I, Diane took a cold shower.On 13th we reminded them of cold water issue and they said they were taking care of it. So we left around 1:00 p.m. and returned around 11:00 p.m. and there was no hot water still. On the morning of 13th we asked for batteries for the TV it wasn't working either and Diane asked for batteries but none was delivered that day. On 12th to 16th of February we we never had no hot water and Diane took cold shower everyday, Wanda rinse off in sink for 2 days.
As for batteries for TV we found out on the eve of the 15th that the control was wrong control for tv in our room.
I am asking for a refund for the only thing supplied for us was a bed.
We had 1 night clerk that tried to help us on Saturday night and due to lateness of hour he said he will let manager know of our situation. We never heard anythong from any one.
So after allof this I sm asking for refund.

This is an older place and it shows its age. It was clean but TV and in room sink didn't work. Refrigerator was cold! We stayed in the Gardenia Room and the view is hard to beat. The place has two pools. Larger one is near the office area. Then a small one with the same view as our room. Its hard to beat the price. Next to airport but you are facing away from it so you don't hear it. Staff was very nice. We would stay again.

This is a great place to stay to be close to the airport to save on taxi fares, as it is walking distance.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and the staff were super lovely and helpful. It has a little pool and nice views across the bay.

There is no restaurant, but we did get a free muffin for breakfast. The nearest restaurant is a 15-minute walk away, at the hotel down the beach.

Room was awful. Doors did not manually lock, seedy area. Noise from watercraft. Buggy. Lower level below my top floor room was completely destroyed and in disarray. Felt very uncomfortable in the room

I don’t usually leave 1star reviews but this was a 1star experience. We had a quick trip to St Thomas. The room was dark with only 2 lamps and one of them didn’t work due to out of the 2 electrical outlets only one worked. Outside smelled like a dead animal. To top it off there was no coffee. The towels were stained. Parking was terrible. This place should just go ahead and close. I just have nothing good to say about it.

Room is definitely outdated. In mine, loose and pulled out electrical socket, sliding glass door, extremely difficult to open and didn’t close all the way, etc..
Walked to front desk at 7:45 AM for 730 coffee and was empty and littered with trash. Front desk agent said oh no.!
Probably the main reason for staying is the close proximity to the airport, which is just a short six minute walk away. Very convenient..
Note that the beach is not accessible at the property, but it is about a 15 minute walk. Beach is great.!

Hotel... motel would be more accurate was under construction. Hopefully for a full rehab. Had rocks being tossed down metal slides at 7am. Bar & restaurant closed. Upon checking in, we were told by staff at front desk that the restaurant and bar was closed, we picked this hotel because the pictures showed outdoor dining, and a two beautiful pools. We had to walk along side the road for 10 minutes to the neighboring hotel to get something to eat. Upon walking the pathway to our room, we came across lots of cats that had deficated all over the walkways, the pools were dirty w/ leaves and brush, so we did not swim. The T.V. in our room did not work, we called down to the front desk, who told us some one can check on it tomorrow. The next day when we went down to tell the staff our t.v. did not work, told us that the internet goes in and out and there was nothing they could do. The walls are very thin, you can hear the people in the next room. I called down to the front desk to request a fan to drown out the sound of the man in the next room, and was told they had not fans on the premises. Our toilet did not flush, all of the lights in the room did not work, the outlets did not work to charge our phones, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the balacony terrace was broken, The pathway to our suite was not well lit, as some of the lights were not working, which caused my fiance to trip and almost fall going up and down the steps. We had to rent a car to get around the island. We had hoped to relax at the hotel, swim in the pools, and eat and drink in the hotel. We could not do any of these things at this hotel. We were unsatisfied.

Carpet on stairs past best-before-date. Bathroom glass ledge a hazard - banged my head getting up off toilet. No hand soap in bathroom - good thing I had some in my travel kit.

The room was not like on the photo! Not even close.
Our room needed some updates, but mainly the stairs to the first floor were trip hazard as it was old loose and partially torn carpet.
It’s walk distance from the airport, which was great boon for our plans. But the phone line in the room did not work, the lights by the pool were out so no evening swim even a consideration. There is no restaurant or food available nearby, the vending machine was broken and the staff doesn’t have access to it and there is no maintenance staff on the property.
It’s 3 star hotel and the price was ok.
It was quiet, mattress was ok, pillows were very poor quality. Beds were not professionally made at all, in fact they kind of looked used. But by then I did not want to go downstairs again as I could not even call the receptionist.

Ok, so this is my personal opinion. This is a good spot if you want near the airport and we had beautiful views from our balcony. It’s clean, the staff is nice, and the ac works. Clearly they are still chipping away at damage from the hurricane. In our room things like a few outlets didnt work or were loose, couldnt get the tv to work, asked 4 different staff to change the batteries in the safe that was blinkimg “low battery.” Never got those batteries but we did get fresh towels when we asked, beds and room were clean and frres, and it had a decent bathroom and shower. No amenities except for a pool and looks like the restaurant was nice at some point but closed now. If you dont mind the 10 min walk up and down the hill to the emerald or the beach, you’ll be fine. If you are looking for an upscale resort kind of place this I don't think fits the bill. I think it does have a lot of potential. If you want a clean place to crash, without a ton of stairs (which you will find with others in town at comparable prices) and right next to the airport, this is perfect. And the views are on the water and you can watch the sun rise. But not if you are looking to stay at a property you can lounge at and call room service,

Giant 3 inch cockroaches. Yellow tinted sink water. Cold shower water. Holes in bathroom wall stuffed with Kleenex tissues. Potholes and massive cracks to room floor as well as stairs posing a fall risk. Balcony doors jammed shut posing a safety hazard. Lord forbid a fire happen you won’t have an escape route. Restaurant is closed and looks abandoned.

This was a very unfortunate experience, upon check in a couple was having a serious altercation, and front desk only called police after I suggested she does that. She admitted the visitor had already abused his guess the night before and she did nothing. Upon getting to our room, TV does not work, internet, down, limited fresh towels, cats everywhere like a petting zoo, and the service men looked unprofessional is my choice of word. I can never bring my family back. I have stayed on this property several times in the past and it was not like this. They can do better by first retraining or rehiring new staff that cares.

There is not a nice way to say it. This hotel is in terrible condition. It looks like an old abandoned falling apart hotel and they are renting rooms for over $200 a night. It really is unreal and unacceptable. Nothing like the photos that Expedia is showing you. I would feel bad to think anyone else would waste their money here. I have never had such a terrible experience before. Iw ill not book with expedia again due to the misleading photos.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights, this will work for you. One of the older hotels on the island, and definitely showing its age. Does not have a beach, or a working restaurant, or a bar for you to spend your time at. Will encourage you to build a little character!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the TV screen was shaking as in the picture looked like an earthquake. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, but it was never addressed. I honestly felt like I inconvenienced her just by bringing it up.

The rooms themselves were fine, but the noise level was a major issue. You can hear everything in the hallways. The first night around 2:30 a.m., men were loudly talking in the hallway and woke us up. The second night was even worse there was a party down the hall that went on until about 4:30 a.m. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We even put towels under the door to try to block the noise, but it didn’t help. We were woken up multiple times both nights.

When we mentioned the situation to the daytime staff, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests looking for help.

The most positive thing I can say is that the outside area was nice, and the location was convenient and walkable to the airport.

Vending machines were even out of service. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called a representative from Expedia immediately after arrival.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Yes it’s a cheap easy place to stay the current conditions of the resort look nothing like its current conditions. This place should be condemned if a health inspector or code officer came through here the place would be shut down. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night maybe but no longer than one day. The dining area looks like everyone got up one day years ago and left, there’s a million cats and smells horrible. The one pool listed has completely been demo left in ruble all those beautiful scenic walk ways are blocked off over grown fallen apart. I have pictures for anyone wanting to see!

This hotel is in need of a RENOVATION. I stayed here a couple of years ago when they at least had a restaurant and bar. Both are gone. The hotel is BASIC. If you need a bed to sleep then it will do. The only saving grace is that the STAFF are nice. They deserve to have jobs but the hotel needs to shut down and re-open will more ammenities-MAINLY A RESTAURANT. The location is good - I walked to the airport. But there is no food options. The Emerald Beach Resort is walking distance but their food is blah. The rooms also do not have mini refrigerators. For local food try Walkers by the Sea…it is close but closes early. At times I was feeling like I was at the BATES Motel. I hope the owners of this establishment READ THE REVIEWS and make some updates. St. Thomas is one of my favorite islands….and I will be back. But not at the Linberg Bay Resorts.

If you are on a budget or plan to be out and about all day, then maybe consider this hotel. Super close to the airport, you can walk and if you like aviation you can look at planes and see them fly off/land. The beach nearby is fine. The rooms are clean and that is it for the positives. The hotel is greatly run down and needs renovations asap. Our room didnt even have a lock on the bathroom door, so it didnt stay closed - it was always slightly opened, there was no shower control handle as it was broken off. We had a leaking toilet 3 out of the 4 nights we were there and they came to fix it three times but after the third time it literally flooded the entire bathroom floor. They offered us a different, downgraded room, in the middle of the night after they said they fixed it the first time but nothing happened, but didnt offer to help us move... They dont greet you with a hello or a smile, the lady who had the afternoon shift was the nicest. The beach towles smell horrible, I would bring your own. We were supposed to have a mini fridge and never received it even after asking, no apologies given.
Overall, if you plan to only sleep there, and put up with everything I mentioned, consider staying there. I dont believe I would again.

The property is a bit worn but clean and nice staff. Quiet. Location is as expected - near the airport so convenient if you need to be near the airport! Nice little balcony. Very comfortable but not fancy, bathrooms seem to be updated.

Morning staff was very rude, she kept interrupting me anytime I had a question or was speaking. The power went out on our first night for about 4 hours. Staff said that the hotel doesn’t have a generator and there was nothing we could do but wait because their manager wasn’t answering the phone. The balcony lock didn’t work as well ask the sink faucet.

Stay was great, the staff was very helpful. We did suffer a power outage, but we got a partial refund for it. Plus is that its close to the airport, and emerald beach.... Con is the proximity to everything else... I stayed at the hibiscus villa, and it definitely was worth it... the view alone was amazing! I can only speak on the villa ilI stayed in.

The hotel went out of power the night that I was staying, there was absoultely zero back up power. I had to use my phone light to guide myself in the hallway. Staff did not have answers to questions. The room was too hot to sleep in so I sat outside the balconly most of the night. Hotel did not do anything to compensate for the power outage.
