Had a room confirmed and paid for but we got there they said it was not available and had to downgrade room. No refund. No bar, closed. Front door was broken. Different information given about taxi price from what driver charged. Lobby women’s bathroom out of order. Vending machine out of order. Bathroom needed paint job. Water was hot in bathroom. Would not recommend at all

The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.

I loved the view of the beach. Just opening the curtains and it’s right there !! I loved the pool !! House keeping did a good job while we were away. I love the location ( right by the airport !! So it made picking up and dropping off our rental such a smooth experience). The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze !

I wanted to be close to the airport for my last night on St. Thomas. Just as the website said, the airport was a 3-5 minute walk! The room was cool, clean and served it's purpose. The most negative thing that I have to say is about the lack of food and the lack of access to food. They did state on the website that the restaurant is closed - so just know before you go - you either have to eat really well before you turn in, bring something with you when you check (4pm) that will keep at room temperature for 2-3 hours until you're ready to eat dinner or go hungry until morning (delivery service was no where to be found). The bar was open for a few hours and I met a person who was there for work. There was supposed to be grilled hot dogs during bar service hours and they didn't even have that nor did any staff member go out to get any so all he had was stale chips.

The pictures are a fraud. There’s no restaurant on the premises at all. The pool looks nothing like the pic. My bed sheets were dirty and had false eyelashes attached to them. There was construction done daily. Men were throwing large rocks down a shaft from 8am to 4pm DAILY!!! Including the weekend! They cut the yard daily. The excuse I was given was ground work was done daily. This made my stay horrible. The people were very nice but they didn’t solve any of the issues. I will never return.

Pool in the Villas was not cleaned so I wasnt able to use the private pool. Hotel rooms need to be upgraded and tv are not in order.

Do not stay here! Property is in shambles. Bar not open. Safe didnt work. Gave us another room, safe didnt work. Lobby furniture is dirty and carpets are worn and stained. Villa area is a home for ferrel cats. Pool area dirty. Looks like no repairs or upkeep since hurricane. Didn't feel safe walking the property. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site.

And the taxi driver Hakeem was absolutely amazing he was our local tour guide we where 2 girls on vacation she walked us in to make sure we where safe and or show us around he definitely made up for everything else…

Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the
Air Conditioning unit was not working.
They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air.
We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose.

While this property has withstood the test of time, it is an utterly charming place to stay. I lucked up and was in the Hibiscus villa. The view from it was nothing short of spectacular. That alone was worth the price of admission. The convenience to the airport added to the allure of this property. A mere five minute walk? You can't beat that. The staff at Lindbergh Bay hotel & Villas was welcoming and kind. And if you're looking for a fantastic meal, go to their sister property, Emerald Beach, and visit the Caribbean Fusion restaurant. Go after 2 pm because the chef on duty then? She will have you making repeat trips back for her cooking. We went to the Greenhouse, even visited a roadside truck. Nothing beat the food at Caribbean Fusion after 2 pm, any day Thursday through Saturday. I can't attest to what other days \"Momma\" (that's what my brother and I took to calling her) is cooking, but if she is, be there. I promise you this, the next time I go back to St. Thomas, I will definitely be staying in Lindbergh Bay Hotel & Villas. It was perfectly located, a unbelievable value, and close enough to the action but still far enough away to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel needs thousands of dollars of repairs, almost everywhere you look things are broken or in disrepair. The restaurant is no longer open either.

The airport is an easy walk if you don't have much luggage.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. While its easy to walk to the airport from here the hotel is loud, noisy and the front desk staff were unfirendly. The hotel is WAY Past needing an update. Only redeeming factors were that the shower pressure was good and the air conditioning worked. From around midnight to 5am a roudy group of people yelled, screamend and were obviously drunk. You could here them all over the hotel as the walls are thin, Around 5:15 they stomped upstairs and starting fights and slamming doors. It was awful. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep and the hotel did nothing to stop them from making all the noise they wanted to make. I had 3 rooms booked an no one could sleep. The one bar they have was to open at 3PM....hadn't opened by 4pm so we left. When we came back around 8pm it was open. That bartender was nice but that was the only person we interacted with who wasn't unfirendly. Avoid at all costs.

Very decent to me, staff was nice and helped with all my needs. Room were very clean and inviting nice views pretty quite yea u can hear a little of the town partying but it’s an island nothing to serious. Air was working fine in my room, no breakfast just muffins and stuff like that. But I’m not really a breakfast person so I don’t look for that but it is the sister resort across from there where everything is nice little 5 to 8 min walk u can see the ocean as u walk so pretty cool to me. Everything was fine I would stay again, no it’s not the Hilton or Westin but it’s nice and affordable so you enjoy your vacation.

We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. Very outdated but it was convenient to be so close to the airport.

The pics didn’t look like the actual place and to go to are room we have to go on the other side of the hotel and take stairs with are luggage. I wouldn’t stay in this property again.

This hotel is walkable from the airport and has a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We were greeted with smiling faces and had complimentary lemon water upon arrival. The queen bed, ocean view room was fabulous. It had everything we needed and nothing extra. The air conditioning worked wonders. We had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, along with muffins for breakfast.

.. cleanliness could be a better with receiving a semi
dirty room.
.. from my knowledge there’s no big breakfast but they provided muffins , coffee and lemon water .
.. there’s a bar that’s supposed to open at 3 but it can opened at later times depending on the workers (the latest 6:45) and it closes at 9
.. staff was very nice , upgraded my room & places I can go near for either food/ toiletries or nightlife.
I love the view with my balcony ocean view room!
I most definitely will stay at this hotel again the next time i visit , i will just be more prepared.

Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. There was no Internet access on the TV so I couldn't watch TV for 3 days. I paid for a King bed and was forced to settle with a double bed room, staff lied about putting me in King room on day 2. I never was accomodated, the shower didn't drain properly so water was floating from the drain as we took showers, the property has several visibly sick cats living there, the front desk staff lied about the Internet not working because of a \"storm\" earlier in the day. The Internet connected to phone fine but wouldn't connect to the TV. The front desk said they don't offer accomodations for any mishaps with bookings. It's a convenient location but the staff isn't friendly and the hotel itself isn't worth the headache. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

We had the private villa with the balcony . The place it self is nice with an ocean view. The bar is only open until 9 which is a downer but the drinks are reasonable priced. It is a 5 minute walk from the airport so no need for a taxi to get to and from which I liked. Right by the beach which was nice. You can tell the property is older but it is nice and quiet. They have cats and roosters on the property. Seem like the island is known for that, they don’t bother anyone tho.

Read the previous reviews so I had very low expectations. Short walk from the airport was nice, quiet place to lay my head at night. Things were broken in the room and you need a taxi or to rent a car to go anywhere. We had no running water the last day and the staff said that had been an on going issue for weeks. No apology they just brushed it off.

There was many repairs that needed to be made to the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. There was no hot water the faucet to turn the water on was broken. They didn’t come and change the sheets or gift towels. The whole property seemed old and ran down.

The hotel is nothing like the photographs posted by the hotel. It was severely damaged in hurricane Irma and has not been remodeled adequately. Broken tiles, no furniture in the bar lounge area except plastic chairs. There is no restaurant only a bar that serves chips. But the bartender was really great! I would never stay at this hotel and would never recommended to anybody until they bring it back up to a better level of cleanliness maintenance and service.

Was a fabulous stay staff was real friendly accommodating at every chance we loved a lot of them. The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. We walked the emerald beach every night under 🌝 moonlight all and all living in a picture or a dream.

The view was beautiful. It was a view of an ocean and a small mountain. It was very peaceful and surreal. The room was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helped us find a cab. I was able to walk to Lindberg Bay Beach from the hotel. Nearby were beach activities like jet ski, boats and the taco bar. The hotel is right across the street from the airport and I was able to walk to the hotel, so that saved me money not having to get a taxi. One unfortunate thing happened that ruined my stay. I am extremely afraid of roaches, and there was the biggest cockroach that I have ever seen in the bathroom when I got up to use it in the middle of the night. Maybe it's because it's the tropics and that's unpreventable, but that scared the mess out of me. Not only that, there is no restaurant or bar on-site. You have to go offsite for any activities.

I must say I had a multitude of problems. The first being that the room had roaches. And I found this out in the middle of the night by one crawling at my arm as I was using the restroom and grabbing toilet paper. The TVs in the room do not work. There was one channel that is completely static and that was it. There was Minimal water pressure and No hot water. The bathroom area smells like mold, and the room is only partially renovated. The hotel attempted to adjust the pressure for the showerhead, but it did not get better, we had to bathe from the faucet and splash water on ourselves because I refuse to sit in that roach bathroom.. I asked to speak to a manager. No one ever contacted me to change rooms it was actually no response from them at all. So I spent six days in a room with roaches and no TV while traveling on vacation with kids. The only beneficial thing is that the one staff I spoke to at the desk was polite and apologized about the problem but did not solve them. Ultimately I paid too much money for this hotel to bathe in cold water, have roaches crawl on me, not have a TV and to not fully enjoy my vacation.

This property is in need of serious updating . No elevator for the 2nd floor , no ice buckets , no vending machines working , no sound on the tv on most channels …. Luckily we had a rental car & went to the store (no refrigerator or microwave ) they even commented rudely that we booked with a 3rd party & rolled their eyes eeeek
