We were in ocean view room. Our view was spectacular. Room was excellent. They didn't do fresh sheets every day and would liked to have known that. The beach is great for snorkeling and you can rent equipment from the dive shop. Dinner at sunrise grille was excellent.

Very disappointing stay. Not customer friendly. The place and area are beautiful. We were constantly reminded by front desk staff that this was the off season anf what they don't do. It's on a hillside and not at all disability or handicap friendly. As it's 2 separate buildings in a hillside. Walking between them unless physic fit is daunting. The cart drivers that we did get too pick us up between bldgs super nice. Professional. Front desk not much help at all. Did not offer any service. I asked about laundry service and was told they will do it but we need to bring it. Only saw the housekeeper on the day before we were leaving. Sugars in the coffee receptor were hard from probably moisture. If we asked them to call for a taxi they would but would tell us to come down the hill to get the ride. It will not be a repeat place for us to stay.

This was our second stay at Secret Harbor. This property is amazing with a beautiful quaint little beach. Snorkeling is wonderful. Always beach chairs and umbrellas available and is steps away from your door. We will definitely stay here again but will rent a car because taxis are now out of sight to get around in since we visited 3 years ago.

We came for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect - quiet & relaxing. We only left the property once to go on a snorkeling boat trip. The staff was friendly and kind. Debra & Sophia (housekeeping) were a delight to talk to and get to know. The food at The Patio was really good - we had dinner there every night except one. The gift shop was well stocked with all kinds of good things. The only negative were the biting insects - my legs got all bit up. We would love to come back again.

Our second stay at Secret Harbor and as comfortable as the first. The room we were first assigned involved climbing up and down numerous stairs, a problem with a grumpy knee. They quickly switched us to a lovely room but with a bath tub/shower. Nope. Second move was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Secret Harbor has maintained its privacy from the cruise ship crush, which we greatly value.

We actually didn’t stay here but we did book here. We ended up choosing a different hotel and Carol was kind enough to refund us after listening to our story. We had lunch at the local restaurant there and it was really good. If we ever come back to St Thomas this will be our spot.

Very nice resort. Great reastarant. Beautiful beach. The only thing i was missing -- full body mirror in the unit we stayed in (726 hillside). Otherwise, the unit had a great view and only 1min walk down to the beach.

There were many delays checking in. We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights and they gave away one of our reservations as a no show even though we checked in.
No water the first night and when it started working the next morning it was brown coming from the taps.

We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific.

1 star hotel on a 5 star beach. The entire place needs to be gut renovated. Noisy rooms. This is not a resort, it is an 40 year old condominium. I paid as much as the Ritz Carlton down the street. I was shocked at how bad this “resort” was. For the price we paid, again close to the same as luxury resorts on the island, I expected luxury. This was NOT it. Tennis courts should be condemned. Pool is like a century 21 florida pool with no service or bar. No amenities. Skip it and book the Ritz or Weston. Really disappointing. There were competing smells of sewage and Fabulousa. Awful. We almost left once we got there, but I couldn’t stomach being charged twice for our vacation. The lobby bathrooms were distgusting. This should be a good budget hotel, but not at these insane prices.

This is great resort on a calm bay! The snorkeling here is some of the best you can get and they rent the snorkel gear for a reasonable price. The bar is very nice and close to the beach. The water is crystal clear and shallow enough for swimming for ant age. The resort is a bit dated and had a few items that showed this. We will return to Secret Harbor in the future!

It is a very low key , quiet resort with great snorkeling and swimming . All the staff is beyond polite , respectful and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need to make it a great stay .

The restaurant and private beach was awesome since there is not many dining options in the area. I didn’t have hot showers for the first couple of days but when I mentioned it to the front desk they fixed it immediately and the water gets extremely hot so I won’t count that as a negative. We had the hillside condominium so the only downside is getting to your room since there is not always a go cart available to take you to your room and the stairs to climb is daunting especially if you’ve had a few drinks at the bar. The cabs are very expensive since this is their only means of income. Everything cost $20 or more for a one-way trip no mater the distance. However it is better than renting a car because the roads are narrow and winding, and hilly and most people drive very fast and if you’re not used to that, it could be a problem. The views from the hillside are spectacular and the daily housekeeping was a plus.
