Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. The casino/bar/restaurant is so small and the air conditioning was blasting. There is barely any seating. The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.

Everything was great. We weren’t able to check in because someone still had their stuff in our room, but they accommodated us by letting us leave our stuff there and freshen up in the bathroom so we were able to leave and hit the beach. Nice staff, clean environment, nice patio, bar connected to the side of the hotel, bars down the street walking distance and the beach is about a 30min walk or so from this hotel. Overall, very nice place. Would stay again.

When I got in the room, I was met with Nets and mosquitoes. My towels was on the floor. I told the staff and all they could say was sorry. It was awful. I went out and when I came back in. I tried to go to the guest services to get more towels and they were close. I was not able to take a shower. The number that was given to me for carry out was not the right number which is ran by one of the persons in the bar that’s right next to the guest entrance so I had to walk down to the bar order my food and sit there for a while to wait for it to be done.

Hotel room was simply amazing, had air conditioner issues and they upgraded us. Which was wonderful, but the property around the hotel is pretty rough so be expecting it. the hotel is gated. But for the Price will definitely stay there again.

My trip had gotten canceled because of the war with Venezuela, tried to contact the motel, had Expedia reached out nobody called either of us back, they took my money and didn't look back. I had to file a claim to hopefully some day get my money back.

The real nightmare was the unbearable noise from the nightclub next door—which, I was told, is owned by the same people as the hotel. Every night, subwoofers and drums blasted until around 4:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Despite my repeated requests for some quiet or relief, nothing was done.
To make things worse, there’s no staff available after midnight. The front desk operates only from 10 a.m. to midnight, so if you need help or face an emergency overnight, you’re on your own.
I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone seeking rest or peace during their visit to St. Thomas.

Let's begin with the rooms - the bed in 301 was terrible it’s like you were sleeping on plastic it keep making noise at night. I have been here many times before and this time the staff was not very friendly. The room was great. when I first got there I had to tighten the toilet seat because I thought it was going to fall off but I didn’t do it when I left. My sister‘s hair bled on one of the towels Since she dyed her hair before we got there and they kept $50 of my deposit. No explanation of the reason why so I’m guessing that’s it since the room was left very clean and all trash in the bag. As much as I like the area that it is in because it’s close to everything I think I will look elsewhere next time I go.

The unit was fine but finding dirty towels and dishes left by previous guests did not install much confidence in their cleanliness. The location is pretty crappy with virtually no real place to park except for literally on the sidewalk. The price is cheap for a reason. So not great but it’s a place to stay.

Was not even on the property for 5 minutes and had to leave. Air conditioning not functioning, bugs flying around, and loud noise from the bar next door. When discussed with receptionist, was told that they didn’t have any other rooms available and that the booking was non-refundable. Worst experience of my life.

The staff seemed more interested in the bar next door to them, then the guest staying. Attitudes was poor but room was okay.
